    The game is still as immersive and enjoyable as the first game. The graphics are impressive, visually the best. But the story is a joke, without a doubt the worst thing about this game. You would only earn a grade for the visual.

    Sound and graphic: Very good job ND
    Story: Not mine. In my opinion ND did everything wrong that can be done wrong. The fact that you have to play Abby is a rape for me as a player. Totally disappointed and uninstalled again. Don't want this game on my PS4!

    I wished I could get a refund. This game has horrible writing and really unlikable characters. The gameplay is not that innovative too. It still as the same boring pop and shoot and gets repetitive quickly. The game ocassionally has bugs and glitches thats make s gameplay segments frustrating. This is not a 10/10 game.     Incredible visuals and music can't make up for a complete lack of skill in writing. The story is unbelievable, full of plot holes, often depraved in failed attempts at adding shock factor and spits on the legacy of the original. A painful game to experience. It is further insult to injury that Naughty Dog used false advertising to sell the game to fans of the first.

    Story was poorly done. Really disappointed in how this turned out. Definitely recommend buying it used if you really want to play it.

    An OK game, don't know what all the hype was for. It was just an average game with an try hard story which wouldn't work with all the logical and rational somersaults required to make it believable.

    Everything good about this game died with ... The only thing that I get from this game is the feeling that playing games is waste of time because everything that characters do here is vain. Vain is the word that defines this game. I love the fist one.

    Script terrible, besides the gameplay are great. The thing is that, FOR ME, the story is essential. I play games just for the story, so I can't like this game even if have good graphics. I was waiting more cleverness in the script.

    The game was ruined. All actions and missions are repeated. You always just go kill zombies. ORDINARY ZOMBIES. And all the characters are alive ... no one talks to you constantly as it was in the first part of the game. Therefore, I do not advise buying this game.

    I couldn't play the fist one but i watch the cinematics on the internet and i really liked the story of the game. Now, while there is a really big upgrade in graphics, i didnt really liked the game-play, felt heavy and way to boring, few tense moments, in a way i could forgive the game-play if and only if, the story wasn't so lame, filled with plot holes and stupid ways to try and fit theI couldn't play the fist one but i watch the cinematics on the internet and i really liked the story of the game.     Such a beautiful looking game and such a poor story. By and large, I will not give a game a good score any more just because of graphics. In this day and age of hyper-threaded processors, blazing fast video cards and SSD hard drives, gorgeous graphics should be the least you get in a game. But when that's all your game can boast, it isn't saying much.

    I liken this game to the 'torture-porn' episode of The Walking Dead where they killed Abraham and then they killed Glenn. Shock value and character deaths not because they make sense to the plot and overall story arc but because someone wants to shock and titilate.

    If all this game can do is say "Look how woke we are" then it isn't much of a game. You might as well go back and play the first one over since they didn't change anything else. Maybe Naughty Dog should go sit down and talk to Square Enix for lessons on how to innovate with one of your most successful and beloved franchises. If you aren't willing to do that, maybe then just stick with Crash Bandicoot titles    … Expand

    The saddest thing is they ruined the first game narrative trying to inspire some pretentious moral in this second part.

    I would like to as the devs, how the hell Joel and ellie got so distant, I mean in the first game they had such a good chemistry, in the couple scenes we get to see them interact is like they strangers it's cringy as hell to see Joel interact with the girl he saved and considered a daughter. It's just stupid tbh..... Killing Joel right off the bat, are u serious?? The iconic character from first game... Are you serious?! Why so early??!! Why not more back story before it?!! People would probably wouldn't be so shocked..... But at this rate am done playing the game.... I played only thru the chick killing Joel and am done.. Idc about the rest, Joel was my fav and hhe ded.. This game is stupid, and from spoilers I read, ellie doesn't get revenge and we are forced to play as Abby, Joel's killer... **** outta here. The writing is poor at best, is so hard to relate with the characters and it seems that they fill those gaps with gratuitous violence and cussing. The storyline forces you to make decisions and then lectures you about how bad of a person you are for making them. I was a big fan and didn't want to believe what the people was saying but this game is just poorly done.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
