    The first one was a absolutely masterpiece, I waited years for the part 2 and I’m very sad and disappointed, what they did to Joel is a joke, how he became stupid and the plot seems to have been created by a sjw teenager, the game lost all his magic, sad.

    The Last of Us was such a perfect game this sequel should have never happened. Now not only does it destroy the foundation of the first game it destroys ever potential way you wanted Ellie to move on from the first game. I dont care about the so called "agenda". Who cares. The way the game ends is so terrible. I hated this as much as I hated the last season of Game of Thrones. Just like iThe Last of Us was such a perfect game this sequel should have never happened.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. In my heart, the little girl who loves to tell cold jokes and her father who is scarred are always living in that sunny morning. Finally, all the writers of survivor 2 failed to match the game and failed to live up to the efforts of all the previous writers. Yes, all. I'm a man who seldom speaks, but after seven years, I can't accept the result. At last, the pattern of the survivors is like this? Why can doomsday 1 be a masterpiece? Is it because of its playfulness? Is it because of its quality? Or is it because a girl with long legs and good figure is wandering there? No, it's because in the end of a desolate world, when people are gradually polished into wild animals, we see the disappearing human nature from Joel and Ellie, which is so lovely and touching in the end. In the end, Joel killed the people in the hospital and rescued Ellie, which was not purely an emotional expression. It's a confrontation between individuals and groups. It is in the context of the end of the collective amplification, the profound discussion of human nature, that the end of the United States sealed a God. So the theme of Joel's killing all the way is love, which is not too much. But what about two? It is the theme level of the third line movie. I won't say how rubbish the depiction of emotion is, because its theme focuses on "revenge". But with all due respect, even in the eyes of a garbage man like me, this revenge is really too low-level. (spoiler alert) didn't even deal with Joel's death in the first place. A generation of protagonists, in the absence of sublimation for any theme, were Yin dead. Joel can't die, but after a lifetime of caution and cold blood, he shouldn't die in the basement. In the middle of the story, Allie fails to rescue Joel in time, increases her sense of guilt, strengthens her revenge motive, exaggerates Joel's death, abuses and stirs up the audience's emotions. It's really well done here, which is like the feeling of urban Internet ten years ago. But in the end? Ellie let go of her father killing enemies, and all the negative emotions of the audience could not be released, making the game a complete disaster. People who write stories may think it's a great story. The audience should wipe their wet buttocks with paper towels in tears and nod their heads while watching in the toilet. They should say, mm-hmm, it's so touching. Ali has grown up and sobbed. But the reality is that such a morally perfect person has always been a complete disaster. We can forgive Joel's "mistakes" but not Ellie's "correctness", because this kind of "correctness" wipes out human nature again and stipulates a path that people will not deviate from but can not change. Therefore, what the United States created in the end of the day is totally destroyed. Want to get revenge, get it, and want to sublimate the theme of revenge into love, the result is a 90's movie classic set of three different. I'm disappointed. I could have accepted 60 points. If I hadn't seen you holding 100 points and being cheered to the podium. Leaving aside the story of the virgin's favorite story, even the depiction of Ellie's growth can only be regarded as unsatisfactory. Although it's hard to detect the end of America, Allie and Joel grew up with each other. Want revenge? Yes, if it is to be done by the team of doomsday 1 in the United States, the scene will not be like this. Here, Allie also has the youth of love and lethargy, but she will definitely step on the road of revenge at the first time in her choice, hesitation is the thing after turning around. Here, Allie will secretly cry and think of Joel, but it's just a short segment. When she wakes up, she will suppress the love and sadness in her heart with absolute reason and clear mind. They took a beloved character and spat on the legacy of good apocalyptic game writing. Joel reminds us and myself of a good dad, that we may not have in reality or maybe we do, that gets killed off by a mentally ill person with no regard for life. Joel saved Abby, gave her a chance. She abused the power she was given and in return Ellie let her live. This is garbage. The self inserted sex scene and the spitting on Joels grave reflects on Neil Druckmann's fetishes and disregard for fans and to those who see the bond between Joel and Ellie as father and daughter. At the beginning of the Last of Us pt1 Joel lost his daughter and throughout the game he gained that bond back with Ellie. TO RUIN A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW HOW THEIR BOND GREW IS A WASTE! THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE HIM AN HONORABLE DEATH, THEY TORTURED HIM!! **** this game, is boring and id rather play a wattpad fanfiction video game adaptation.     This "game" was horrible. If you enjoyed the game The Last Of Us, do not play this game. Pretend this abomination doesn't exist. It is almost like the developers said "Who is our target audience, and how can we just **** on them?" This "game" has good graphics but the story will leave you uninterested and leave you with no connection to the characters or what happens to them. 0/10.

Yes the art and music is fantastic (when it's not being ripped from a different creator without credit), however the story itself and the murder (both figuratively and literally) of beloved characters is just terrible. Let's start easy. Joel was **** in this game. They changed his entire way of thinking in order to get him in the position for Abby to kill him. Remember back when Joel got mad at Ellie for using her real name when they met Sam and Henry? Yeah none of that comes to play when he gladly gives his name to Susan Strong... Ehem I mean Abby. Next, the massive plot armor that Dina AKA "The Nose" and Abby have. It's beyond unreal. There is a scene in the game where The Nose shoots someone and then falls through a window. The other enemy holsters his weapon and goes over to strangle her instead of shooting her. There is no reason for this aside from giving Ellie a chance to stab him. The same thing with Abby surviving all those infected and somehow Joel showing up to save her. Even worse is the scene of Abby killing Joel when Ellie walks in. She stands and watches for many seconds. This isn't what her character would do. We saw it plain and simple when she saved Joel's life in the hotel in the first game. They even reference it in this piece of garbage but for some reason she can't rely on those lighting reflexes when Hulk Hogana... Ehem I mean Abby, is at the end of the barrel. The writing in this game is lazy at best and just plain stupid at worse. Another nitpick of mine is that this is not a romance game. Never was never will be. This game is about survival and the (very sloppy) romance that the writers try to add in doesn't help the game at all. It makes it feel rushed and unfinished. Much like the rest of the game. The story and plot armor aside the mechanics have not really improved. You can dodge, you can lie down, and She Rah... Ehem I mean Abby, can break your neck like a toothpick. That is the only improvement to the mechanics. It's still just the same animations over and over throughout this empty world and with a story that can't even hold itself together without pulling a GoT "let's kill beloved characters" it doesn't work.… Expand

The game's story dosen't line up with the first game and neglected the crucial established character traits of the main characters is reminiscent of GOT's failure in season 8. Hopefully the game is revealed to just be a bad dream by ellie by the devs

Goes against the personality and ideals of characters in the first game (Joel) and teaches entirely pointless lessons which are contradictory at best and downright ill-minded at worst.     The game is very slow. The game felt I didn't have any aesthetic distance to it or what so ever. It lacked the most important aspect of story telling games. However the graphics are amazing. Cuts scenes are very beautiful. Naughty Dog really messed up here. 0/10 from me

Imagine a third of the John Wick movie following the guy who killed his dog and the director trying to make you feel sympathy for him with lazy storytelling. Then at the end of the movie John Wick decides not to kill him for no reason at all. That’s TLOU2 in a nutshell. An utter travesty and desecration of the characters we all loved. Zero character development, forgettable characters, massive plot holes, unbelievable decisions, and lazy storytelling. Grade A garbage! 0/5

    In TLOU 1, Joel and Ellie passed through hard times with me, gave me emotional sympathy on becoming a family in an apocalyptic world, and Joel turned his back against the world ONLY FOR ELLIE. All characters and stories were designed well and convincing, so I could agree with Joel even though his decision was not perfect for the world at the final scene.
    Now all of    TLOU2 **** my brain.
    In TLOU 1, Joel and Ellie passed through hard times with me, gave me emotional sympathy on becoming a family in an apocalyptic world, and Joel turned his back against the world ONLY FOR ELLIE. All characters and stories were designed well and convincing, so I could agree with Joel even though his decision was not perfect for the world at the final scene.
    Now all of the descriptions on Joel and Ellie are meaningless. Joel was super suspicious to everyone except Ellie but now becomes a very friendly neighbor, and Ellie does not agree with Joel's decision in the hospital though she looked like agreed in TLOU1. I had cried for a while during playing this game, and I will buy no games if it is directed by Neil Druckmann. You **** up my seven-year waiting, memories with Joel and Ellie, and even TLOU1.    … Expand

    I played for 8 hrs into this game an the story is written soo bad. There are some gimmicy control issue whihc could be fixed but the wrtiting is something that wont be ever be able to be fixed.

    The only way they could redeem themselves is by releasing the first part on PC.
