    Everything about this franchise is amazing and TLOU2 is a notch above the previous one. All thanks to Neil druckman and his team at naughty dog.

The writing was **** the virtue-signaling wasn't asked for, not pleased about the misleading trailer. Additionally, I fell asleep in the middle of the game, which has only happened once, when I played Quantum break. This game is just honestly enjoyable.

    I can only imagine how the studio feels knowing they spent all most 10 years on a game for people to not like it.    … Expand

The last flashback especially that showed Joel and Ellie were attempting to reconcile their relationship seemed like a pointless and mean spirited decision from the writing team.     Those who are review bombing,first let me be clear it will not effect the sales and how can they give 0 ratings on the day of its release because it is 30 hours long game. As it is clear that it is happening due to the hate spread through the leaks .But I had seen the leaks and I also felt down.     7 years later and it feels like over 7 years they slowly forgot their creation, not entirely but enough to make this latest entry seemingly misplaced and an ill thought out experience.

    A certain level of conformation has been put by its creators onto its new narrative, everything feels a little more forced and out of place. The characters are told to go right when they would otherwise go left and the narrative is a little disjointed between character coming of age and wild slasher film.

    It lacks grace, it lacks cohesion, it lacks substance. They haven't created something new for games as a medium but instead tried to mimic the thing they really actually wanted to be working on, film. The irony while they made a cinematic experience for games, they inadvertently showed why they work on games and not cinema, lack of ability with flaws on show. But the presentation alone will trick many, especially in my opinion reviewers who clamor also for a more cinematic artistic world of games in a bid to feel more cultured.

    All the good things about this game are trumped by the terrible writing and being forced to play as a character which doesn't have the proper set-up to make us care.     Eu realmente não sei pq estão detonando esse jogo ele é literalmente oq vc viu nós trailers oq foi falado que ia ser literalmente tudo que eles falaram tá aqui e tudo é fantástico é uma história de vingança simples mas bem feita,e o gameplay é uma evolução do primeiro de muitas formas diferentes.

    i just finished the game and, there is really nothing i can say the score and numbers speaks for it self ,the last of us part1 was amazing and i love it but this one it is actually just a video game filled with agenda

    Without doubts!, the best game for PS4, best graphics, best gameplay, best History argumentation, best everything and my respects to Naughty Dog they made me cry and I,ve never cried for a game. Amazing way to end a Gold Generation,please remastered it for PS5

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
