I thoroughly enjoyed the first part of this game, on my quest to find games my mom would like to play. This was it, exploration, cooking, easy to understand mechanics and a nice vibe. I'm not a huge fan of the graphic style, I would have preferred something akin to Farm Together, but I got used to it and it works. So why the low score? Because the game is broken. The PS5 version of the game is supposed to make use of the touchpad when you are in the "Stew meny" so that you can see your rewards. But, the button simply does not work. As if it is unmapped. From what I understand the ps4 version had the same issue but it was fixed, the ps5 version however is not, and it results in Platinum trophy being unattainable as well as the quest text from a simple tutorial quest to the quest "Look at your Stew Rewards" or something to that effect, never goes away, as this of course would have been completed by pressing the touchpad. Several controllers were tried with no luck and after some searching this is simply the state of the game. Which is why no one has the platinum for the ps5 version yet. Neither Sony nor the publisher seem intent on fixing it despite being alerted to the issue, instead they seem quite content with selling a defective product. So stay away from this one folks, get the ps4 version instead and wait to see if they ever bother to fix this one. It's a shame, cause it would have been a nice game for my mom, (and me!).… Expand
