    This game is not about revenge and hatred to another person, its about hatred of yourself and your actions.
    Players' reactions were divided into 2 camps: who dont like it because they havent understood mesage from author and the main sense and who liked it from the bottom of their hearts.     Very good graphics and visual style.
    Good gameplay, but very bad storyline and ending.
    Game more focused on sjw stuff then on storyline and character development.

    By far the most immersive 3rd person game I've ever played. Beautiful top notch graphics ,animations and gamplay mechanics. This game truly sets the bar on what should be expected from AAA games. Saying this game is only a 5.5 is ABSURD!!

    Something that hasn't been here before, so special. The negative reviews come from people who didn't understand or didn't even want to get it.

    The story is just perfect. The character development is unbelievable. Everything happens for a reason. I don't care what others say, I love Abby.     I won't even rate the gameplay or graphics, therefore there is nothing to complain about and no other PS4 game does it better. There are tons of things I could praise, but in a nutshell, I am just trying to remember what was the last time a game made me feel how I felt after I finished The Last of Us Part II.     I loved the first one so purchased part II in digital version. But this part two, I cannot understand why the story is like this - really don't like the story as a player who loved the previous one. Like others, it broke my heart and felt bad while playing the game especially the later part of the game. It should have had better story.

    It is not the story itself that makes people dislike this game. It is how the story is told and how the writers and designers lead you through it that makes people feel sick. It is not about difference and not about doing the unexpected. It is about the condescending attitude you can easily feel from the writers.

    An amazing game, with emotions punching me left and right. Surprises I never expected. God-tier animations, arguably next-gen. Much improved gameplay over the first one. Did not expect Naughty Dog to have a game on par and exceeded the first Last of Us.

    I played the first game about a year after it came out, and have replayed it almost annually since then. Joel and Ellie may as well have been family. So it hurts to say this, but this game is truly awful. The game gave up on a good story and instead tried to force its agendas down my throat. (I support the LGBT community fully anyway.)     I was looking forward to the The Last of Us 2, however I was left bitterly dissapointed with the direction the game took especially after the enjoyment i got out of playing the first one.

    Great game in all its aspects. In my opinion, the story is good, and its something i've never seen before, leaving me emotionally devastated tbh. The only reason im not giving it a 10/10 is because of some pacing problems in certain points of the story. No, its not as good as the first one, but its an excellent game.

    기대하던 해피엔딩의 스토리는 아니였다. 전투방식도 전작과 크게 달라진 점은 없었지만 평생 잊지 못할 게임이 아닐까 싶다

    Вот я и закончил прохождение очередной игры от Naughty Dog. Эмоции ,конечно, эта игра оставила. Да, в прочем любая игра от Naughty Dog оставляет свой след в игровой индустрии. The Last of Us Part II не стала исключением.
    Понравилась ли мне игра и считаю ли я её лучше предыдущей части ? Вообщем, игра мне понравилась, но лучше первой части я её не считаю.     Обязательна ли The Last of Us Part II к прохождению ? Конечно, тут нет сомнений. Даже, если эта игра вас разочарует, её всё-равно лучше пройти до конца , и самому сделать выводы. Хорошая ли эта игра или не очень. Если раньше многие игры от Naughty Dog люди проходили на Youtube, то с The Last of Us Part II так не работает. Эта игра создана, чтобы её проходили, а не смотрели на Youtube !
    Что мне понравилось или не понравилось в игре ? Начнём с хорошего, мне понравилась геймплейная часть игры, также мне понравилось проработка сюжета. Пусть он и на любителя, но всё-таки многие игры уступают в своем повествование, нежели The Last of Us Part II . Так, что в ближайшие пару лет у этой игры будет мало конкурентов ! Так же очень важно, что игру надо проходить не спеша, исследовать каждый уголок и тогда она тебя больше затягивает. Локации стали намного больше и это не может порадовать. Общее прохождение игры заняло у меня около 40 часов !
    Что мне не понравилось, так это толерантность в игре. Да, многие говорят,что игра не об этом, а о мести, взаимоотношениях главных персонажей и о прощении. Так оно и есть, почти:) Если бы Элли сделали асексуальной или просто не разглашали её ориентацию и Эбби сделали не такой накаченной, то на сюжет это бы не так сильно повлияло, так мне кажется. Хоть нам и объясняется, почему Эбби стала такой, по мне если бы её заменили на накаченного мужика, то мало что изменилось) Геймплей с одной стороны хорош, но с другой в нём нет серьезных инноваций. Хотелось бы в следующей части увидеть больше нового, не только графическую чать игры:) Единственный персонаж к которому я не привязался, так это Дина. У меня к ней не было абсолютно никаких эмоций. Не знаю почему, но вот сложилось.
    Есть ли у меня желание вновь перепроходить игру ? Да, думаю еще пару раз я её перепройду:)
    Считаю ли я, что концовка была сплошным разочарованием ? Нет, концовка была безупречной. Именно она и раскрывает всю игру.
    Будет ли третья часть The Last of Us ? Тут ответ не однозначен, Naughty Dog сами решат. Может нам дают повод пофантазировать ? Элли может вернутся в Джексон и начать жизнь с чистого листа или просто стать изгоем ? А может повествование затронет Эбби, как она наконец-то добралась до Цикад и они начали строить новый мир ? Как говорится, время покажет ;)

    Great story and characters. Best game of the decade. Any plotholes can be filled by DLC (Which I hope they do.) Well worth the price of admission - thank you Naughty Dog and team for taking me for this ride.

    This game is bad now before I start I’d like to say I have no problem with lbgtq in the game because apparently when I have criticisms I’m an incel or a “basement dwelling virgin” now for the actual review first the gameplay because that’s what matters in a game right welp not to naughty dog because it’s almost exactly the same as the first if you were to ask someone that gave this game aThis game is bad now before I start I’d like to say I have no problem with lbgtq in the game because apparently when I have criticisms I’m an incel or a “basement dwelling virgin” now for the actual review first the gameplay because that’s what matters in a game right welp not to naughty dog because it’s almost exactly the same as the first if you were to ask someone that gave this game a 10 what the biggest change to the gameplay was they would probably say going prone or jumping that’s not a good thing when it takes 7 years to make a game I expect the actual gameplay to be completely revamped not copy and pasted the ai felt even worse than the first especially friendlies which felt completely broken which leads me to saying how many bugs I found in this game my game crashed more times than I could count and random things that I couldn’t even comprehend were happening it really doesn’t show for 7 years worth of development time now it’s time to discuss the elephant in the room which is the story it’s even worse than I thought it would be I was told that with context the game would all make sense well the context makes it even worse I’m not going to get into spoilers but I have to warn that the characters in this game are all written horribly I couldn’t feel for any of the characters it’s like I wanted all of them to die and when main characters that are important to the story die they are just completely forgotten and never mentioned again and the characters you actually play as feel like they have plot armor they keep getting saved again and again and I’m sick of it and by the end I was just thinking “well what was the point of this whole thing” overall I say please don’t buy it and save for a game with more effort 3/10 if your extremely nice you’ll give it a 4… Expand

    Don't care what you say....greateset game ever made. Story, character development, gameplay, graphics....everything. This game made me feel every emotion - Anger, joy, sadness, empathy....like a good piece of entertainment should. Well done Naughty Dog, you have outdone yourselves.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
