    I loved this game 20 years ago. When i saw it last night on the playstation store, it was an immediate grab, especially as it was on sale for $20. After playing it for 30 mins, i came here to make an account on metracritic just to leave this review:

    This is the laziest port of a PC game ever. Everything is exactly the way it was 20 years ago. On a modern console, that means: 1)    I loved this game 20 years ago. When i saw it last night on the playstation store, it was an immediate grab, especially as it was on sale for $20.     Everything is exactly the way it was 20 years ago.

    On a modern console, that means: 1) the game plays badly and non-intuitively for consoles as it was built for PC 2) the graphics don't look like they have been touched at all, it looks just like it did 20 years ago - very dated.

    No wonder its been out for less than a week and already on sale. I'd stay away.    … Expand

    Timeless masterpiece and an outstanding melee action game that is only rivaled by Bloodborne imho in terms of being a very focused and infinitely replayable experience. I would much love if action games could return to this formula instead of going the open world bloat direction.
    Note to devs - remap the movement to the D-pad on controller.
