    I have never seen such a massive disappointment of a game that fails at everything get so popular, this is probably one of the most overhyped games ever. The developers were lucky enough to combine world exploration with gacha isekai story and they failed horribly at both.

    The gacha is mediocre at best, some of the lowest rates and highest pity I've seen in all gachas, on top of that    I have never seen such a massive disappointment of a game that fails at everything get so popular, this is probably one of the most overhyped games ever. The developers were lucky enough to combine world exploration with gacha isekai story and they failed horribly at both.

    The gacha is mediocre at best, some of the lowest rates and highest pity I've seen in all gachas, on top of that you have 50% chance to miss the banner character, combined with every banner limited and standard banner being a literal waste / trashcan where you can drop your free pulls. It's literally a slot machine on a strict timer before it explodes and you won't be able to pull on a character you wanted for like 6 months or more. The materials you get for dupes and pulls can be spent on 2 useful things every month, nothing else is worth it.

    The only good thing is guaranteed banner 5* on second 5* pull, but I think that this makes the gacha lose it's spirit and basically slapping a price sign on every character. Unfortunately you will have to spend most of if not all 160 pulls to get to that guaranteed part, for a F2P player this is very damaging, it takes multiple months to save up for just for one 5* so you might end up pulling only one character you wanted every 5-6 months, this happened to me. And even if you are a low budget player you will still struggle greatly but you may cut the time by one month, I don't recommend buying anything other than the monthly card (!! be very careful with the monthly card, if you don't log in for a day the primogems for that day will be gone (basically you are paying to log in every day !!) ).

    The constellation system is a huge whale bait, basically requiring you to pull the same character multiple times to be useful or up to 5x more powerful. WEAPON BANNER oh god don't let me even get started on that, even if the cost of it was decreased by half it would be still horrible, It's insane that a 5* stat stick will require as many pulls as a full character. People saying that this game is not pay to win are either high on copium or didn't play the game enough.

    Ah yes the "world exporation isakai" bleuugh.. It's sad to see so many people get baited by this because it's one of the most popular things, the escapism, being reborn in a fantasy world. Too bad this is one of the weakest fantasy worlds you will ever see, the story is so bad that people care more about the cooking system.... World exploration is only good for the first time after that it becomes annoying and repetitive, just like 90% of the enemies. Even new zones are just copy paste of the old ones to the point that new zones don't even count as new.

    The endgame is non-existent, the powercreep is getting worse and worse, every 4* character is getting replaced by a 5*. The enemies are getting more and more annoying, jumping all over the place, teleporting and flying, while you have very limited movement and stamina, It's like they are forcing you to either use characters that do more damage or characters that are easier to use, eliminating even more skill that's needed to play this mess, like the auto-aim on everything wasn't enough.

    Not even gonna mention how the developer and the community behaves, you have probably seen it all anyways, I'm just wondering how people can completely ignore all this and continue to support this mess, even if you like the game a lot, the community and developer will make you hate it.    … Expand

    Genshin Impact is probably one of the best free to play games for console of all time, right up there with fortnite.. this time theres more of an action jrpg meets breath of the wild feel, you choose your starting twin, the other is kidnapped and its up to you to rescue them, throughout your journey youll meet new characters that the game gives you for free, and there Is the option to buy new random characters which is where the fee to play aspect comes in.. howver I found this to be highly optional.. here youl be running from checkpoint to checkpoint, unlocking chests for new gear and adventure xp.. something that is actually the most important aspect on genshin ompact.. exploration.. you need to explore to progress the game which is ultimately what made me stop playing 13 hours in… the grind here is absolutely abysmal… I loved progressing this weird story that was impossible to follow for me.. going through the dungeons, just to see where this world would take me next, what enemies and bosses it would throw at me.. and after a while the game starts flowing down, you go to this point now go explore to unlock the next chunk of the story.. so you do that, gaining adventure experience, leving up your charcters, finding new weapons, it was so addictive.. I didn’t mind the break.. im bac, lets continue this story.. heres 2 or a 3 quests.. now you need adventure level 15.. okay… I guess I can do that.. go out.. do the actually thoughtful side quests… a couple hrs of grinding.. ive maxed out my charcters, now I can accend them and level them up twice as much.. I finally get to get back to the main story.. and wall… 1.. I get 1 main mission until the game is like come back after you reach adventure level 25…. Twenty… five…
    I just grinded for hours to go up 3 levels.. and you want me to go up..10.. more.. levels… sure theres a level 18 main story sitting there… but whos to say I don’t grind 3 more hours for those 3 levels.. doing mindless, exhausting, map cleaning.. only to get one 15 minute long story mission again.. with nothing on the other side but climb 8 more levels for that level 25 mission.. I couldn’t.. I just couldn’t do it.. I tapped out.. that being said.. my ascension to level 15 was great.. genshin impact rally is a great game with a beautiful world to explore… and at the very least, youre going to get a great.. free… 12 hour game that sure oyull have to youtube the ending for unless oyu have literally nothing else to play and want to sink what looks like over 40 hours into opening chests and activating teleportion posts..
    Usually I can grind for a great story, but like I said earlier, it was hard for me to follow, and a story that didn’t make sense in the context of the games delivery.. you cant tell a story of urgency while telling me to go find wheat for a boy to feed ducks… same issue I had with the story in the witcher 3.. you feel like its important that you find and help this person, but hey go do this other stuff that in the grand scheme of the story isn’t impactful in any way… tell a different story…
    it’s a shame that such a large emphasis on grind took the wind out of the sales for me.. but I really can appreciate this game for how great of an experience it offers as a free to play..

    Toxic community, Characters not worth pulling, company is too stingy.

    If you don't spend money you will get disapointed.

    They still haven't fixed Monas C1 after 2 years. The devs don't care about bugs unless they reduce their profit. Just shows how much the devs don't care about the game or the community.

Outstanding 700 hours in im loving it as much as the first couple of hours and I’ve only scratched the surface, super high quality throughout with maybe one of the best game soundtracks I have ever heard new stuff to do nearly every week, very well supported, give it a go it costs nothing to try it out easy 10… Expand

    The game world is vast and beautiful. The character design is fantastic, and the game elements are good, especially how they can be combined, such as using water to enhance lightning attacks or using wind to strengthen fire attacks.     Great story, great open world, awesome characters. People need to understand that you are not forced to gacha. You can get characters easily by just playing daily and saving. You won't get all characters right away but with reruns and all, you can get all the characters that you want. It is not pay to win as there is nothing really to win. End game content can be easily done 100% free

    Genshin impact es un juego muy bien en graficos,la jugabilidad esta decente pero el hit box es HORRENDO, después de jugar mucho genshin impact aun así con nuevas actualizaciones se vuelve muy repetitivito, y jugar sin nadie se siente muy vacío, el mapa es muy amplio y todo pero al final siempre todo es lo mismo.

    Ok, real talk now, this game has good things going for it. The visuals kinda stylish and the gameplay is good (the cooldown for everything sucks, but im not gonna complain about it too much cause then it would be kind of a skill issue). The story is fine, but mostly    I didn't really want to review a AAA game on this profile, but lemme make this one joke.

    About the monetization issues: although the game is indeed a gacha with somewhat high prices, the game is not really pay to win since it's not a PvP game; the main storyline can be played without spending a cent, money is only used to accelerate and optimize the process of unlocking "premium" characters.     Seit Release nur Battle Pass und Mondsegen gekauft und alles bekommen, was ich haben wollte. Mittlerweile nur noch Fokus auf bestehende Charaktere. Dementsprechend ist das Gacha System auch mehr als fair aufgebaut! Vor allem ist es kostenlos und man bekommt hier eine extrem große Welt zum erkunden -    Hab jetzt mittlerweile 2.500h gespielt und werde auch definitiv bis zum Ende hin spielen.

    Genshin is a perfect F2P open world game. People sometimes asks a lot from a game which is supposed to be freed and mobile. The world is beautiful, soundtrack is perfect, combat system is amazing. I just love this game!

    Juegazo sobresaliente. Absurdamente bonito. Con una historia interesante y multitud de personajes carismaticos. Una gozada en la Ps5. Las pegas, la historia rincipal avanza lenta, mucho relleno y algo repetitivo. Pocas recomepensas y gran sacacuartos (opcionalmente). Pero es un juegazo.

    Genshin Impact is a must try gacha - action/adventure game. With free updates coming in certain periods, the game, which adds so much new content that we can call "Expansion Pack" almost every year, gives you the opportunity to play more content than many AAA games without paying any fee.

    Forget the bad tongues, Genshin Impact is, a year later, a staple of the genre. Very (very!) Generous in content, with sublime graphics and incredible staging, MiHoyo's RPG-gacha has overcome our preconceptions to become a game of rare quality, whatever the platform on which you are evolving. Complete, and endowed with an exciting universe on condition of not being totally allergic to the "kawaïsque" atmosphere, Genshin Impact has not finished surprising us, in fact justifying a higher rating than originally.

    Genshin Impact remains an unbelievable proposition as a free to play title, and the PS5 version of it remains the best way to check it out on consoles for now, in spite of several missed opportunities for obvious and meaningful upgrades.
