Mar 27, 2023Without great artistic, narrative or innovative gameplay pretensions, Tiny Troopers: Global Ops is a typical twin-stick shooter that brings some dated slips, but manages to be fun and competent in what it proposes, improving substantially when shared with more people in light sessions.

But lacklustre visuals aside, this is a solid enough entry into the twin-stick shooter genre, and there’s plenty of fun to be had with it – especially if you play it with others.

Mar 9, 2023A twin-stick shooter with simplistic and accessible design, there’s a certain catharsis to blasting your way through various locations as tiny soldiers. It’s hampered by repetitious gameplay and a couple of frustrating issues, but if you’d like an afternoon of running-and-gunning through comically undersized enemies, this might just be the immature cartoon game for you.
