    At the same time, "Dolmen" should be a really good game. The story is well told and drives you through the game. Currently, there are some bugs and coordination problems in the game. However, if you bravely fight your way through, you will be graced with a good combat system and interesting levels. Nevertheless, you will experience frustrating moments throughout the game.     Dolmen is a ripoff soulslike clone that puts other soulslike games I enjoy to utter shame. Awful janky combat with overbloated enemy health bars in trash mobs with the worst stamina regen I've seen yet. Bad checkpoints that leave you frustrated & forcing you to teleport back to the base all the time if you wanna upgrade or tinker with crap you never was explained how to use in the firstDolmen is a ripoff soulslike clone that puts other soulslike games I enjoy to utter shame. The UI & Hud are a eyesore.. Besides all the buggy glitchy filled mess I experienced in just the first 30 mins of the game to my character locking up unable to attack or dodge attacks to a sound glitch that mutes all sound as your playing the game forcing a restart. There is also a game breaking bug that can erase all your progress upon teleporting during specific places. I can understand what the Devs were trying to accomplish but I think they missed the point out what makes a decent soulslike. Very disappointing and the worst soulslike game I've ever played.… Expand

    A Thrilling experience on a cosmic horror sci-fi environment, were you can craft items, use various types of weapons and armors combining technology to use at your advantage. It has a great plot that is sure to be unraveled along the gameplay itself and more you know more you want to know about the universe.

    This is a great game if you're a fan of Soulslikes and sci-fi, something I wish there was more of. Don't know why there's a PS5 review from PC Gamer but there's no way they played this and gave it a 20. Game is fun as hell. There are a lot of good ideas here to add their own twist that makes it their game. Yes it borrows from Souls, like so many others but it doesn't copy. The setting isThis is a great game if you're a fan of Soulslikes and sci-fi, something I wish there was more of. Don't know why there's a PS5 review from PC Gamer but there's no way they played this and gave it a 20. Game is fun as hell. Graphics are very good but not great. You can tell you're playing a budget title but if that doesn't bother you you will be happy. It's a $40 game as well so it's not full price. Gameplay is good and no more janky than any Souls game...let's be real, they all are a bit janky. Animation is fine. It has crafting that affects many things and allows you ways to completely customize your experience. There are starting classes including recruit where you start totally basic at level one which I chose, letting you build your character as you like from the start. Different equipment, armor, weapons require different stats which will shape the way you level to let you play the style you like. Special abilities. Guns of all kinds and many melee weapons which fall under certain elements like ice, fire, and acid and give varying resistances. Different tech from different races also boost you in various ways based on how far into one races tech you lean. Game isn't perfect, no games are. But it's a lot of fun, better than my expectations. Also allows online co op and ability to reset bosses to fight multiple times. For a first effort I'm sincerely blown away and very happy I bought the game. I'm collecting the PS5 library and currently have 92 physical and more than 120 PS5 games total...this is in my personal 10 favorite so far. For this year it's probably only behind Elden Ring and Horizon.… Expand

    Dolmen is a game that delivers what it promises. Fun game, beautiful graphics. People have to play more than the first hour to get used to the gameplay.

    Dolmen..yet another "souls like" game has decided to grace us gamers with its presence. I want to get to the nitty gritty of this review. Save your money. Don't buy it. This is a linear garbage game that was slapped together to try and cash in on the souls like genre. You're on a planet or a ship or something. Nothing is ever really fully explained some voice chirps at you every once inDolmen..yet another "souls like" game has decided to grace us gamers with its presence. I want to get to the nitty gritty of this review. Save your money. Don't buy it. This is a linear garbage game that was slapped together to try and cash in on the souls like genre. You're on a planet or a ship or something. Nothing is ever really fully explained some voice chirps at you every once in awhile talking about gems or batteries or something. The crafting system is never explained fully. You're basically on your own crafting garbage weapons that feel like no matter how much you sink into him. They'd never do any more damage than your initial weapon. The different category of classes is never fully explained either as are their special abilities and weapons that are particular to that class. Nothing is explained. It's ridiculous. I gave it a one for enemy design. As interesting as some of the enemies look, there's no rhyme or reason to how they hit you or their hit points either. Sometimes the same enemy will one shot you for no reason at all and never mind your shield. It's good for nothing. It blocks nothing. The targeting is broken. You'll try to target enemy right near you and it'll target an enemy 50 ft away. There's so much wrong with this game, it just sucks. Garbage bosses are nothing more than sponges designed to pad an already short game and are more aggravating than entertaining.
    Levels all look the same with little to no variety I could go on and on but you get the point. This is a garbage game. Save your 40 bucks and go play Mortal Shell instead. That's a souls like game done right? This is just junk.    … Expand

    Dolmen is a great game. Dood combat system and runs very smoothly. Some things could be improved but the devs are working on it.

    This is a Great Cheap Animation Game
    I didn't feel like I gave an attack
    MultiPlay is BROKEN.I couldn't get the item twice and Locked out BOSS AREA
    THIS IS NOT EA GAMES.Think about it, PLEASE!
    Even if the bug is fixed after a few weeks, it doesn't make sense because it's already done
    They done super massive work.nice

    I gave Dolmen a chance and didn't regret at all. I really enjoyed and recommend to all souls-like fans. I hope we'll see a sequel

    This game is really fun!! It takes a little bit to get use to the games mechanics, not the combat but the systems. The gear, weapons, sheilds, guns and more can all be crafted and upgraded. The upgrading system is really good. The graphics are great and I've had no bugs or crashes in my first 10 hrs. The story isnt great, but its not crap either. So far Im loving it! For 30 dollars itsThis game is really fun!! It takes a little bit to get use to the games mechanics, not the combat but the systems.
