    I cannot believe that this game treats the idea that revenge leads to more revenge as though it’s some kind of profound concept. Part 2 is just a bleak story in a bleak world with nothing particularly original to say.
    None of the main plot points in this game feel deserved.
    Naughty dog seriously took the easy way out this time. It's not brave or courageous. It's cheap

    This is a very disappointing game. from the first two hour, where you barely played anything, You already wanted to quit and bend your disk. This is a huge letdown for players who loved The Last of Us part I, and fans who believed trailer was true. This game includes every mistake a bad game have, and they did everything they could to make you buy the game.     My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
    I waited 5 years to play this
    And NaughtyDog gave me a horrible story and f* ending
    I pay $60 to purchase this game and they gave me this **** , WTF
    How much i like/enjoy TLoU is how much i am pissed by TLoU Part II

    Just finished the game here and what I will say is that the gameplay is a big improvement over The Last Of Us 1 but unfortunately for Naughty Dog that's not really what people loved about The Last Of Us. Neil Druckmann in all his writing wisdom is trying to wedge a square into a circular hole by forcing his politics into a game about a zombie apocalypse.

    Throughout many sections of the game I found myself audibly groaning at the obvious attempts to make some sort of forced political statement, if I cannot get a refund for this game I am going to be deeply dissapointed but I do not expect I will be able to get one. The story is laughably weak and given that that was the focus of the original it simply cannot live up to that. After all of this I'm going to say that I consider The Last Of Us 2 to be non-canon and I think that Neil Druckmann has to work with adult supervision or else he will butcher another beloved Naughty Dog IP.    … Expand

    After playing this I felt angry, confused and insulted that a game company would feel that this is acceptable to do. How do you go from a great first installment with an amazing touching story and characters to suddenly turn full SJW and make garbage like this. This is the future of identity politics in gaming. Man = bad, push for sjw politically correct narrative.

    the game The Last of us II has magnificent scenery but all the work was spoiled by the story with empty characters and boring conversations during the game. The way Joel was treated in that game was the worst idea they could have chosen, Ellie was boring and the sex scenes were unnecessary. And Abby

    Me gustó el juego, porque realmente es muy profundo, la muerte de joel realmente da pena y todo está muy bien llevado, la relación de ellie y fina es muy importante, el gameplay es muy bueno y los gráficos hermosos

    This video game is a notorious change from its predecessor, it shows us a darker side of what Naughty Dog is capable of creating, this game has good mechanics, good and refined controls, and a story that will put you to the test of what you could do for revenge, in a nutshell, this game will go down in history as one of the unforgettable PS4 exclusives

They’ve pandered to the vocal minority on social media and put it into a game and expect their main demographic to swallow their identity politics.     Language - Brazilian Portuguese - O jogo é simplesmente maravilhoso em todos os aspectos, ele contém cada detalhe incrível feito minuciosamente e com tanto cuidado que chega a surpreender qualquer um. Esse é um jogo como poucos e dificilmente terá um que chegará perto da grandiosidade de The Last Of Us Parte 2

    The story disappointed me.I expected more the game is just a farm of fans money, well the gameplay is great, I can't speak ill of the gameplay because it is excellent, only the story made me hate the game in a way that I couldn't even see another one gameplay and ... dogs '-'

    Holy **** this game is absolutely amazing the best game I’ve played in years anyone who dislikes it has some weird misplaced political agenda 10 out of 10 without question. Honestly before I oplayed this game I wary and distrustful of lesbian women but after I have completely realized the error in my ways

    This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and painful to even hear about tbh, left alone to actually play it, I mean even Ellie in the first game knew to stay vigilant and defensive in the first encounter with David. How dare Naught Dog just gave my old man Joel such an undignified death??
    This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I can still remember the goods days with the first game a few years ago back when I was in highschool and after all these year of waiting my man was killed by a witless woman in the first few hours into the game. No matter what the background story of that woman is, I simply DO NOT CARE ANYMORE. The only regret is I wasn't able to kill EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the hospital building back in the ending of the last game.
    Besides not even giving the option to avenge Joel is like John Wick lets the brat who killed his dog live after all the pursuit and battlescar he suffered which makes completely NO sense.

But never expect he die for nothing or should I say die because saved wrong person. Abby killed almost everybody from two camps to protect the boy, why? because he saved her. So why u can't give Joel a chance, at least let him die without pain. Then Ellie let her live because of what? Is she got Stockholm syndrome or something? She has no reason to let her live under that world background. This is a game not real world, "the right thing rules" doesn't have to apply in this game. U can't just let the person who murder own family to walk away without a proper reason. Don't u ever impose the way u looking at the world on me. I won't forgive her let me make my own choice!!!… Expand

    TLOUS2 is the only console game I have requested a refund . I bought the original on the PS3, this sequel is a betrayal to the fans. I truly pity people who aren't able to refund their money. Graphics and sound do not make a game, Tetris and Chess are timeless regardless of the money put into it. If the game's not fun, it isn't "required" to give it a specific rating quota.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
