Nov 2, 2017Same problem as with the Doom, a lot of mindless shooting which in this game would be fine if sound of guns isn't dull/weak/suppressed, pubg for example has nice gun sounds.

Dec 25, 2020This game is pretty cringe worthy and doesn't offer anything new or makes use of it's mechanics it's watch story Cust scene there shoot. Then it goes into some **** cringeworthy sub storyline.

Nov 1, 2017Extremely disappointed in this game. Everything feels slow and weak. The weapons are clunky and not fun to use. The enemies often blend into the bland and washed out backgrounds. Rent before buying.

Nov 3, 2017An average game with great graphics but nothing new to offer. It's fun for sure but I really don't understand why it gets so much good reviews on Metacritic. It's not deep it's just sometimes quite enjoyable. It's an ordinary game from 1997 with some good 2017 graphics. 10 hrs in enough to get through it.

Dec 12, 2018this game was seriously underwhelming. the game felt unfinished, the story sucked, and it really felt like they were pushing a sjw agenda. seriously disappointing since I liked the first one so much.

May 27, 2019After an awful wheelchair PoV start and an interesting albeit over the top stereotyped cut sequence, I actually put the game down after thirty minutes. Clunky control, abysmal level design. As an old nerd that played the original I'm very disappointed.

Oct 30, 2017Lot of 0's from outrage culture people who deep down really don't even care about what they are crying about but love to jump on the outrage train. It's sad what society has become these days with skin as thick as a piece of paper.

Jul 25, 2019Solid gameplay and story. Few very cool moments and that is it. Game is simply boring and repetitive. There are no boss fights, not enough weapons and only like 3 different enemies in the whole game. Side missions are not worth playing at all. Game is also too short. I love Doom but this does not deliver the awesomeness of the run and shoot games.

Jan 16, 2019Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is an FPS that makes a ton of good to great decisions, but also a handful of poor ones. Tightly crafted gameplay is marred by adherence to genre conventions, and the narrative gets off to a slow start as the game decides what it wants to be. However, neither of those are enough to drag this down too much, as it is simply too well put together and has more than enough personality and fun to poke through the layer of seriousness draped over the first parts of the campaign. What is left is a game that can stand as a very fine example of its genre, if not quite a groundbreaking one.

Jan 2, 2018The second part continues in the footsteps of its predecessor and does not bring any major changes. However, it brings a hectic, explosive action accompanied by an excellent, though sometimes too exaggerative story.

Playstation Official Magazine UKDec 15, 2017Shocking, silly and brutal, BJ's comeback spins an enjoyable, if tonally confused, yarn. Despite its issues, this is still a rollicking thoughtfully driven shooter. [Christmas 2017, p.93]
