    The Arena sucks. It made me hate the game. Why does my hunter attack off to 45 degree angles when I try to attack straight? Why are so many enemy attack moves impossible to dodge? Why is a midtier arena quest so much difficult than the Apex fights from the base game? Literally this **** monster is the real end boss and should go kill the elder dragons wtf.     Beautiful new locales; Fierce and colorful new monsters; The addition of Follower Collab Quests.

    Bad-
    Heavy grind that includes fighting many of the same monsters from the base game; Little innovation on existing gameplay loop; Minimal story.

    História do jogo horrível, conversar e ir para caçada, repetitivo
    Após o "final do jogo" anomalias muito chato não chega ser difícil só demorado para eliminar,HP monstro enorme e chato, repetitivo e entediante igual MH rise.
    Diferente do primeiro jogo, MH rise, o início do game é melhor nas caçadas apesar não ter história, modificação do amigato e amicão para personalizar do jeito que    História do jogo horrível, conversar e ir para caçada, repetitivo

    The expansion is amazing, it improves so much on what Rise had to offer. My only issue is that it would be awesome if we didn't get just 3 TU. At least it seems that we'll get the rest as a batch at once which would be great. The rest is just outstanding, the roster is perfect and the endgame while being grindy it is very well designed.

    Not sure why this was bombed with fake reviews. They may as well just delete them all there's not even one typed bad review. I dont enjoy this series, but I know it's a good game. I played it and I would give it a 7 or 8.

    Gave it a 10 because it doesn't deserve this bomb.

    An amazing add-on with some well-thought additions to the monster hunter experience. Recommended for old fans and new fans alike.

    its straight up fun with some great new monster designs and reworks to fit in the newer gen combat design review bombing is coming from people who haven't properly understand how to play game and its new mechanics (big learning curve)

    Sunbreak is fantastic! The new monsters are great! Most of the new switch skills are fun. The story is very good it's much better than Rise's story. I have only two problems with it. It takes too long to fight the new monsters. Most of the beginning was forcing you to fight Rise's roster again. Around MR4 star is where all the new monsters show up.

    Anomaly grind can be a slog. The    Sunbreak is fantastic! The new monsters are great! Most of the new switch skills are fun. The story is very good it's much better than Rise's story. I have only two problems with it. It takes too long to fight the new monsters. Most of the beginning was forcing you to fight Rise's roster again. Around MR4 star is where all the new monsters show up.

    Anomaly grind can be a slog. The beginning isn't so bad, but once you reach over level 100+. Dear lord have mercy it's too much. Overall if you liked Rise then definitely pick up Sunbreak! Anomaly grinding isn't necessary to have fun with what the game has to offer! If you can push through the beginning the new monsters are enjoyable and very unique!     Amazing game and a superb addition to the series. With the Sunbreak DLC, this is one of the best MH games I've played and I've played them all ever since the very first one releases on PS2.

    Sad to see so many mindless negative reviews. The game is great, full of content, the action is engaging and it is constantly being updated by capcom.

    If you like non-stop hunting action with nigh-limitless skill ceiling or just a really fun multi-player experience then this is the game for you, all 14 weapons have been fine-tuned to the max with many new additions to master to make you feel like the ultimate badass hunter, & the cast of monsters is probably some of the best in the series, sure a lot of them are older ones but they'veIf you like non-stop hunting action with nigh-limitless skill ceiling or just a really fun multi-player experience then this is the game for you, all 14 weapons have been fine-tuned to the max with many new additions to master to make you feel like the ultimate badass hunter, & the cast of monsters is probably some of the best in the series, sure a lot of them are older ones but they've been given new tricks & a fresh HD look, everyone being picked from all sorts of different MH games to give this game a unprecedented variety & it's also really nice that they've paid attention even to the single-player side of things & with the free updates there's a lot of new content to tackle.
    The story for Sunbreak is some of the best in the series, sure it doesn't break any real conventions but the characters in this game is a new highlight for the series, overall this game is probably a 9 out of 10 but due to all this review bombing I'm giving it a 10    … Expand

    Game is mostly great. Base Rise was mediocre but Sunbreak added a ton of awesome movesets and monsters as well as build variety. Also more than doubled the Crown-sized monster rate, making it much less of a soulless grind, almost to the point of it being fun. almost...

    It's rated a 5 solely because there's a trophy for completing all arena quests. These have always been un-fun, but Sunbreak brought it to a whole nother level. You have to use pre-set builds which are almost always terrible, you can't even switch your switch skills, one-shots-deaths are common, you get 0 lives, and if you die, you get 5 minutes of loading screens before you can try again. Completely ruined an otherwise excellent experience. Recommend trophy hunters do NOT buy until Crapcom finally removes trophies from this ill-concieved arena mess.    … Expand

    Great follow-up for base game, PS5 performance and online experience is a 10/10.
    Con is having to wait until Aug 24th for Title Updates 4-6, however after waiting for so long I haven't lost the hype for it. Overall fun!

    Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is the definitive experience in the franchise and packs dozens of hours of content into an all-new expansion. Powerful creatures, unique weapons, special abilities, and many interactions add up to a relatively accessible adventure, despite the insistence on a large amount of information.

    For new players, the more logical difficulty curve that Sunbreak presents, with a meaningful endgame challenge now correct and present, means there has never been a better time to jump into Monster Hunter Rise. Similarly, for lapsed players who were eventually put off by how trivial things had become, Sunbreak provides the perfect excuse to jump back in. Whatever angle you’re approaching Sunbreak from, sharpen those blades – you’re going to need them.

    If you don't like Monster Hunter this expansion will not change your mind. However, if you do then this expansion is a must-buy. New Monsters and maps are a given but the updates to the switch skills, the follower system and various tweaks really add to the whole experience. Plus, with all the updates released so far already available, there is a massive amount of content here with more to come. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak may not be perfect but it skirts incredibly close to it.
