Nov 2, 2021One Year later I still have a very bad feeling about this game, the story is painful for me, it went from something really good to being so bad. The gameplay is very cool and good, i enjoyed it but the story is very very very disappointing. I feel very broken hearted on how they decided to take this story arc for the part 2.

Nov 17, 2021The game story is very very poor, a huge amount of flashbacks that suck, and the characters choices don't make any sense.
A very bad game.
The only thing that is enjoyable in this game is the stealth and action scenes, rather that this absolute garbage.
I created an account specifically to give that rating. -

Dec 31, 2021This game was a huge dissapointment all those years of hype for this dumpster fire, i removed this from my playstation after the fourth mission, the gameplay is linear, and the best thing about last of us (the story) became **** andthe developers were **** at release

Jan 3, 20221 point for decent graphic and 1 for optimization. Story is awful, the game is too bloody and there is too much violence in it. The characters, like the story, have degraded compared to the first part. Don't play or buy this game.

Jan 5, 2022Awful game, just don’t know what the designers were thinking about. I’m huge fan of the first part, I felt pain while playing the second.

Jan 21, 2022Great graphics, great gameplay. Story wasn’t the best, as a lot was lacking in the sense of some characters development. Bought this game upon release now never picked it up again after the first play through. Not even worth selling as it’s now going on eBay brand new and sealed for 7 quid. On the plus side it does make a good coaster

Aug 14, 2023the story is questionable nonsense. awful Political correctness. crazy idea
-
Apr 13, 2022The game has incredible gameplay and graphics, but that does not take away from the horrible thing because the story is bad since it has many inconsistencies that do not make sense of the game, such as the death of Joel
-
May 27, 2023This is the worst game Ive played this year. stupidest **** plot, dumb as **** AI and the gameplay it self is about as fun and engaging as combing knots out of your pubes. 0/10 go **** yourself.

Sep 13, 2020The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.
-
Sep 5, 2020Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

Game World Navigator MagazineSep 3, 2020If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
