The big finale is finally here. Unfortunately it goes out on a low note. The big issue with the Michonne series has been that the supporting characters have been lacking. We already know Michonne is going to make it through all of this, so basically all of the tension hangs on worrying about the fates of everyone else involved. The big issue with the Michonne series has been that the supporting characters have been lacking. We already know Michonne is going to make it through all of this, so basically all of the tension hangs on worrying about the fates of everyone else involved. Considering the story hasn't given us a reason to care about these characters up to this point the whole thing is lacking.

The reason for this issue is due to the fact that the writers have had to cram a lot into a mere three, brief episodes. They simply couldn't make it all work for a satisfying conclusion. This episode in particular breezes by in no time at all.

The episode does manage to succeed in some ways though. For starters it manages to give us a deeper look into Michonne's past and deliver some emotion stemming from the seasons real hook; her guilt involving her daughters. There's a powerful scene that can play out based on a choice the episode offers.

The episode's other victory is that it made me want to replay the previous episode to see how different choices would affect certain events. I found myself pondering how doing something different would make things play out here. Something I plan to do in the future.

It's not without it's values, but this episode falls short due to the short running time of the overall season. The choices don't mean as much, there's no sense of urgency in the conflict, and it's all over in the blink of an eye. Had there been more time for this mini-series to flesh out it's side-characters then this episode would have had more strength. As it stands it is a disappointing conclusion and it's bright spots just can't save it as a whole. They do at least make it playable for fans.

A pretty decent end to this arc that actually explains why and how she goes back to be with Rick Grimes. A strong ending to a pretty weak miniseries overall.

This episode was great. Sound and graphics really was better. The game was still high speeds. And I totally agree with this kind of storytelling. This type of storytelling makes the game more exciting. I very much agree with the previous section.I hope Telltale Games with Batman and Walking Dead 3 to return to its peak

With somber filled emotions, a surprise or two, and some intense action moments, I’d absolutely recommend it to franchise fans. Just don’t expect it to totally blow you away in the process.

Telltale Games ends its brief sidequest with an enjoyable and interesting conclusion. Fans of The Walking Dead will not want to miss this.

The conclusion couldn’t be more underwhelming or disappointing if they’d tried.
