    Really good indie game which feels both indie and not-so-indie. Storytelling is very interesting, main and side quests are engaging, world is unique and orginal, gameplay is pretty fun, graphics is at least good. I can highy recommend to at least check this one out.

    It's not a triple A game, but I'm a sucker for lore and its a fun game. The graphics are nice the story is really good and the voice acting is great. Very playable and for only 24 bucks it's totally worth it so go and play.

    The content of this game is the best at this price.
    IMO It's the best game for me as a fan of fairy tales and Farcry Primal.
    The world is beautiful and fun to explore.
    Combat and skills are interesting, and the boss is unique and I like it.
    But...the problem is that it has some serious bugs, but I'm sure it will be great if the devs fix this.

    Amazing indie game!, looks beautiful, fantastic music, interesting storyline and good gameplay, great optimization. It's enough for me to have fun

    looks old gameplay feels old and i think its good its not full price but i think it should be cheaper or free its not what you want in almost 2023 come on

Absolutly stupid game why are there enemies litterally on every single corner at every place in the game but i get 12 arrows either crowd control or single kill strength never both. Game saves pre cut scene which are all massive and tedious so if you fail once its a tedium of pressing circle and sometimes starting from 45 50 mins before your last two missions 10000 glitches 100 failures and just endless trash trash trash, pretty in some ways byt total trash bins wouldnt reccomend if you like enjoying a game buy only like tedious menotinous grinding for rescources to build another arrow every 5 seconds.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The main game is fun and chill but mini games after the boss fights are so obnoxious and annoying. There’s no reward and the resolution is blurred making it nauseating — basic side scrollers with poor clarity in goals as well as forced actions like kill mr larva. Now I’m literally unable to move forward bc the second one with the Raven double jump is not clicking for me. I’d have to spend time trying a very frustrating experience to hopefully move forward if I ever get out which isn’t fun. There’s no skip option and the play is forced to do it instead of optionally skipping and just enjoying the story element. I would have passed on this game if I had known this element was mandatory.… Expand

    Symulator wiedźmy polskiej.
    Jest to fabularny fps z nieskomplikowaną, ale przyjemną rozgrywką, polegajacą na walce, eksploracji i zbieraniu zasobów; urozmaiconą krótkimi elementami platformowymi, zagadkami, czy nawet segmentami typu tower defense.
    Jest to najbardziej polska gra w jaką grałem, cały lore opiera się na doskonale znanych wierzeniach, baśniach i zwyczajach. Opowieść i    Symulator wiedźmy polskiej.
    Jest to fabularny fps z nieskomplikowaną, ale przyjemną rozgrywką, polegajacą na walce, eksploracji i zbieraniu zasobów; urozmaiconą krótkimi elementami platformowymi, zagadkami, czy nawet segmentami typu tower defense.
    Jest to najbardziej polska gra w jaką grałem, cały lore opiera się na doskonale znanych wierzeniach, baśniach i zwyczajach.
    Opowieść i bohaterowie są interesujący. Jest emocjonalnie, czasami przygnębiająco, a gdzieniegdzie komicznie, choć zakończenie gry pozostawia spory niedosyt.
    Styl wizualny jest poprawny, dosyć kreskówkowy, zdarzają się świetnie zaprojektowane postacie.
    Na wyróżnienie zasługują aktorzy głosowi, wszyscy poza narratorem, będącym znanym polskim muzykiem, którego wykonanie było jedynie przeciętne.
    Technicznie jest ok, doświadczyłem jedynie kilku bugów przez całą ponad 20 godzinną rozgrywkę, co, biorąc pod uwagę rozmiar studia, jest świetnym wynikiem.

    Interesting and quite dramatic story, beautiful locations of the seasons, from which you do not want to leave, living their own life. The progression is smooth, at first it's hard, then you're blowing all the enemies at once lol. Unlocked all the acheives in Steam, passed the game twice! The setting is not purely Slavic, rather adapted for the understanding of the Western audience.

    Far better than I expected. Very nice presentation, good gameplay mechanics with some minigames, there was also a lot of findings, secrets and stuff to upgrade. I was having a strong Alice Madness Returns vibe, which I truly love! I really enjoyed adventures of Jaga and a lot of Polish folklore, that was in it. On the tech site, game runs flawlessly on PS5, in 60 fps (in performance mode)Far better than I expected. Very nice presentation, good gameplay mechanics with some minigames, there was also a lot of findings, secrets and stuff to upgrade. I was having a strong Alice Madness Returns vibe, which I truly love! I really enjoyed adventures of Jaga and a lot of Polish folklore, that was in it. On the tech site, game runs flawlessly on PS5, in 60 fps (in performance mode) or in 30 fps (in quality mode with better screen resolution, draw distance and shadows), there is option to uncap frame rate.… Expand

    Blacktail is a true hidden gem that is just a perfect window into an Alice in Wonderland-like world full of Slavic myths and masterfully written characters with a lot of lore and care written into them. The combat doesn’t revolutionize the genre, but it poses a beautiful atmospheric experience that many people will enjoy.

    An inventive action adventure that draws its inspiration from Slavic folk tales and legends. Its world is stunning and will draw you in to explore without using a million icons on a huge map. The story is also interesting and imaginative. The combat system, however, doesn’t quite reach those heights.
