    All the game reviews from June 19 are one big joke from people who didn't play the game and quite possibly don't even own it. They just read the spoilers and don't tell the whole story.
    I finished the game in 38 hours, divided into 6 days.
    TLOU2 has well-written characters that fit perfectly into the built world from the first part.     TLOU2 has well-written characters that fit perfectly into the built world from the first part.
    The story is strong and at times disturbingly believable.
    The graphics are again at the highest level of the current console generation.
    Acting performances are at the Oscar level.
    Gameplay is a solid evolution from the first part.
    The combination of everything creates a very engaging atmosphere, which it maintains until the final headlines.

    If you enjoyed the first part, you will definitely enjoy the second part as well.

    Not for the weak-hearted! This game is just as beautiful as a Red Dead Redemption 2. The game is smart. There are many accessibility options, indicating the company that made it is thoughtful. The story is like nothing you will ever play in a video game, let alone see in a movie.

    I don't understand any negative review. The game has amazing story. The only problem is dumb intelligence of NPC.

    This review is spoiler-free about the story. I don't know if people have the same feeling I have, but I figured I would share in hopes that it helps the people in the same boat as me. The negative reviews are kind of killing me. I wish I didn’t see the Metacritic stuff before playing. I went through the game and tried to forget about the critic and user reviews to not be pushed in eitherThis review is spoiler-free about the story.     The story had its ups and downs. I don’t mean in the writing, I mean in how I felt. I think it was done on purpose. I hated certain moments of this game. Particularly towards the middle and end. But as it went on, I became attached and understood the reason behind why I am playing. The game makes it seem like it is a story of revenge, and for parts of it, it is. But that is not the major theme. It branches out and does things that many of us did not want to happen. It pushed the limit on storytelling. It went against the grain of what people most likely wanted. It definitely isn't what I wanted or expected, but I really enjoyed all of it. I just had to finish the game and sit on it for a night before I took the time to write about it.    … Expand

    I actually played the game, unlike most who have review bombed this game. It's absolutely incredible. Every minute of it is tense, heart wrenching or just goddamn fun. There is a lot of context that you get from just being in the game-world that is utterly vital to the story, hence why many wont truly get it.     Excellent addition to the franchise. Naughty dog realized and excellent work with character and world development. Without a doubt this is a must play game.

    This is the best made game that I have ever played from the graphics through to the art and animation everything raises the bar for the games industry overall.

    This game is absolutley amazing. I trully believe that all this hate is only “justified” by the ignorance of those who played it... they were so blinded by the desire of revenge, that they weren’t able too see the beautifull message about self-growth, redemption and forgiveness.
    Please, go and read Neil Druckmann’s letter before playing, and play with an open mind.

    The last of us Part 2 I really liked it!!! If you passed the first part, you should like it. The gameplay is 10/10, graphics 10/10, story 10/10. The best game!!!!

The way Joel went out, even though sad, was a respectable ending for the character. Went out fighting like any good hero should. Don’t let the leaks ruin this for you. Some leaks are false as well. Just pick it up, or borrow it and enjoy it this fantastic sequel to one of the best games of all time.… Expand

    Absolutely incredible game, hooked from the start. The story kept me wanting to play for more and the wonderfully explorable world really kept you looking for more details.

    I would recommend this game to everybody in a heartbeat. First time in a long while that I've poured so many hours into a game in such a short period.     Welcome back to the Mushroom kingdom. From the music, the extreme detail of technical mastery that blend with the narrative history, this game demonstrates what Naughty Dog can deliver and I am happy that I am able to experience it now.
    Only ND can imprint the level of details in the player surroundings, leaving the quest for finding them to you, notes on the wall, dusty coffee machines,    Welcome back to the Mushroom kingdom.     Only ND can imprint the level of details in the player surroundings, leaving the quest for finding them to you, notes on the wall, dusty coffee machines, posters, concert ads, employee of the month charts, multi-contact outlets with the known “flashy” light typical of this devices when they are off.
    I dedicated my time looking for every inch in the game to appreciate the details, I was amazed by the details on Ellie’s feelings and how her expression perfectly described that, I remember seeing Dina’s face and recalling a Jordanian friend whose name was also Dina, and how middle eastern both looked. I appreciated going back to the weapon and upgrading system, it felt organically well. I recorded the sound of preparing a Molotov bomb, the sound of the gasoline being poured in the bottle is like “Sound porn”. How the backpack reacted to Ellie’s movements, how can you tear apart with the suffering, the fear of being spotted, the sadness and desperation of your actions, the unease of knowing you will do something that isn’t nice to digest. How stressful the music makes you feel when enemies are around and then the perfect pauses where you learn more about the characters, and what drives them to do what they do.
    ND owns the history and I thank them for letting me experience it, as it is, from their mind and hearts. Play it....live it, enjoy it.    … Expand

    INCRÍVEL, um jogo que deve ser jogado por todos, apesar da história não ser oque a maioria dos fãs queriam, é um jogo que deve ser jogado, gameplay realista, gráficos muito bonitos, trilha sonora impecável, the last of us part 2 não é sobre personagens e sim sobre pessoas, e um mundo devastado não só por uma doença mas sim pelo ódio.

    A great game! Yes the story is very different but thats good. I don't need everything to have a happy ending in life like a Disney Movie. Real life is also not fair and cruel.
    I think they made a great Job.
    Graphics with facial animations and enviroment is nect genalready..

    В целом можно было бы и так но дизайн некоторых персонажей подкачал:
    (Эбби - ужасна по определению, Дина - не так красива по сравнению с актрисой, игравшей ее, Джоэл - пускай и постарел по сюжету, но выглядит слишком уж плохо, особенно по отношению к певой части)
    "повестку" не рассматриваю в принципе тк это тупо и если у тебя есть голова на плечах то ты сможешь понять что эта (повестка) ни на что не влияет

    Perfect game, if you didn't like the plot of the game, ok!
    But you can't give it a 0 because of that.
    It has the best character and level design of all times.
    Naughty dog must be proud of their work, it's perfect.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
