    If Cancer got a new name, it would be Vanguard.
    This game is the definition of what not to do in a cod game. The Campaign is hot trash, the "historically accurate" multiplayer is just another level of dog **** and don't even get me started on zombies, I **** LOVE Zombies, (I spend probably 90% of my life playing through every zombies mode that came out since before I was 7, I'm 19 now) but    If Cancer got a new name, it would be Vanguard.
    This game is the definition of what not to do in a cod game. The Campaign is hot trash, the "historically accurate" multiplayer is just another level of dog **** and don't even get me started on zombies, I **** LOVE Zombies, (I spend probably 90% of my life playing through every zombies mode that came out since before I was 7, I'm 19 now) but I just can't say the same thing about Vanguard Zombies I would rather donate both of my kidneys before I play another game of Vanguard Zombies.    … Expand

    En fin siendo sincero podria quedarme 1 dia hablando de los defectos de vanguard, pero no puedo simplemente es un mal juego.

    si me preguntas a mi es 1.000 mejor Black Ops 4 ¡SI! un juego que ni siquiera tiene campaña!

    El juego es bueno en cuanto a jugabilidad y mecánicas. Tiene buenos gráficos en mi opinión jugandolo desde una PS5 con el VRR. Va optimizado el juego y pesa menos que otros call of duty. Vale la pena en mi opinión si esta en descuento a menos de 35$. El juego tiene mala calificación en general porque el modo zombies está mal desarrollado. Una campaña 7/10. Zombies 4/10.     A mediocre game. Not as bad as Cold War, still not good however. It is quite literally a lazy copy of MW2019. Maps are the only redeeming quality and even then they are not of the best quality. Zombies got better over time but the game, overall, is the definition of mid.

    The multiplayer, however, is the worst I've ever played in the COD franchise. Terrible game modes, woeful matchmaking and just a garbage experience in general. I will say it was fun playing old World at War maps before the rage inducing gameplay would resume.     Vanguard is an okay game at worst. At best, its still just an okay game.
    The campaign, while somewhat cliche, is still fun, and somewhat enjoyable. Multiplayer is fine, and the challenges to get new skins are actually quite enjoyable. If you're looking for a COD game to start out with, I would not recommend this one.

    First mission is one of the worst missions in all of CoD games... Absolutely disgusting, after only first 10 minutes I wanted quit this game... But despite stupid "teenagers behaviors" at the beginning, after some time game was pretty enjoyable . Mission in Petersburg was very good! Graphics isn't bad but sometimest's really rough, definitely uneven. There were also occasionally crushes.First mission is one of the worst missions in all of CoD games...     This game had potential. Based off the trailers, it actually looked like a WW2 shooter! Turns out we can use anime skins for our smg's in a world war shooter?? The game was and still is broken with game-breaking bugs. It seems the only people who enjoy this game are at the max, ten years old.

    Its typical COD gameplay, nothing rly new, historical accuracy is below 0, amount of propaganda and political correctness is overwhelming and really hurts so I don't know what was the point in making this game the way it is. Got it on sale and im glad i didn't paid full price, not worth it. Even on sale i think i overpaid.

    The multiplayer is sadly the best part about this game mainly because the movement was perfected to the max other then that the multiplayer has a ****ty spawn system, ****ty 3-lane maps, insane amount of latency issues and a **** ton of unbalanced guns.

First off the maps are garbage and trying to implement blitz mode was the worst idea possible as it just causes more spawn issues than the game already has on normal pacing. The guns are broken and can easily take out anyone and even the gun you get at the first level can be the most powerful gun in the game.     Hier gibt es nichts viel zu der Kampagne zu sagen. Wie immer kurzweilig, aber gut inszeniert, actionreich und spaßig.

    Immer spielenswert.

    Multiplayer zocke ich auch. Macht echt Spaß. Spiele nur den Hardcore-Modus mit Kumpels und fetzt.

People, german as well as allied, gave their lives for their countries and their sacrifice isn't honoured but is instead ridicouled through female elite snipers "kicking some Nazi butt" as a review of this game once stated. Take a bow sledgehammer you've somehow managed to dethrone advanced warfare as the worst game in the series. You were already at the bottom of the barrel and yet you figured out a way to add a sub basement.     I'm present in 4, where they only add horrible maps, suitable for camping, weapons with attachments that make no sense, it's simply impossible to play.
    Bugs since launch that haven't been fixed and optimization issues that have gotten worse every season. Other than these crucial issues, the campaign is amazing as always and the zombies are    Honestly, I was loving Vanguard until season 2.

That’s my plan.” The story treats the audience like they’re incredibly dumb and results in an unsatisfying climax. The characters are boring and aren’t even memorable too. What happened to the days when we had iconic, well written, characters like Frank woods, Captain Price, Reznov, Mason, and all of them? They were incredible. These characters don’t hold a candle to them. Forget about zombies. Has to be the worst zombies ever created that negates literally everything that made it great in the first place. But I like that it felt like MW2019 which is something that I hated COD Cold War did not. That’s right, you do the same 5 activities over and over and over again until you get bored and let the zombies have their way with you. The multiplayer is full of an egregious amount of paid for content, 90% of their effort in multiplayer went towards getting you to buy ridiculous skins. (To those who have wasted money on these skins, literally everyone in the lobby is laughing at how ridiculous you look). Mid maps, super unrealistic and stupid attachments, “woke” operators, and garbage monetization completely overshadow the actually pretty decent gunplay, but the credit goes to infinity ward for that since it’s their engine. The series is at absolute rock bottom here, and I pray this **** doesn’t make it into MW2… Expand

    Of course, this game is likely to be forgotten in a few years. It doesn’t come close to other CoD anthology titles. But it’s enjoyable if your main concern is the multiplayer – especially competitive – experience.    … Expand

    Story ist absolut okay. Zombiemodus hat neuen Content bekommen und kann zwischendurch echt Spaß machen, wenn der Multiplayer mal wieder zu sehr die Laune versaut.

    It feels like a long time ago the whole team simultaneously got over making CoD games and just decided to recycle, pretty much everything. Down to the weapons, of which a majority exist in CoD WWII already, which would make sense, I mean they're from the same timeline, but that really just characterizes how stale the formula has become. CoD hasn't been truly innovative since Advanced Warfare, which is sad to see. The gameplay feels fine, the guns shoot well, everything is smooth and characteristic of millions of dollars being poured into it. Yet CoD isn't daring, they've become complacent with weak stories and low fleshed-out motivation, the same generic gamemodes in multiplayer, and a pretty bad stretch for Warzone. This might as well have just been a dlc for Modern Warfare, because there is hardly anything setting this game apart as its own title. The menus are practically the same, the guns are literally the same, the motivations are the same (in that they're non-existent), and at this point I'm struggling to find a reason to buy any new CoDs anymore. Clearly, I'm not the only one either as this game's sales are mediocre at best.

    CoD Vanguard is an uninspired example of why games like this continue to fall off, and a solemn departure from ingenuity, history, reality, emotional reality, quality, and ultimately the legacy that has been forged by the strong relics of its past. 2/10.

    (Also, what is the deal with these weird bot-like accts who all post a 10 rating the same day and have quick one-sentence summaries. They'll legit say 'it's not the best CoD' and drop a 10.)    … Expand

    The best thing about this game is that it’s playable. Trash story, garbage zombies and a bad MP. Oh and also infinite micro transactions. I don’t care that this is an alternate reality of WWII, this is insulting and embarrassing. Activision please die already and give everything up to Microsoft.

    Vangaurd was twos steps back from MW 2019. Spawns broken. Graphics worse and muddier. Weapon balancing all time low. Disappointing maps and unplayable servers, with crashing connectivity issues. Played on XSX and PS5. Buyer beware. I recommend not buying this game. If you have to, buy used and return it within the week, to see for yourself.

    SBMM makes every game sweaty and without any kind of fun. The game is only made for profit and without heart or passion. They poop out some unfinished alpha version of a game and sell it for 70€ without it even reaching a finished stadium before the next **** part is released. Last product of Activision I will buy.     To sum up, if you like sweaty matches without any fun and with everyone playing 1 or 2 guns because the remaining guns can’t hold against these two, while encountering many many errors and bugs due to the games being unfinished and “noob” oriented instead of really challenging you with the feeling that comes with it when you accomplish something huge, then go for it and waste your money.    … Expand

Even if you select Tactical pacing everyone is running around like headless chicken and pointing their gun somewhere and fire and somebody dies somewhere.     Call of Duty: Vanguard is a great Call of Duty entry with absolutely stellar ser pieces, fantastic visuals, and plenty of modes surrounding an excellently fun campaign. The only downsides are the muddied stories… not to mention what is happening in the company that published it. Highly recommended for CoD fans and people looking for a bit of mindless fun set in WW2.

    Even though the campaign is extremely predictable and the multiplayer is plagued with tones of issues, Call Of Duty: Vanguard is, after all, still a Call of Duty title, and will appeal to all hardcore Call of Duty fans.
