    Love Aliens ? Got mates ? Buy it you will love it ! It's all about the hordes and how to manage them . Gunplay and movement feels great !
    It's not a AAA game so don't expect a intense solo experience It's all about the coop ! Great fun

    I never compare games in my reviews, but I can’t deny how similar this game is to The Division, mainly it’s expansion, Underground, which focused on PvE. The Division is one of my favorite games ever, so my comment isn't an insult. With the bullet sponge enemies, high difficulty, tactical abilities, stat modifying weapon attachments, and overall feel of the game, the comparison is hard toI never compare games in my reviews, but I can’t deny how similar this game is to The Division, mainly it’s expansion, Underground, which focused on PvE. The Division is one of my favorite games ever, so my comment isn't an insult. With the bullet sponge enemies, high difficulty, tactical abilities, stat modifying weapon attachments, and overall feel of the game, the comparison is hard to ignore.

    This game is clearly meant to played in a group, even on Standard difficulty. Bots aren’t useless but take a lot of avoidable damage and often stand still. The story is forgettable and the dialog is abysmal. Finding intel unlocks lore but I stopped caring almost immediately.

    This game shines with its upgradable classes and pure fun gameplay. You will be repeating missions and mindlessly shooting down hordes of xenomorphs but you're always progressing. The perks and weapons you unlock are worthwhile and accommodate many playstyles. Dozens of relentless enemies fill the screen and come from everywhere. Most encounters are intense, leaving you with a "Who's next?!?!" attitude when its over. The end of the last mission is outstanding, so much so, my friend saved a clip and kept rewatching it lol.

    I was looking for a co-op game with the potential to be played indefinitely and despite being a budget game, it has filled that void nicely. - 7.5

    Aliens Fireteam Elite is a fun co-op shooter. Does nothing particularly revolutionary, but makes great use of it's licence.

    The developers at Cold Iron Studios have made a good move with Aliens: Fireteam Elite. The different classes and weapons can provide a lot of fun and variety, either alone or in a team. The storyline also pleases and drives you through the individual missions. Also, the possibility to always find or obtain new elements and items is already plenty addictive.     Really fun third person shooter, though there are some bugs that need to be fixed. If you are a fan of James Cameron’s aliens, this game is a must for you!

    How do you make an Aliens game this dull? Monotonous gameplay, unbelievably bad checkpointing, unintuitive controls and basic at best level design. Nothing more to say other than avoid..

    Gotta admit, I'm impressed.
    Gameplay It's good enough. Controls are smooth, activating skills is like a Destiny esque style of L1 and R1. No super skills though but gives you very helpful passive perk.     Gameplay

    It's good enough. Controls are smooth, activating skills is like a Destiny esque style of L1 and R1. No super skills though but gives you very helpful passive perk. The lack of super skills I respect, these guys are not super heroes but your average grunts.

    Enemies range from different Xenos to small ones that die easily, Drones that will come and grab you and retreat when injured. For the ones who like to speed run through will come across the Marauder xeno who will 'love' you to death if you stray too far from your team. I love when this happens to them because this is a team game and you need to stick with the team. You get the occasion Wey Yu android soldiers, face huggers and obviously the big bad mama xeno.

    I've tried 4 classes and I'm sticking to the Doc or medic class only because they're a rare find in matchmaking (just doing my part). But that doesn't mean I'm a weakling, I've unlocked the Flechette sniper rifle and I'm one shotting bugs from afar while keeping the hard hitters alive. My second go to is the Demolisher or Heavy class. The Smart gun aka aimbot gun is very handy clearing out bugs in corridors. Technician is good for setting up defences like Sentries and slowing down advances with coil grenades. The gunner is the standard grunt which gives boosts to attacks. There is a 5th class to unlock once you complete the campaign.

    Graphics/Sound

    For a small developer, they went all out in this department. Game looks beautiful on PS5 running 60fps throughout. From the glossy reflective head carapace of a Xeno to the iconic sound of your Pulse rifle belting out 60 rounds full clip they kept true to the movies. Voice acting is a bit sub par and the radio noise can be overwhelming sometimes.

    Multiplayer

    Multiplayer has been good to me connection wise. Matchmaking has matched me with players with equal level so can't complain. It's the finding is the hardest part, it feels like they don't have enough players and you revert to your AI android soldiers who are CRAAAPPP. You will not be able to finish the harder missions without real players. Hopefully, they can buff your AI friends in the next update.

    Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with the game. It's a bit of a grind to level up but they unlock attachments and new guns so that'll keep me busy for the next month or 2.

    So much fun! I wasn’t expecting much from this game but was really surprised. Me and my friend haven’t been able to stop playing! Lots of replay-ability and only £30!

    Editing this a Little while in… dropped from an 8 to a 5 due to zero endgame and the hard difficulties being near impossible with zero reward. Fun whilst it lasted tho.

Tiene 4 campañas de 3 misiones por cada una y con un máximo de 3 jugadores, una vez lo completas te dan el modo Horda que es sobrevivir cantidades enormes de oleadas de todo tipo de aliens. Una vez hecho todo ya es solo repetir y repetir para farmear accesorios de armas, cosméticos.... aunque todo se puede comprar en la tienda. LeJuego que no se puede perder ningún fan de la saga Alien.     Decent game, I had fun for the first couple of hours. It certainly does get repetitive, even on co-op mode. More often than not, in Co-op you're teamed up with some goon that plays 5+ hours a day that expects you to know the ins and outs off the bat, rushing ahead and getting pummeled because he acts like he has something else better to do. Y'know, typical co-op randoms BS.
    The other    Decent game, I had fun for the first couple of hours. It certainly does get repetitive, even on co-op mode.     The other thing that annoys me about this game, is that in solo mode you can't pause the game. You'd think by now that developers would realize this totally sucks when playing solo, but I guess thats why this game is priced the way it is.
    It does remind me of Gears of War Hoard mode (which I haven't played honestly in over 10 years now), so, if you're into non stop waves of enemies popping out at nearly every moment, this game is for you.
    Personally, I like games that can pace itself properly, allow you to pause in solo mode, and don't team you up with wannabe Spider-mans that expect you to read their minds for strategic advantage. Definitely a rental unless you have a couple friends that are into this kinda thing.    … Expand

    A surprisingly rich game that has pulled me back for repeatedly. The gameplay loop has been more grappling than many of the triple A titles I’ve owned recently and so deserves a high score from me. Bought on Ps4 continued on Ps5.

    Great game for aliens fans and 3rd person shooter fans. Can see alotta work has gone into making this as authentic to franchise as possible. Heaps of customization options and weaponry, and variety of enemy units. Only the occasional match making issues sour the experience a little but their patching is improving this. Majority of reviews were overly critical I thought. Downloaded the gameGreat game for aliens fans and 3rd person shooter fans.     (TLDR: short campaign which is fun. End game is horde mode or replay the short campaign 7/10 wait for a sale.) This game was fun for the time I spent in it. I finished it playing on a mix of casual and standard difficulty in about 6-7 hours. 12 levels which took 20 to 30 minuets to complete. Once I finished the campaign I played through a few levels on a harder difficulty and a few on(TLDR: short campaign which is fun. End game is horde mode or replay the short campaign 7/10 wait for a sale.) This game was fun for the time I spent in it. I finished it playing on a mix of casual and standard difficulty in about 6-7 hours. 12 levels which took 20 to 30 minuets to complete. Once I finished the campaign I played through a few levels on a harder difficulty and a few on standard with challenge cards. The visual and gun play are decent. The only downside is the campaign is short and unless horde shooters are your thing there is little to keep you coming back for more. The game is not bad by any means.     Despite issues with repetition, Aliens: Fireteam Elite delivers where it counts; in its core gameplay. When you’re in the moment, obliterating hundreds of enemies using iconic weapons, against the backdrop of stunning locations that tap into the amazing cinematography the Alien franchise is known for, any shortcomings almost seem irrelevant. And, with the promise of free playable content to come across the next year, the rock-solid foundation which Cold Iron Studios has built could turn into something truly special.
