    Its typical COD gameplay, nothing rly new, historical accuracy is below 0, amount of propaganda and political correctness is overwhelming and really hurts so I don't know what was the point in making this game the way it is. Got it on sale and im glad i didn't paid full price, not worth it. Even on sale i think i overpaid.

    Campaign is ok. It's dull shooting with occasional tactical phases.
    We come to the multi-player. Absolute garbage and with a downward trend. If this is not revised and the game continues to be offered overpriced, the rip-off principle flies around the ears.

    Ну как же задолбала повестка в играх Вы делаете игру для всего мира и вновь запихиваете туда ценности БЛМ. Сюжет максимально бредовый, абсолютный художественный бред, подвязанный к реальным событиям. В принципе большего от колды и не ждал, лучше бы выпустили игру без сюжета, чем так позориться. Ну и 7 часов на максимальной сложности - это оч коротко как по мнеНу как же задолбала повестка в играх Вы делаете игру для всего мира и вновь запихиваете туда ценности БЛМ.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I dont know what has been happening with games recently but they all seem to have the same theme of shoehorning modernday politics into them.
    A game set in the 1940s and the main character is calling the nazis racist... in a time when the WHOLE WORLD WAS RACIST!!! Yeh it was bad but it was considered normal back in those days. Anyways one of the missions you play as Arthur Kingsley ( the black guy on the front cover) and you land behind enemy lines with a bunch of other British paratroopers ...who then instantly all decide to make Arthur squad leader...WHICH WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED!!! so straight away the immersion of it being a ww2 game has already been broken. Yes it was bad how black people were treat back then but it happened and people need to stop trying to cover it up.
    This stage is just one of many which all follow similar patterns

    Next you have the dirty muddy graphics which also shows up blurry most of the time. Yeah I can see they were trying to give the game atmosphere of WW2 but making your graphics ugly doesn't make it gritty like how World at war was . The first mission is the worst as you cant even see much because of how blended and mushed together the graphics are combined with the weather effects .

    Next is the online, theres alot wrong with it but I will call out the obvious
    Theres only 1 team and it's the allies, you cant play as the bad guys like you could in every other call of duty because they were too scared to add the Nazi faction into it so yet again the immersion has been broken, especially when the people you are killing are playing as the same character as you. Owh and they added in a lesbian operator ...in the 1940s, she would of been lynched by her own team....also it's the only character where it mentions her sexuality which is weird. This entire game seems to be someone's fan fiction

    Other than those issues the gunplay is fun and the gun sound effects are amazing, map level design is ok but there's the obvious problem of spawning on the enemy team. I have nothing else good to say about it    … Expand

    Story : 3/10 , so short and the problem is 90 % of the game were flash back . my friend got killed nah let me told you the past of this guys. we cant trust him , nahh let me tell you the story why we can trust him and so on by the time all flash back finished we reach the ending of the game LMAO Graphic 7/10 , lookgood on outside but if you look closely    TLDR : Flashback simulator

    I had high hopes as I really liked Cold War. Man was I disappointed. The MP experience is a total mess. You spawn right in front of enemies. Sometimes the same enemy two times in a row. Matchmaking is a joke. Matches are often lopsided and players quit mid game. Lot of mods for weapons but the system is actually a step down from Cold War. The shooting feel was my favorite part of Cold War.I had high hopes as I really liked Cold War. Man was I disappointed. The MP experience is a total mess. You spawn right in front of enemies. Sometimes the same enemy two times in a row. Matchmaking is a joke. Matches are often lopsided and players quit mid game. Lot of mods for weapons but the system is actually a step down from Cold War. The shooting feel was my favorite part of Cold War. Now it's just childish. The maps look nice with all the explosions and stuff but it's just too messy. One positive though.. I got a nice laugh from reading the bios of the mp characters. Devs have really felt the need to be woke. The women characters are like socialites and the guys are grunts.… Expand

    This game by no means is great. It's ok at best and definitely the worst of the three. The story mode, so far, isn't half bad. The characters are compelling enough to keep playing through even though it seems PC at times. It's nothing fantastic and pleases through narrative but who plays COD for the story mode. Most of the levels are ok at best. The weapons are nothing to be excited about. Some are way overpowered and need to be nerfed. The killstreaks can be a pain. The worst part of all is dealing with constant hackers and cheaters. Almost every other match you're bombarded against a team who can easily shoot through walls and kill everyone while you're cornered at your spawn point. There needs to be better presence in banning these individuals. Hopefully when they launch their new cheating system, it will help out. Another annoyance is the long after game summary and voting system. It takes up too much time and seems unnecessary plus you can not back out during it. Overall the game is ok. Nothing spectacular. There is still plenty to be fixed and hopefully improved on if they want to keep people playing.… Expand

Campaign is probably the only bright spot of the entire game which isn’t saying much. The worst part about Multiplayer however, is the god awful spawn locations! I can’t tell you how many times I would spawn DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ENEMY! Needless to say, it’s insanely frustrating to deal with. Even when the game first starts, it doesn’t take more then 1-2 seconds before you are already killed due to the awful spawns. In my opinion, it’s gamebreaking. Previous COD’s gave you a good 15-30 seconds to get into position before running into an enemy but Vanguard decided that the player needed to jump into the action right away, whether they are ready or not. It’s just awful.

    Many of the weapons are currently broken. Meanwhile, the “sweats” all use the same load out and attachments and why not? You won’t have much luck getting kills in this game unless you use the STG44, MP40, Or the Type 100. Hopefully we won’t have to wait long before we get some weapon buff/nerf patches to even things out. The new “blitz” game mode is exactly as advertised… sheer chaos. With the game already suffering when it comes to fair spawn locations, adding smaller maps and larger teams just make the game even more frustrating. A lot of players have resorted to camping and head glitching to get ahead in this game. Of course, nothing new in the COD universe but as I said before, coupled with the many bugs, glitches and poor game mechanics, it’s a recipe for disaster. There are some good aspects of the game however… the weapon customization is decent. The graphics are gorgeous as always and the game is nicely optimized for PC players. When it comes to Vanguard however, the cons heavily outweigh the pros. I’m optimistic about what the future can hold for Vanguard but the devs really need to buckle down and fix a lot of the flaws this game has.    … Expand

    I think this is honestly the worst cod game I’ve ever played. I can’t remember disliking any other cod this much. Ghosts was bad at the time but this is a new low. Stack that on top of the most stereotypical nazi antagonist and boom you have this **** This years zombies is probably the worst rendition we’ve seen so far; they completely ditched the rounds and tried out an objective based gameplay loop, which might have worked out if there were more than 5 activities. That’s right, you do the same 5 activities over and over and over again until you get bored and let the zombies have their way with you. The multiplayer is full of an egregious amount of paid for content, 90% of their effort in multiplayer went towards getting you to buy ridiculous skins. (To those who have wasted money on these skins, literally everyone in the lobby is laughing at how ridiculous you look). Mid maps, super unrealistic and stupid attachments, “woke” operators, and garbage monetization completely overshadow the actually pretty decent gunplay, but the credit goes to infinity ward for that since it’s their engine. The series is at absolute rock bottom here, and I pray this **** doesn’t make it into MW2… Expand

    1. A lot of bugs and mistakes. You can't even get the gold camo for a few guns, because there's not needed attachments.
    2. Sound design. You CAN'T hear your enemies in Multiplayer even if they without Ninja perk. 3. Ninja perk. 4. No factions. Especially in hardcore modes, you can't recognize who's who, because everyone have the same    Good game (probably because of MW19 engine), but:

    At least 26 000 000 Russian people died during this war and all we have is Polina, who's not even looks like Lyudmila Pavlichenko and speaks with Middle East accent as if she's Farah from MW19.

    Bought at launch and it was full of bugs and connection issues with servers. Not worth 93 dollars and the graphics on some of the maps are absolutely atrocious.

    The best thing about this game is that it’s playable. Trash story, garbage zombies and a bad MP. Oh and also infinite micro transactions. I don’t care that this is an alternate reality of WWII, this is insulting and embarrassing. Activision please die already and give everything up to Microsoft.

    I'm present in 4, where they only add horrible maps, suitable for camping, weapons with attachments that make no sense, it's simply impossible to play.

    Idiotic level design, the levels are literally filled with holes from which the enemy can come out at any time. Absurd unbalanced perks for specialists (Perks for returning the radar or increasing the enemy's head say hello), miserable modules for weapons.

    Worst multiplayer ever created. Spawns are incredibly broken, TTK is extremely fast and with Killstreak combined, it encourages players to camp and preaim everywhere and also to mount the guns. Maps are too big and open, and same like MW you can be shot from milion angles. But despite of MW you now have milion flanking routes so you will be constantly shot in the back because you have noWorst multiplayer ever created. Spawns are incredibly broken, TTK is extremely fast and with Killstreak combined, it encourages players to camp and preaim everywhere and also to mount the guns. Maps are too big and open, and same like MW you can be shot from milion angles. But despite of MW you now have milion flanking routes so you will be constantly shot in the back because you have no chance to predict where the enemy is coming from. Add the destructibles, which reveal even more angles. Bad visibility, terrible sounds of guns, you almost never hear enemy sprintig... Just be gladly rerturning to Cold War and dont touch this **** ever again… Expand

    First of all. The game Looks nice and if you want to play online multiplayer it's fun.
    Every other player will be disappointed. --No split-screen zombie Mode.
    -No Koop-campaign.
    I don't know why they have cancelled the split-screen Feature it's just disappointing, what the brand has become.

    Empty matches, horrible respawn system, a lot of graphic glitches and low resolution textures. The gunplay is terrible broken. They need to fix this game soon or I will drop it and get back to Cold War.

    disappointing short campaign with more movies than gameplay with crap characters and the multiplayer has regressed and actually gotten worse a blatant excuse to level up low level variety of guns that you have for warzone this call of duty provides nothing absolutely nothing literally nothing
    both Cod Vanguard and Battlefield 2042 are equally barebones unifinished and absolutely shiate

    At this point it's a copy and paste game year in, year out. The only good thing I can say about COD nowadays is that the single player is decent and for the most part is decent most years however the multiplayer is stale. I was bored after a few MP games on Vanguard (when the servers decided not to be poor..) because I've played this same rinse and repeat gameplay the last few year.At this point it's a copy and paste game year in, year out.     I used to be a 'COD fanboy' but as I'm not a kid anymore (unlike the mindset of many adults nowadays) it's quite obvious the gameplay isn't something they're looking to improve on but just change the graphics, add a few guns, some DLC content to make the guns look cool and fancy.    … Expand

Вы что серьёзно настолько безрукие что не можете нормально наложить звуковую(голосовую) дорожку на персонажей? Я уж не говорю про интонации в кат.сценах и во время самой игры. 2.Что за бред со шрифтами на листвоках, вывесках зданий? На одном из зданий так вообще перевода нет. Что за бочки нефть? Где вы видели что бы горючин средства хранили так открыто и ещё подписано большими буквами на бочках НЕФТЬ? Что за бред про персонажа Полину? Вам не кажется что это Брюс Уилис в шапке ушанке? Вы когда нибудь занимались паркуром в военных сапогах 1942года и в юбке? Почему у неё отсутствуют черты характера которые присуще молодой наивной девочке. Да при первой упавшей бомбе она должна была рыдать и охуевать от происходящего, и только потом взять себя в руки и начать мстить немцам, а не так "о нихуя бомбы! Немцы! Ебану ка я до дома по крышам. А далее так просто забрать жизнь у человека, хоть и у фашиста, так просто без всяких эмоций. После того как её отца расстреляли так без эмоционально задвинуть речь из 4 слов и все... Вам не кажется что вы окончательно ебанулись со своим сексизмом Невозможно было видеть непонятное барабанное ружье и обвесы почти на каждом автомате немцев. Негр которому разрешили командовать в 44году? Аллооо здравый смысл приём!!! Приём!!!! Очевидно дроп после Сталинграда. Картинка красивая, выстрелы красивые, вода как была киселем 5 лет назад так и есть, ограничения на кровь все так же есть что бы охватить больше аудитории.     PC forcibly messed with one more masterpiece series and ruined it. Female warrior has become a wall-flying Wonder Woman, and the childish black lines are now exhausting. Frame narrative using reminiscence made the story unfocused and failed to explain the points of contact of the main characters.

There are an average amount of weapons so far with gameplay that still retains things about previous cod games while also fixing up main gameplay mechanics so it doesn’t cater to campy play styles while still offering room for other playstyles. The ammo system if complete garbage and only makes things more complicated and unneeded. Maps are good and fit the cod formula and small details such as team names could be fixed but isn’t too necessary. The gunsmith system is well made, combining elements of the MW system and the CW system leading to a pretty good customization system. Lastly, the campaign. I’m not going into detail since this is a spoiler-free review, but it’s very good. It’s retains its moments and isn’t too over saturated.     This game had potential. Based off the trailers, it actually looked like a WW2 shooter! Turns out we can use anime skins for our smg's in a world war shooter?? The game was and still is broken with game-breaking bugs. It seems the only people who enjoy this game are at the max, ten years old.

    Not a bad game overall. But the story mode is short and really not worth playing through more than once. Zombies is at its worst here, literally no fun to be had with this mode. And while multiplayer has gotten better gameplay and machanic wise, overpowered guns, lag, bad hit detection and poor map design makes it ulmost unplayable. Wait for a steep sale on this one.

    Very disappointing COD, just a load of bad decisions. I'm here for multiplayer & it's not fun at all. Endless fire & kill streaks that you can't see the enemy, you have to rely on the name tag (including the fact that the enemy may look exactly like your teammates.
    Maybe it'll improve 6 months from release date, but at this time I regret the purchase.

    The zombies is such a large bruh moment that you'll pass out from dissapointment trying to play even 10 minutes of it.

    Overall there is absolutely nothing about this game that drives me to boot this up instead of any other game. I feel like I'm an adult playing a game made for kids when I boot this up, I feel embarressed just playing it. I got a refund and for some reason I can still play it, but I don't because it's just that generic, boring and just straight up bad. The post game "vote on the mvp" section is extremely irritating and needs to be removed, the multiplayer characters are totally lame.
    Zombies - seems rushed and simplified.

    As a student of history, particularly the World Wars, im pretty saddened and sickened by this game's
    handling, never seen so much agenda driven nonsense in a video game. Clearly the demographic isnt someone whos been playing COD for 15+ years with a passion for historical conflicts.

    Vangaurd was twos steps back from MW 2019. Spawns broken. Graphics worse and muddier. Weapon balancing all time low. Disappointing maps and unplayable servers, with crashing connectivity issues. Played on XSX and PS5. Buyer beware. I recommend not buying this game. If you have to, buy used and return it within the week, to see for yourself.

The actual narrative and cosmetic content of the game is a disgrace to any event that may have occurred in real life. The characters have no British representation to slap the face of three million soldiers, four hundred thousand dead, and seventy thousand civilian casualties. The campaign basically says all sorts of war crimes are fine because Nazi's are less than human which is a little ironic in my opinion.     It feels like a long time ago the whole team simultaneously got over making CoD games and just decided to recycle, pretty much everything. Down to the weapons, of which a majority exist in CoD WWII already, which would make sense, I mean they're from the same timeline, but that really just characterizes how stale the formula has become. CoD hasn't been truly innovative since Advanced Warfare, which is sad to see. The gameplay feels fine, the guns shoot well, everything is smooth and characteristic of millions of dollars being poured into it. Yet CoD isn't daring, they've become complacent with weak stories and low fleshed-out motivation, the same generic gamemodes in multiplayer, and a pretty bad stretch for Warzone. This might as well have just been a dlc for Modern Warfare, because there is hardly anything setting this game apart as its own title. The menus are practically the same, the guns are literally the same, the motivations are the same (in that they're non-existent), and at this point I'm struggling to find a reason to buy any new CoDs anymore. Clearly, I'm not the only one either as this game's sales are mediocre at best.

    CoD Vanguard is an uninspired example of why games like this continue to fall off, and a solemn departure from ingenuity, history, reality, emotional reality, quality, and ultimately the legacy that has been forged by the strong relics of its past. 2/10.

    (Also, what is the deal with these weird bot-like accts who all post a 10 rating the same day and have quick one-sentence summaries. They'll legit say 'it's not the best CoD' and drop a 10.)    … Expand

    After hope of it getting better, knowing it would suck. I tried to stay. SBMM and the direction it is going kills CoD for me. Trying to fit in the Socialism/Equality perspective.

    Not a lot of content. doesn't satisfy me like modern warfare did. Everyone is just jumping around corners and my friends are constantly kicked out of the party. Zombies is hugely lacking. Campaign short and generic

    Modern Warfare series is always a surprise. WW2 was really good. But this game is a rorced cod part. There is 1 or 2 good moments in the campaign. The Zombie mode is the most boring part from the cod zombies series. Multiplayer is a beginner level multiplayer. And the graphics is as good as Black Ops on PS3. I swear it!

    Activision trash strikes again. Spawns are broken, constant game crashes, characters are very cartoony, and the graphics are not PS5 quality. Basically, as usual, Craptivision smashed this ball of hot garbage together and then had the stones to raise the price! Horrible game, lazily developed, and full of provlems. Don't wastwr youtr time.Even causes my 4k TV to reboot in the middle of aActivision trash strikes again.     Vanguard campaign is the worst amongst COD campaigns. It lacks any variety and does not get player invented in any way. Storyline sucks. Characters are trash. There is so many problems with this game that I had to push myself to complete even 1 or 2 campaign levels.

    Multiplayer feels alright, kinda... Spawns are broken. Guns are imbalanced as always. Players are camping everywhere. Most    Vanguard campaign is the worst amongst COD campaigns.     Zombies are gone. Cold War at least tried to make something new and unique, but Vanguard ruined everything. It stops being fun around 6-7 rounds. Oh, I must correct myself: 6-7 repeated tasks that absolutely suck. No more round-based gameplay. It seems as developers tried really hard to make players not hooked up to the game at all!     Zombies mode is terrible and multiplayer is the same rubbish.

    Why buy and play this when you could play Battlefield 5 or keep playing Black Ops?

    Same garbage, "different" cod.... except its a reskin of the first cod but with updated speed from infinite/advanced warfare. save your money, dont buy and if you "really" need it, waitr for the half off sale in a month so you atleast save money for the 1 time you play it before uninstalling.

    Worst call of duty in history. Guns don't make sense and customization is lazy. If you like call of duty and realistic gun play get Modern warfare. AVOID!!!

    Call of Duty: Vanguard is a great Call of Duty entry with absolutely stellar ser pieces, fantastic visuals, and plenty of modes surrounding an excellently fun campaign. The only downsides are the muddied stories… not to mention what is happening in the company that published it. Highly recommended for CoD fans and people looking for a bit of mindless fun set in WW2.

    Even though the campaign is extremely predictable and the multiplayer is plagued with tones of issues, Call Of Duty: Vanguard is, after all, still a Call of Duty title, and will appeal to all hardcore Call of Duty fans.
