    A mí el juego me ha gustado michisimo, de hecho llevo varios días dándole vueltas, te remueve por dentro. Te hace ver las dos partes de la historia y que ni los buenos son tan buenos ni los malos tan malos. Unos gráficos y unos detalles impresionantes. Lo recomiendo.

    Giving it a 6 because this game could have been amazing - graphics, clumsy but in the end ok mechanics, few nice sections (birthday flashback), and a very inclusive approach - on characters selections but on the gameplay possibilities as well.

    But... Imagine you are locked down in a room with the most hated character.     But...

    Imagine you are locked down in a room with the most hated character. Person that locked you down wants you to start like it, but both of you can't speak or move an inch.

    Then also remember GoT S8 characters arch and multiply by 10. Side characters in TLoU2 are developed in a sub-mediocre level. Saw this on an youtube comment and 1000% agree - Arthur's horse had a better character development than Jesse, Tommy, Dina, Manny. Only Lev and Yarra have some nice development.

    You introduce a lesbian relationship, but for 90% of the game there is no chemistry between them.

    My conclusion is that people that created the story + produced the game behaved like some sadistic parents that want to teach their kids how to behave by being really really cruel and violent with them.    … Expand

First installment was almost perfect in case of visuals, story etc. and the part 2 is also pretending to be as good as it's prequel except one thing: the story. Some narrative decisions were totally wrong for example how can you kill Joel that everybody loved with the golf club and force the audience to play as the character who did it?! For ten hours! I really liked the game, they improved mechanics, visuals and they,ve added some rpg elements like the half open Seattle area in the beginning of the game. It really looks like the next generation game but the story , LGBT propaganda and weird ending brings down the rating to 7/10. Hope you don't make the next game about Abby Naughty Dog. And my god it was so satisfying to be stealthy in this game.… Expand

    An era defining game that clearly doesn’t deserve its hate. The graphics, the gameplay, and boy.... the story. Another emotional Rollercoaster that makes your stomach turn and really start to wonder.

    Let's get this out of the way - the story is an artistic diarrhoea. It's not pleasant, it stinks and goes on for ages. Seriously, this game overstayed it's welcome by about 10 hours! It has its moments but they are few and far between. Characters are extremely unlikeable too and I just couldn't develop any kind of bond with them. It mostly consists of getting to an area, clearing it of enemies or sneaking past and repeating this process. It's still fun, you can take them out silently, go guns blazing or set up traps.
    This game is not a masterpiece, it's also not a total garbage as most user scores would have you believe - it's just worse then part one and that is the problem.    … Expand

    Playing this about 12 hours and damn I love it, it's like growing up, it's not for "kids" it's not for weak minds, it made me angry, it made me happy, it made sad, I connected to the game, it's really good having this narrative in games nowadays

Every moment of this game I was hit by overwhelming emotion, feeling too much at any given time, like my nerves were on fire. ND tells the story they want to tell and every piece is so deliberately thought over. The contrast of characters and how the narrative jumps from past to presentNaughty Dog takes you on a journey, it may not be the one that is wanted but its the one that is needed. Every moment of this game I was hit by overwhelming emotion, feeling too much at any given time, like my nerves were on fire. ND tells the story they want to tell and every piece is so deliberately thought over. The contrast of characters and how the narrative jumps from past to present gives more weight to the actions you the player are experiencing and witnessing.

    Gameplay is a huge improvement from the first with players being able to craft ammo, use ropes and vertical environmental changes to navigate. Combat feels tighter than the first, AI is smarter and can be customized in the accessibility options. Infected are scarier and pose more of a threat. The world of The Last of Us is as hauntingly beautiful as ever with more open world feeling areas.

    The voice acting is on point. I felt for characters I didn't want to feel for. And the facial capture brings new life.

    I dare say this has become my favorite game.    … Expand

The graphics and accessibility is top notch. the gameplay is the same as the first so if you liked the gameplay of the first game, you'll like it in this one.     I had a great time playing this masterpiece. The grafics are stunning and the gameplay evoled in a positiv and flunt way. The story is extremly emotional even if it may take some time to get into it.     I could only get through half of the game before putting down my controller. Maybe I'll pick it up again in the future but right now I doubt it. Technically it's a beautiful game with a good atmosphere but the gameplay is basic and the story feels like a huge step back from the first one.     A story some might find difficult initially because of attachment to characters but as you play it more you realise how there is 2 sides to every story and not everything is black and white. Loved it.

    What you'll play is indeed a "real" video game, not an interactive experience, with a smooth gameplay, it will seem familiar since it's similar to the one from the first chapter while improved in every single aspect and extremely fun to play.
    I don't think there isn't any need to talk about the graphics, but, if I have to, I'll just say that some little details blew me away and sometimes I even forgot I was playing a video game.
    The world has a need of bold, well-written and incredibly well-developed games like this.

    Just finished “The Last of Us Part II”, I found it to be a perfect ten out of ten. Great gameplay, amazing graphics and an incredible mature storyline. A must for every gamer to play and hands down the game of this generation.

    The people rating this game so low have clearly never even played it. After 30+ hours and the story completed, I can safely say this is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played and easily amongst the best on this generation of console.

    In a "AAA" universe where so many game story's have a hard time making an impact on the player, I feel Naughty Dog might have gone to far with this one. Trying to punch your audience in the gut to the tune of sacrificing the good parts of characters, character then diving head first into the power fantasy video game trop, just to spit in the audience's face at the end. Also, I can't enfisise this enough, the team that put their time into putting this game together deserve a lot of credit and I hope they continue to make games because they are truly dedicated to their craft. The bad parties I am sure exist at the top of Naughty Dog, the captions of the ship that know full well riding on the wave of the last game that this one would sell in spite of public backlash. With the knowledge they could get away with doing whatever they wanted this direction was a fowl move. Be warned, people are wising up to contrived storytelling and this will heart your other intellectual properties from here on out. This is no Fallout 76 failure but it is a Wolfenstein Youngblood without the polish issues Wolfenstein Youngblood has. Also big daddy Sony won't be their to pay off, or threaten the Critics forever. 40/100 is all I can give, TL:DR do something else with this 25 hours unless you like torturing yourself emotionally and mentally in an effort to finish a game just to feel bad for playing in the first place.… Expand

    Gameplay itself is 10/10 ,stealth mechanic ,fighting shooting,just awesome.
    Game didnt bring a lot new things but its ok ,when it works it works.
    I dont really get these negative reviews i really dont, do you review movies same as games when your favorite character or someone who didnt deserved it dies ?

    Sometimes the game is absolutely amazing but the terrible story will never let you enjoy those moments. I completeled the first Last of Us three times but had to force myself to finish Last of Us 2. Such an utter disappointment Naughty Dog would succumb to SJW, get woke, culture.

I just finished this abomination and created this account to join in adding my voice to the rest of the fans of the previous game who feel aggrieved and let down by Naughty Dog. What on earth were they thinking? Didn't they actually play the last game? I'm asking Naughty Dog for my money back. The story plainly is awful; Joel's early demise is handled without respect for the history we as the gamer have had with him. Is it simply a poor copy of the "Sarah" moment from TLOU for the sake of an early shock to roll the opening credits to? The characters just don't capture that great chemistry that Joel & Ellie had from TLOU, Dina & Ellie just don't have it, their story / interactions were just boring or annoying and felt more like pushing an agenda rather than making or developing a story. Ellie & Riley from the Left Behind DLC were much better. However, their dull contributions cause nowhere near as much grief as the proverbial knife in the back from Naughty Dog in forcing us to play half the game as Abby, Joel's killer. This is a character that has no redeeming qualities or interest to me whatsoever. I feel bad for all the animators and mo-cap artists whose work I didn't see because I skipped her cut scenes at every opportunity I could in order to get to the end of her appearances; I just didn't care less what happened to her and I often fed her to the infected or threw her off tall buildings in the hope that it would enact some kind of digital voodoo to give the writers violent diarrhoea of an equally appropriate level. I cannot believe I waited seven years for this. I don't buy Joel getting caught by a group of well armed strangers given his experience of years as a smuggler and even sometime hunter and I don't buy Ellie wading through dozens of killings (of other people) to meet her nemesis (twice!) only to let her go after realising "killing bad" without any kind of communication or resolution other than more fighting. It just doesn't make sense - its a triple kick in the teeth - Joel's death, Awful Abby and Ellie's Revenge that wasn't. This is not a worthy sequel, its not even a funny parody.… Expand

It's so unlike the first game you should just change the name of this because it's not a sequel it's a disgrace. Totally disappointed, this is why Sony needs offer refunds for trash like this.

The Last of Us part II connects with our most primary instincts, where we are able to connect with someone through simple and natural signs, like their facial expression (something that is extraordinarily real in this game). Thus, we can see that world is not "black-and-white", that our view of "heroes and villains", of "good and evil", is at least childlike.

    I am very sad with the amount of negative reviews criticizing the story, and above all, that see the character Abby as a cold killer without emotions.

    For me, this game is about our empathic capacity to be in the other's place, and at least to perceive them as a human being like us, subject to stupid and selfish decisions.

    The Last of Us part II does something I had never seen in a game, putting ourselves in the shoes of someone we initially despised, and making us see by another perspective. An experience that we could only have playing, controlling the actions, and often feeling guilty about them.

    It's not a "light" experience, I felt emotionally exhausted after finishing the game. But the complete experience was something truly impressive and memorable for me. I felt the weight of the decisions I made through the characters.

    I really can't understand how someone, after the whole journey, comes to an end and feels "disappointed" by Ellie's final decision. Really? Did you really look at that and want to continue?

    In a world of dehumanized characters in "Call of Duty" and alikes, this game is necessary. But unfortunately, not everyone is ready.    … Expand

    I was so excited for this game to come out. Turns out the game is just not very good. ND bought all those critic reviews cause in my opinion there is no way this gets a good score. It does have good graphics, but the story is just awful. My 5 year old boy could come up with something better.

    In addition, you are forced to play with characters without charisma, in an attempt to empathize with them, which did not convince me at all. My distaste only intensified (do you really want to paint this character as a nice person after she brutally tortured someone who saved her live? Really?!).
    I saw people defending history based on politics and for me the question is not this, it is bad writing, bad plot. It is sad to see how much work they had done developing this game to be wasted by bad script.
    The graphics and soundtrack are beautiful, but for me beauty is only skin deep.
    I am really sad to have waited seven years for this and to have spent 12.38% of my country's average salary for it.
    I do not think this game deserves a zero, for all the work that have been done. But unfortunately, I can't give a higher score for such a disappointing game.    … Expand

The Last of Us Part II is totally a different game story-wise. It did lack character development to the new characters, I haven’t felt any anger or sadness to their deaths except for Lara. The graphics and the gameplay I’ll give it a solid 10/10. The story? It really made the game worst. Full of plot holes, unnecessary flashbacks from Abby & Owen relationship, and of course killing Joel and that disappointing ending. Could’ve been more great if they ended it at the farm. Anyways I’ll give it a 2/10. Props to the team.… Expand

The ending feels like a punch in the face. You’re telling me that Ellie kills hundreds of «bad guys» who have families (and dogs) and feelings and still she just lets Abby go? Ellie didn’t realize beforehand that Joel wouldn’t want Ellie to waste her life?

    Everything that made the first game so amazing is just gone from the second game. The 10 hour long journey to make us understand Abby just left a sour taste in my mouth. It felt like a bad DLC and I was constantly waiting for it to end. Besides, Abby was a spiteful and bad person. Her dad was about to kill a 14 year old girl, and she doesn’t understand why Joel would defend that girl? Her dad even expressed uncertainty when faced with the question of what he’d do if it was Abby who was immune, and still she doesn’t understand why Joel did what he did? Mel was right, Abby is a piece of ****

    I could rant forever about how bad and disappointing this game is, but the game doesn’t deserve my time. Words can’t describe how bad this game is, but numbers can. 0/10

This game is absolutely masterpiece, people just hated the game once they saw Joel died, but in fact this game is one of the best games ever made in gaming Industry, story telling is just amazing, how the developers got Abby (who killed Joel for vengeance) is just so damn smart.
    The way they connected the characters is so freakin smart and clever, they showed why Abby killed Joel and how Ellie wanted to kill her but after all, in my opinion the ending still sad, but they showed a possibility of a part3 which I’m really looking forward to, I don’t even know why this game had so much hate, I guess ND were right when they said “this game is not for everyone”
    I really give this game 10/10 by story, graphics, mechanics, combat, etc it’s a must play game for sure.    … Expand

Not only did thus game push social political agendas into almost every character trait in a zombie game, but the story is trying so hard to be different that it just feels disconnected from the actuaL universe it’s in. Taking what we loved about the first game. Which was the bond between Joel and Ellie, and then smashing it with a golf club from this random new character. THEN making me play as the character that i hate that you attempt to force me to like because her dad was killed, which didn’t work btw i felt nothing for Abby right after she killed Jessie. Another character i like. Then you make me play as her for 10+ HOURS to get me to think she’s interesting. She’s not. Lev is just a plot device used to extend the story. It’s a joke of a story. The revenge plot is kinda dull. But since it’s Ellie and even I’m here wanting to kill these people for killing the main character of the first game right off the bat. I could let the revenge motive slide. The ending was terrible. Never in my life have i seen a more unsatisfying ending. 25+ hours of story just for Ellie to change her mind. Your game is trash. The only reason these critics have this game such a good rating was because they are media. And if you include all these elements that people can side with. (Lesbian couples, trash gender children) they’re gonna want to give it a high score so they aren’t bombed on by the groups that associate with them. I don’t have Abby cause she’s buff or a woman i don’t have lev because he’s trans. I hate them because they are incredibly problematic and the things that they choose to do. I don’t feel anything for either of them. Dina and Jesse were good auditions to the cast. But wait Abby killed him out of nowhere. Thus game builds these relationships then rips them away for the sake of the plot out of nowhere. I enjoyed playing as Ellie. However like half this game is Abby so. Not only will i never play this again because of its terrible story and characters, I’ve already returned it and got my refund cause i felt robbed by the whole experience. Please never buy this game. The story is also so torn apart that it prevents any meaningful emotional engagement - imagine a soccer match where you switch side every 15min. Part I is my second favorite game of all time so this is a shame...

Whilst playing part 2 I thoroughly enjoyed the graphics and details. The added fighting and weapon upgrades and the acting. But the storyline absolutely sucked. Not only was the main protagonist of the first game killed off but I then had to play half of the game as his killer, . Which only made me lose interest even more. I had no sympathy for Abby, I did not want to see any development or know her background I hated it that much! Naughty dog had clearly taken a number of aspects that were used in Uncharted which is understandable but unnecessary. I feel that naughty dog simply could not come up with a long enough storyline to compete with part 1 that they decided to take the risk of making the player play abbey for 10 hours. And in my opinion was a stupid risk that ruined the game for me!… Expand

Takes two hours for the story to even begin, there was couple good moments around 7th hour into the game, and then from the 12th hour to the ending, it just sucks. Too much pushed political correct elements in game which makes people disgusted. Neil Druckmen is the one who is responsible for this mess! It is a shame that others people on the team worked so hard to deliver such good gameplay and visuals.

A good movie, story, or game, makes you ponder on your own thoughts well after the credits roll. This game did that. Bravo. Initially, I hated the ending because she let Abby live. Once I had time to let it marinate, I changed my views. I feel now that Ellie saw a glimpse of Joel in Abby in that last moment, and therefore saw her own young self in Lev. She realized that killing Abby would have left Lev to be alone like her, and that’s why she let Abby go. It was her way of forgiving Abby AND Joel at the same time. That explanation makes me feel much better about the ending and appreciation for the game/story as a whole. That resident evil boss battle felt weirdly out of place though lol… Expand

The complete lack of character development on the part of Issac, Jesse, Manny, etc. who were all killed in a meaningless manner. Not only was the ending abysmal and unrealistic, but it was also far too predictable from the writing of the entire game. The LOU 2 is not doing any good forcing the user to play as a character universally hated, and seeing no justice done. When there are video compilations of people killing Abby hoping that was the ending, you already know the writing was dog trash.

    For the upsides of this game, the actual gameplay was enjoyable and the game looked fantastic. That's about it.    … Expand

    TLOU2 is a great game, is it a perfect game, no but still great. The biggest problem is that it feels like this game should have been TLOU3 this would have been an golden opportunity to make the events that take place in this game so much more impactful.

    My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
    I waited 5 years to play this
    And they gave me a horrible intro and **** ending
    I just want to forget about this game.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
