    Probably a 6 or 7 right now but I’m giving it an 8 based on the fact it’s probably gonna grow into something amazing. This is a perfect game to add new modes, arenas and characters to keep things fresh. As of right now, I am definitely having a blast and it’s a mostly unique experience. I’m sure it will become repetitive if nothing new is added but I have a feeling the developers are goingProbably a 6 or 7 right now but I’m giving it an 8 based on the fact it’s probably gonna grow into something amazing. This game feels super fluid and smooth, with a super crisp art style and graphics. Needs music during matches though. Needs a few tweaks but overall I’m excited for the future of this game, and itching to play again! Don’t miss this while it’s free. With something like the Rocket League battle pass and more customization than we currently have, I think this could get pretty big… Expand

    I absolutely love this game! It's like twisted metal and flatout and the gameplay is great !!! A few more modes and better maps should be developed in future ... but at the moment I'm happy with the content it contains

    I love this game ! We need fun and more fun, i'ts that kind of game we want.
    Nice, framerate smooth, styled, sound incredibly well.
    Dualsense features are Amazing.
    Now developpers have just to update the game regulary.

    This is a very diverse game with amazing gameplay mechanics. It definitely has potential to be a sleeper hit. I'm impressed with the 60 frames per second and the Beautiful visuals of this Destruction Derby experience.

    The internet says that this game is a soulless combination of other multiplayer heroes games, but nothing is further from the truth, Destruction AllStars exudes its own personality as a racing game, and its gameplay although simple and concise, is intrinsically entertaining.

    Llevo jugándolo desde hace horas y la cantidad de diversión que me da es comparable a la que siento con Fall Guys, los controles son una delicia y la moneda interna del juego bastante balanceada, solo puedo echar en falta un modo historia mas competente y una mejor musicalización, pero nada que una serie de actualizaciones no puedan arreglar.

    Super fun arcade type game. Not sure what all the complaints are about. It's not supposed to be a deep game, it's a quick fun arcady game. The dual sense controller feels great too.

    Fun arcade game played with friends, to instant mute game chat if played alone, some people doesn't know the dualsense has a microphone... looking forward to see the new content coming to the game in the next months. Great move to include this with plus.

    The visuals are AMAZING. The cosmetics options are poor, just color schemes. Gameplay is super fun, but serves are TERRIBLE! I have already waited for 10 minutes before I give up. Improve serves or the game will die. Even Fall Guys has better servers. You also need too reduce the time we wait to hit another car.

    Having a lot of fun with this game. Controls are nice and tight both in vehicle and on foot. Really love the art design and animation work. There is lots of room for growth, but the core is great and I think if this is given time, it will bloom into a truly excellent multiplayer game.     To be honest here i only played this game for a few days so i'm not a ultra hardcore user of this game. But what i can say is that it's fun! The game feels chaotic in a good way! And the controls feel very smooth. The only con about this game is tje lack of map design after that this game is a total recommend!

    Destruction AllStars was a pleasant surprise for me, a fun and simple multiplayer to play for a couple of minutes. It takes inspiration from classic games like Twisted Metal and Destruction Derby with a more modern approach. The combination of on foot and on car adds more dynamism to the game, but the mechanics of the former could be better, sometimes jumping to a wall or platform is aDestruction AllStars was a pleasant surprise for me, a fun and simple multiplayer to play for a couple of minutes. The combination of on foot and on car adds more dynamism to the game, but the mechanics of the former could be better, sometimes jumping to a wall or platform is a little annoying. And the melee combat is quite imprecise. Otherwise, the cars feel good, each type is dynamic different, mainly the specials cars which are unique of each character. Crashing into other vehicles is a joy, although you probably will have a lot of miss shots.

    There are plenty of characters to choose, each one with their own unique abilities. Playing for a couple of hours, you start to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each one of the characters, and how to use their unique abilities into the four game modes. There isn’t a lot of strategy to make, but you can improve your gameplay as you know your characters better. It’s easy to stick with just a few characters that you like the most, but the game makes a little effort for you to play with others characters by introducing little challenges over the week. The only problem is that the rewards for completing the daily/weekly challenges are just some experience points or the in-game coin. The leveling is just there to show how “expert” you are in the game, not offering any advantages to the character or gameplay. Which, in my opinion, is a good thing as your game performance depends only on you. And the in-game coin is just to buy some customization, and this is a weak part of this game, at least for now. The customization for the character, for example, is kind boring. I wish they added more variety for the skins to the cars and not only for the special cars, for example.

    The game runs great on PS5 with little performance issues, sometimes you will see a frame drop here and there, but nothing that compromises the gameplay. The game loads fast, from cold boot the game to loading the maps, it is almost instantaneous. But the long-time search for the online matches makes it less impressive. I think it would be nice if they added a warm up session while you wait for match. And sometimes there is a problem with the connection that you can’t cancel the search for the match, the solution that I found is to restart the game or enter in an offline match.

    About the visuals, it’s a beautiful game, with a lot colors and light effects. The cars and characters are very detailed. Also, the animation is well made and adds more depth to the characters together with the good voice acting. There isn’t a whole lot of variety, but they did a nice work on that department.

    The use of the DualSense is quite nice. One feedback that a really found useful is when your car is heavy damage, the triggers start to rumble as if there is something wrong with your car.

    One thing that I really dislike is that there is an offline mode called “challenge” and there is a paywall to access each challenge. The first is free, but the others you will have to buy another coin in the game. It’s not possible to use the coins that you earned in the game.

    In resume, I really enjoyed Destruction AllStars. It’s fun and perfect for short session multiplayer. This game has great potential with the right updates and I really hope the dev team keeps adding content for this already great game.    … Expand

    Is the game worth 70 dollars off course not, but it's not a bad game. It's great that it's with playstation plus, because i really enjoy the game and will play it somethimes, when i get bored with some big single player game on the ps5.

    Final a game that recaptured the fun of car combat i first experienced with twisted metal one on the ps1. With a very modern colorful visual reminiscent of fornite the game is just good dumb fun. I look forward to see where Lucid takes it when needed additional content is dropped. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

    This game is a pretty good time-killer. It's like an Overwatch but with cars. All characters have unique abilities - not all of them really have a huge impact on gameplay, but still fun. At that time game has a lack of different arenas and I hope that developers will add new content asap.

    I just played several stages and haven’t even seen 50 percent of what Destruction All Stars has to offer, and that’s without needing any micro-transactions to enjoy the game. I have to say I took the time to literally go into several modes and once I understood the rules of each stage playing was second nature.     Expectations were low but this is a home run! So much fun and high replayability. Duel sense could be used a little more aggressively but the graphics and fun factor are A+.

    Beautiful stylish graphics. Awesome music,Unic characters and gameplay, a ton of action package make this game one the most enjoyable multiplayers in a long time.

    The only downside is the lack of customization. Probably they will add more whit time.

    Either way, Destruction Allstars is just unacceptable as either of those 2 things…
    This is a car combat game, you have all 16 characters from the start, all with their own special vehicles that have a unique perk to that characters, I love that, giving this game a little personality, and after choosing your character youre into 1 of 4 multplayer modes
    All of which ae based on the games osul mechanics, you run around, jump into cars, steal cars, and wreck people,
    First Mayhem which is a game of get to the car, and get as many points by slamming into or wrecking opponents… This just isn’t fun, youre constantly respawning, and to me it just defeats the purpose of a game like this, why can I eject last second and jump into a new car if at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter, I wont be eliminated? Theres gridfall where dying does actually matter, as its all sudden death, which I wish there was a mayhem version with this stipulation, but in gridfall players will just wait on platforms for everyone else to die for that easy cheap win, this mode is currently broken and again after a couple matches isn’t any fun…
    Then there are the 2 8 vs 8 modes
    Carnado where you get as many gears as possible by wrecking and crashing into eachother, and then driving into the carnado the bank the most points, probably the most fun mode here, but much like the others, quickly looses its charm, and then we have stockpile, you wreck opponets cars, take the egars, and then bank them at one of 3 points, trying to take control of those points for your team, this mode I awful, never starts being fun to even stop…
    Theres also a challenge mode, which consists of currently 2 mini campaigns with 2 more to come soon, and get this.. one of the 2 campaigns you have to buy.. with real money…
    its clear sony is porbably turning this into a free to play game, so.. why did this take up a slot in playstation plus again?
    You should’ve gave us this real money currency for free instead along side this repetitive game,
    But what is it that makes Destruction Allstars so unfun and not worth your time?
    The lack of incentive, that’s what.. this game is mindless wrecking, and for what?
    To spend 5 hours to be able to unlock one skin for one character?
    you want me to play this game for hundreds of hours to unlock everything?
    The progression here is so slow, with gameplay and modes that aren’t satisfying…
    I have nothing positive to say about Destruction Allstars
    it’s a let down, it feels greedy and slimy
    Not worth your money and not worth a free games slot when its clearly being transitioned to a free to play game
    I give Desturcition Allstars

    It’s really fun, energetic and just a downright enjoyable time, it just needs more content, which is what has been mentioned to be coming later. I will update my review when new content drops accordingly. I would rate it a 7.5, but I can’t seem to do that, so I’m rounding up.

    The multiplayer of this game is good... of course it's not as good as Fortnite or Rocket League, but for a company that only makes "movie" games this multiplayer is very good, it's even better than some Microsoft multiplayer games like Bleeding Edge... for this note game... 8

    With this game being on PlayStation Plus, it is a great game to play. I put about 2 hours into the game and it is a fun game to just pick up and play and to have mindless fun. What makes it better is that my kids have been playing this game non stop (they r 12).     Gratuit et super fun, c'est un jeu à avoir dans sa collection pour des bonnes parties entre potes (ou solo) dans un univers déjanté. La sauce prend tout de suite, c'est intuitif et on s'éclate vraiment dessus. À jouer absolument !

    It have several maps of different cities like Barcelona and Tokyo , but they look all the same , after a couple of hours in a game it’s hard for me to say is there any more maps , or only two of them , and even these two are almost identical.
    There’s 4 online game modes - one is just a kill em all battle, second one last man standing where ground is falling is really strange and boring , and 2 other modes are team matches which are almost identical.

    By the way , there’s no music while you playing , which making gameplay even more empty.

    Art style is something that you can like or dislike , but I’m ok with it and actually like how does it looks. Graphics also looks nice, nothing extra cool but simple and clean.

    There’re a lot of characters but they technically speaking not really different from each other - one power while you’re running , one while you driving . That’s all about their difference.

    Now about a gameplay:
    In a way it can be fun , just driving cars, smashing them , trying to hit opponents or their cars . Also a possibility to run making it kinda fun. But we have here an other aspect: game is crazy simple , you can get all this game fan give you in a 1-2 hours and that’s it. Driving if simple and fun, but arenas feels too big for 16 people playing so depends on your opponents your either getting some fun and cool crashes or running circles trying to chase some cars. Game lacking some different playing modes - one for my point of view is very bad , and two team challenges have almost no difference . Parkour part is kinda fun but actually moving you away from a battle and giving not really much instead , also running and jumping platforms are not that well made and it really slow down a temp of a game.
    Stealing cars are cool on paper, but everybody, who holding a gamepad not a first time in his life would beat you if you’ll try to steal it. Defending much more overpowered in a way, there’s no balance .

    So is it fun ? I think it is , for a couple of hours if you don’t have games to play (cause seems that this year we would have more and more delays, cause it not that profitable to sell games when people doesn’t have consoles) and if you can play a podcast while you playing a game cause there’s no music in battles. But after playing it for an hour I’m feeling that there’s no big point to proceed , there’s not enough mechanics and it’s not that well made to master them during playing sessions. At least some good news there that game using a dualsense I’m a good way, at least it can give you some fun playing with your brand new gimmicky game pad. So I would say we have a f2p game with transactions for 70$/80€ here with no content.
    May be it will survive to reborn into something good , but I have a serious doubts. At least don’t buy this game for a full price    … Expand

    Fantastic game! The concept is simple yet engaging. But what really has me hooked is its design. The characters look gorgeous and give us a pretty good idea of what we can expect down the line in the PS5's life cycle. The artistic team really did an amazing job.

    I'm also happy that the developers found great ways to incorporate the DualSense's capabilities into the game. Also, while    Fantastic game! The concept is simple yet engaging.     Also, while the game is still a work in progress (customization is very limited) I cannot use that as a criticism because I have complete faith that the developers will continue to add some amazing content in the coming weeks and months.

    I will end by reminding everyone that this game, which clearly took years to develop, is free! So please do cut the people behind the game some slack! They are taking huge risks by making it free for two months.    … Expand

    This game is just completely meh. The characters pretty much all feel the exact same and there is little difference to playstyle at all between them. The microtransactions for cosmetics and challenges are terrible. Honestly, even as a free game, it is severely lacking in replay value as there is no story to this game whatsoever.     Este es un juego muy entretenido, considero que los niños y los adultos pueden disfrutar este juego, tiene buenas mecánicas variedad de vehículos, los escenarios están bien hechos, si estás libre un momento y tienes tiempo libre vale la pena jugarlo.

    Great free to play game. Great graphics, gameplay and super fun. Only issue is not being able to do a proper 8v8 with friends only team of 4. Solo content is great. Love it!

    Good job this game is free with PS Plus because I’d be even more annoyed if I paid for it. The game genuinely looked like crazy fun but turned out to be crazy boring after a few games. Disappointed is an understatement.

    A free fun game you can jump in and out quickly. Bruce Buffer's voice was the cherry on top - coming from a big UFC fan. This game has plenty of potential.

Each character has their own "thing", and when you get used to the different game modes, you'll find just how much some of them shine in certain arenas versus others (if you don't try Blue Fang in Mayhem, you're messin' up).

    Every unlockable in this game is cosmetic, most of which can be purchased with the in-game grindable currency, of which you you earn 1000 every time you level up. There are purchasable coins, however, with a direct translation of $1 = 100 points. Interestingly, there is no "+ X" for purchasing greater amounts, so spending the max of $20 at a time simply gets you 2000 coins. These coins can be used to purchase specific cosmetics, though normally as an alternative to spending the in-game currency. The only exception here is through Challenger Series games. These are 7 challenges based on a specific All-Star, which range from free to $4. Each completion grants you a new cosmetic for that All-Star, and earning every star gets you a unique skin for the player itself. As of right now, these are the only points of entry into a "story" for this game, though it is told in a before-and-after cutscene scenario of about 30 seconds each. All in all, if you decide not to purchase any, you're not missing out on much, though they are very low points of entry if you do decide to invest. I'll be interested to see if they keep this method up, but in total, especially for a free game, I would happily give them a few more dollars for putting together such an enjoyable title (and giving it away).

    This game deserves an 8. At it's worst, maybe a 7 - speaking objectively. There is more I'd like to see from the game, and a few bugs I'd like to see ironed out, but subjectivity aside, this is a great game.    … Expand

    The gameplay is very solid in typical arcade/destruction derby/vigilante 8 style, the visuals are nice with steady 60fps. I had lots of fun playing it for around 10 hours. I just hope there's more free content to make me come back. As it is on the launch, the unlockables aren't something that get you eager to open and even though it has variety in characters, the same does not apply to the arenas.

    2) A type of mini racing map with a lot of obstacles that destroy you 3) A specific map for Ranked team fights with rank roster and punishments for rage quitters.     None of the microtransactions are Pay 2 Win or for champions, they are all for cosmetics which are the only type of micro-transactions I approve of. I hope they start making designs that are ridiculous looking. Like a Chicken head on a car, or some Sony characters as skins like Nathan Drake, etc etc. It's got a lot of potential. Also loads in quick and doesn't feel so try hard.

    Just give it a try. When you start getting points consistently you'll feel the rhythm and awesomeness of this game.    … Expand

I feel that the courses give too much freedom of movement in such a large area. There have been times I am driving around for an entire minute and not hitting anyone. I think if they were to adopt more of a structured Roller Derby style track and you drove along that, it would be a little more interesting. I think this game needed more feedback from testers before being released because it just seems repetitive, generic, and overall monotonous. I feel I will revisit this game in a year or so as with many improvements, it could easily become an esport with the proper changes.… Expand

    This game is the perfect modern resurrection of the Destruction Derby genre, graphics are fun and colorful with good reflections and overall consistent style, the gameplay is simple but effective, the little stories for the characters are a nice touch, the character abilities are pretty good!

    Now for the less good stuff, the customization is really lacking because they are just colors/materials changes, would love to see actual outfit changes in theme with the characters of course, putting microtransactions on the Challenge Series is a little odd, there's should be a Allstars Coins option.

    Last things, some abilities need a nerf like Blufangs vehicle Breaker which even when the vehicle is going slow it can instant wreck a car, other than that there's sometimes lag issues when you get hit even though on your screen the "enemy" didn't hit you.

    Hopefully we get new updates for more content, this game needs it if it wants to stay for long, oh, and the price tag at 80€/$ its a big no, this game should've been Free 2 Play or more cheap, BUT since like the 83% of Playstation users have PS Plus it could've been worse.    … Expand

    Game "OK", creio que ninguém hypava o mesmo, só estão jogando porque foi dado na Plus, divertido mas creio que irá enjoar rápido, até agora tá divertindo.

    Destruction AllStars has the basics in place but nowhere near enough depth to sustain it long term. It’s good for an hour or two, but once the initial “wow, a free PS5 game!” wears off, you’re left with a shallow, tarted-up imitation of better games that came before.
