From the state of your team’s memorabilia room to how aggressive your drivers should defend in the final lap of a grand prix, F1 Manager 2023 is unique in giving you complete control of a Formula One team on and off the track. It’s a feature-rich, deep management sim with stunning race-day visuals that only improves on the incredible experience offered by its predecessor.

Frontier Developments has taken fan feedback from F1 2022 to heart. F1 2023 is a more refined version that offers greater flexibility for the player. This is a strong incremental improvement over its predecessor.

F1 Manager 2023 from Frontier Developments is a detailed F1 experience for the F1 fan that needs a bit more than what F1 2023 can deliver. It has every aspect of running an F1 team, designing success on the racetrack, and juggling the business side of the sport. What it doesn’t have is up-to-par visuals for this generation, but that takes a backseat to the F1 managing the game successfully delivers.

F1 Manager 2023 proves that Frontier isn’t one and done; it’s a championship contender. Race Replay is an absolute show stealer, and there’s nothing better than solving the strategic puzzle laid out for you in a single go. F1 Manager 2023 is as enjoyable to listen to at normal speed as it is to play, and although you can rush at 16x speed for an entire season in an afternoon if you want, it’s far more relaxing to treat it like an actual race and just chill out and watch. F1 Manager 2023 is a game that understands that racing can be a sport everyone can enjoy, and if you enjoy any type of management game at all, you should add this to your collection.

If the rigors of managerial work, keeping a team afloat financially while boosting morale, and seeing your hard work pay off in a climactic F1 Grand Prix are your bag, then F1 Manager 2023 is your playground.

F1 Manager 2022 was a fairly successful first attempt, and F1 Manager 2023 is following suit despite a tight development time. The software is a reference on the visual rendering of the races, far ahead of Football Manager and other Pro Cycling, with clever ergonomics and accomplished graphics in the preview of the Grands Prix. Effectively helped by the acquisition of all the licenses and a faithful modeling of the pilots, the title from Frontier does not yet reach the gargantuan content and the possibilities of its elders in the genre, but a few years will undoubtedly be enough for it to become the holy grail of sports management games.

Frontier's annual management sim offers some small refinements over its predecessor but a lack of major upgrades means it doesn't snatch pole.

If you like F1 and deep management games, you'll certainly like it a lot. And if you like math/statistics , like me, you'll love it lol. TheIf you like F1 and deep management games, you'll certainly like it a lot. And if you like math/statistics , like me, you'll love it lol. The game is hugely replayable, hundreds of hours of fun guaranteed. Needs a few minor patches, but it's truly amazing. Some people complain about the difficulty, but you get it after some fails, believe it. The difficulty is the main "replay factor". If you really like F1 and want a fun challenge, go with it! Expand

    Thoughts-
This may all sound very familiar to you if you’ve played F1 Manager 2022. However, you have the added benefit of roster updates and commentary regarding the actual real-world 2022 season as you head into the 2023 season of your own making. At the end of the day, F1 Manager 2023 accomplishes its goal of being a meaty management simulation. Those who are new to the world of team management can indicate as such when starting the 2023 season which will offer plenty of guidance in-game. If you have played a couple of management simulations in the past, you will need all the help you could get. And while this sub-genre may not rank high in your favored gameplay types, it must be recognized that it largely succeeds in what it sets out to do. F1 fans will undoubtedly be thrilled with what F1 Manager 2023 offers.

The idea of this game is so good, it's fun to manage your team, but.... The game is just bugged out, and it's ruining the game for me.The idea of this game is so good, it's fun to manage your team, but.... The game is just bugged out, and it's ruining the game for me. Qualifying is bugged, cars slowing down for no reason, not fully pushing in flying lap.

This game is a 9/10 for how fun this could be, but how it's all done right now, its a like7/10 for me.
