    + good voice acting, fresh´n new characters, story is entertaining - too short (1h), some szenes laggy Conclusion: As a big Walking Dead fan you can´t be wrong with this new part of the TTG Series. It has the same quality like seasson 1+2, new charcacters, a well written plot and also great voice actors, the first episode takes +1 hour to finish. That´s a    Grafik: 6/10

    Conclusion: As a big Walking Dead fan you can´t be wrong with this new part of the TTG Series. It has the same quality like seasson 1+2, new charcacters, a well written plot and also great voice actors, the first episode takes +1 hour to finish. That´s a little bit too short for 15$ (3 episodes), but i can´t wait for ep 2. with ninja badass Michonne.    … Expand

    I really think that Tell Tales act is getting stale as you can practically see through the well worn formula of what is essentially a shake and bake game.

    The story offers nothing new and the game mechanics are now so familiar to the majority of players that a tutorial feels insulting.     I loved the previous walking dead tell tale games, but drifted away mid way through Season 2 as it all felt repetitive and dull and I am sad to report that this game is not any better.

    Such a missed opportunity to tell the story of one of the walking dead' favorite characters but I just cant put my finger on what grinds me so much with this game, the voice acting feels amateur, the art style so played out and underwhelming whilst at the same time dull.

    In my own view this genre is played out and stale (but this game is hardly one of tell tales best works) and so have no interest in playing these type of games any longer so maybe it really its more of a case of the wrong player for the game than the game not being any good.    … Expand

    Don't come into this first episode of Telltale's miniseries expecting a huge change in the formula. The gameplay is exactly what you would expect, not only for their Walking Dead series, but really their episodic games as a whole. You'll make choices, engage in quicktime events, and get treated to some fantastic storytelling. Basically, if you loved Telltale's previous work with TheDon't come into this first episode of Telltale's miniseries expecting a huge change in the formula. The gameplay is exactly what you would expect, not only for their Walking Dead series, but really their episodic games as a whole. You'll make choices, engage in quicktime events, and get treated to some fantastic storytelling. Basically, if you loved Telltale's previous work with The Walking Dead then I can't really think of any reason why you wouldn't like this.

    Right out of the gate the game hits you with inventive scenarios and gory action. It's violent, dark, and gives us a deeper look into the mind of one of the series most compelling characters. That's really the hook of this miniseries and things start off right here. It sets up a tense and dangerous situation you have to try and survive all while giving us a personal look into Michonne's psyche. Something the series will hopefully dive into in the next two episodes.

    The choices you have to make here really get you thinking. Once again it's not just your life on the line, but other characters as well. It makes for some very tense scenarios. The quicktime events are basically what you would expect. However the brutal and gory kills keep things entertaining. Michonne is known to be one of the toughest characters in TWD and the quicktime events really capture just how skilled she is. Sadly there aren't any puzzles this time around. Hopefully we'll get some really good one's in the future. Yet, even without them episode 1 of Michonne already delivers a more satisfying gameplay experience than the majority of season 2 did. Now, if they could only polish up that engine.

    The game is gorgeous to look at, but the typical Telltale bugs are noticeable. The slight freezing in between scenes and the occasional graphical issues are still present and noticeable. They still don't ruin the experience, but they still get in the way of the immersion. A pretty big issue in a game like this.

    In closing this first episode of the Michonne miniseries is off to an impressive start. While it doesn't reinvent the wheel things are still made highly enjoyable and compelling thanks to inventive scenarios, fantastic writing, and a very compelling lead. I only hope the following episodes can capitalize on this foundation. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next and finding out just what we get to learn about Michonne.

These developers are seeing how far they can get away by giving as little as possible and charging you in the process. Short game? Lack of content? No worries, just slice them up into episodic content to make it less obvious!

I might as well just watch the tv film. Or maybe just watch this game on Youtube because you are not really playing this game anyway. The game is playing you instead. STOP IT ALREADY! 0 value.     This miniseries gets off to a bad start by being incredibly cliche and boring. Michonne is not nearly as interesting as the story with Clementine. Disappointing start.

    Acabo de completar el primer episodio de TWD Michonne y no puedo estar mas decepcionado.

    Para empezar dura un suspiro y encima te regalan directamente los trofeos, te salta uno cada pocos min. El sistema de combate es en exceso simple, basta con pulsar los botones que aparecen en pantalla (QTE), resulta bastante difícil fallar. Estamos de acuerdo en que el sistema de combate de TWD    Acabo de completar el primer episodio de TWD Michonne y no puedo estar mas decepcionado.

    Para empezar dura un suspiro y encima te regalan directamente los trofeos, te salta uno cada pocos min. El sistema de combate es en exceso simple, basta con pulsar los botones que aparecen en pantalla (QTE), resulta bastante difícil fallar.

    Estamos de acuerdo en que el sistema de combate de TWD nunca ha sido un reto, pero en las entregas previas debías al menos apuntar primero, lo que le daba cierta tensión.

    Quedo a la espera de los otros dos capítulos, pero por el momento mi valoración es de un suspenso.    … Expand

    The Walking Dead: Michonne leaves us with a mixture of feelings. It opens to a wider audience, but abandons the fans of the comics by not introducing any new features. Neither does it shine in the argumental level, so we can only classify it as correct.
