Loved the graphics, loved that they kept true to the original mechanics , loved the story in all of its unpredictableness. people are here talking about social justice warriors, i get that.

    Loved it. The story, gameplay, graphics and music really come together to provide a heart crushing tale of the cycle of vengeance - and heart crushing is exactly what I want in a Last of Us game. A fitting sequel to my favourite game!

    This game is absolutely phenomenal. This will go down in history as one of the best and most beautiful gems ever created.. Naughty dog delivers in every single aspect PERFECTLY. From the outstanding story (except for one part of the game) to the jaw dropping visuals, it exceeded all my expectations. This is one of those rare near perfect games (not perfect because of a part near the end).This game is absolutely phenomenal. This will go down in history as one of the best and most beautiful gems ever created.. Naughty dog delivers in every single aspect PERFECTLY. This is one of those rare near perfect games (not perfect because of a part near the end).

    9/10 on story. There are people hating on this aspect because there are moments that are heartbreaking. That is not a bad thing. AT ALL. It brings you to the realization of how cruel this world is and it feels REAL. Things like that are needed in a game like this. The story progresses and flows beautifully as you go through the game. The characters are extremely well made and you really care for them. So many character interactions gave me goosebumps! then why isn't it a 10/10??? there is a large section in the story where it feels very forced and I did not want to play it for a second longer, yet it went on for hours. No one ever will be happy playing that part..

    12/10 visuals. Wow.

    11/10 gameplay. Gameplay is still amazing! Few games ever created are this satisfying to play. best part of the game by far.

    PLEASE acknowledge the amount of hard work and love clearly put into this game. Ignore the "agendas" because they are not there. Its a real story. 10/10 for the first run through until the one part I hated making it a 9/10.     Awesome game with many great moments, fluid gameplay, a Joy . To many reviews on here bombing it due to them not liking the story. Very undeserved, this is a great game.
    And some parts may upset people but that's life, there are no guarantees. People should be made to prove ownerships of games before being allowed to post reviews

    De nuevo Naughty Dog sabe plasmar en un videojuego la crudeza de una sociedad decadente. A nivel técnico han aprovechado al máximo la PS4 y han pulido el gameplay de la primera parte. Un imprescindible.

    I love the game. Beautiful graphics and you can feel the emotion in every scene, even when the characters are not talking. The music also adds a lot to the atmosphere. Sad about the dogs, but otherwise an awesome game.

I have never in my 29 years on this planet, had the experience like the one I had playing this masterpiece. It was an experience that will stay with me forever. После концовки как будто в душу плюнули. Ах какой потенциал был у игры и вот так все просрать. Как же грустно ребят, не заслужили мы такого(Графоний, музыка, геймплей очень впечатлил на прошке в 4к. There is an active group dedicated to tank the game because of a subject matter that the game deal with. So far, the game is brilliant. The game live up to the previous one. If not, better.     I think I am one of the few people who will give it a good grade. I honestly don't want this game to fall low. Tlou1 I loved the story, maybe this Tlou2 was not what we all expected in narrative. The combat, the scenes, graphically moved me a lot and in certain deaths I felt that feeling. Please just enjoy it, in the worst or best way possible...

    Absolutely beautiful, perfect game. Finished it a few days ago and still thinking about it. Better than the first one in many ways.
    FYI if you don't like something, don't waste your time hating it, it's kind of pathetic. Sell the game and move on.

    Easily one of the best games I've ever played. So emotionally investing and intense. I've seen so many review (bombs) on here claiming the story is bad. Haha what? Y'all are either trippin' or trollin', because the story/acting/Acton and horror is all top notch.

    They keep referencing the first game but dont seem to remember absolutely anything from it. Joel and Ellie have more than just a farther and dauther relationship. They've saved each other's lives countless times.
    You are mad at Joel's death. Ellie hates Abby. You are supposed to hate Abby.
    This is not a happy sunshine trip down to Lala-land. It's bloodthirsty vengence crusade. There are no villains here, no hero's. Only one's justice.
    Take PewDiePie for example, the game opens where the first one ended and he acts surprised barely remembering the ending, whenever gay Ellie stuff comes up he goes "ew" and turns away.
    Gay Ellie was established in TLOU and Left behind, it's nothing new but now its beeing called SJW trash and political.
    I've yet to see this 'political' stuff everyone talks about. Then Mr. Pie goes on to just completely ignore the story and talks over everything while just trying to whore over the graphics.
    No one could enjoy the story this way.
    If this is the average player base it's no wonder its receiving such negative reviews.
    Alzheimer bigots and racists plague the reviews and most of em probably dont even own the game or don't remember the first one and just follow the big man's lead of hating on it.    … Expand

    To those who are saying to the creators to get out the politics of TLOU, I want to say you only allow politics when you don't feel attacked or when the protagonist is a woman that you can consume with fanservice, like Tifa in FFVII.
    Ellie was seen kissing her best friend. It was the way the creators said she was a lesbian. If you can vote without hate, the better
    Other games, like fallout arr about politics, always ending with a clash of powers between differents factions. But you don't feel digusted because of that. Try the game and look at it. With other eyes. Woman are no products of fan service, for god's sale she's a grown wlman in the apocalypse world, you can't expect Ellie with make up and extra big boobs.     It is the melody of violence and rage, and a demonstration of how a traumatic event can change us forever and bring us down to the depths of revenge. Revenge is a disease.

    Abby's storyline shows us how our actions have consequences and that our perspective can be greater. While playing Abby, you learn why she killed Joel, and then you mean that Ellie and Abby aren't so different, they both lost a beloved one.

    The side qualities :
    - The sound design is good as hell !
    - Graphics (of course)
    - A basic gameplay in the service of history that didn't need to be fleshed out.
    - the themes addressed without forcing and propaganda (lgbt, religions...) its all about tolerance !

    BUT :( :
    - Some plot hole.

    Simplemente es un juego que vas a disfrutar es mucha la diferencia de verlo y jugarlo, en el juego podrás pasar horas jugando y ni te darías cuenta, los gráficos simplemente son geniales, es lo máximo ya es el techo de la ps4, historia a pesar del virus es lo más realista posible. Un juego para disfrutar.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. *spoilers within* I absolutely loved this game, I am currently playing new game ++ and I still cannot get enough. The gameplay is, quite frankly, incredible and feels extremely realistic. Lots of new things have been added to help with stealth, getting around and combat. You can go go prone and hide under cars and in tall grass, lay trap mines and climb to use height as your advantage. Enemies are smarter than ever, they can surround you, use dogs to track you and use stealth to surprise you. It makes it even more challenging and exciting. The environment is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is just amazing, I cannot get enough of it. The infected have been greatly improved upon and are more terrifying and dangerous than ever. The infected boss battle is probably one of the most terrifying and exciting boss battles I have ever played and there is also a part where you have to make your way through a collapsed and dangerous hotel with infected growing into the wall. The story is completely different to the first one, there has been a lot of criticism (unfair I would say) of this, with some people getting to the first part, stopping and then **** about it on the internet. I admit, I was upset at the way the story was heading initially, however, I powered through and absolutely fell in love with it. There are very few games out there that let you play against the ‘good guys’ and grow to emphasise and even adore the villain. I use the words ‘villain’ and ‘good guys’ loosely here, no-one is a hero or villain in the last of us world, Joel did some terrible things, as has Ellie and so has Abby. There is one part in the game where you have to play as the villain and fight the ‘good guy’ who you have grown to love over the past two games. The concept is risky but I think it has really paid off here. All in all I’d give the game a solid 10 out of 10.

    I think it lacks humanity from it's predecessor, but I also think that was their goal with this one.
    Either way, anyone with no agenda in mind shouldn't be be disappointed with end results, because compared to some other AAA games this is still well above average. Some players are mad/sad that game didn't took the rout they were expecting and that's ok. But there is also large group of people who didn't even play the game and maybe didn't play the first one either but they are mad because story didn't fit their political narrative, which tells more about them as a persons rather than how great, good or bad this game is.
    Gameplay will be familiar to everyone who experienced ND games before. Only real problem that I had is, that I couldn't change L1 and R1 with L2 and R2 to aim and shoot. It was saying that i have one button unbound which, after I scroll all the buttons wasn't the case, so it didn't let me progress with that button layout. Still not sure is this a bug or I was doing something wrong. If it's a bug I hope they fix it before multiplayer launch.
    At the end of the day fact is that ND once again made a really good game and I hope some of you can enjoy your experience with it, regardless of background noise.    … Expand

    Finally finished the story. I can say it's not bad at all, don't know where all these negative reviews come from. As far as story wise it's INCREDIBLE. great graphics, great playability, great story. Everything is great about this game. Thank you for such a FANTASTIC game Naughty Dog!

My advice; block out all the out-of-context hate, experience it for yourself and pay attention, that way you will probably be able to pick up on what this game is trying to showcase narratively, instead of mouth-breathing and crying about things that aren't there.     The gameplay still the same but with simple changes to better, its awesome make stratagies when you are in a fight. The plot its amazing! The conection with the first title is brilliant, the characters' evoluations are incredible written.

    The Last of Us is one of my absolute favourite games and this continuation is just as beautiful and emotional as the first game. Such stunning scenery, beautiful characters and amazing voice acting. Well worth the wait.

    You have to try the game. You can explore and see things that don't appear on gameplay videos if one doesn't explore. I've played twice already and I never get tired. even in fights there are so many possibilities. and the plot is simple sad raw but true. The ending is something spectacular if you think about it. Si ripercorre il duro rapporto che si è venuto a creare fra ellie e joel... gli attriti i rancori ... è un gioco che tratta una moltitudine di temi e che che ti fa provare una moltitudine di sentimenti, spesso diversi fra loro, questo è un capolavoro dalla grafica alle musiche dalla recitazione alla giocabilita’.

    Un gioco deve lasciare sempre qualcosa e the last of us 2 lo fa in una maniera che definirei arte pura.....ti lascia pensare , riflettere sognare. Insomma non ascoltate personaggi che nemmeno hanno provato il gioco o che si sono lasciati travisare da leak passati senza nemmeno provare a vedere se ciò che avevano letto corrispondesse a realtà.

    How to sum it up: certain people hating on it for a character death really doesn't watch much tv(Red wedding, ned starks beheading) To name a few. I was shocked when I saw a 4.2 but I heard it's a reviewbombing so just giving my honest rating after I actually played it.
