    I have never felt the need to review a game before but with all the unfair press going on with TLOU2, this is a must.

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and probably the best game I’ve ever played. It has everything from the stunning visuals, varied gameplay, complex characters and amazing attention to detail. Do yourself a favour and don’t fall for the review-bombing bandwagon hate this game has    I have never felt the need to review a game before but with all the unfair press going on with TLOU2, this is a must.

    Do yourself a favour and don’t fall for the review-bombing bandwagon hate this game has received. Have the emotional intelligence to try to criticise the “protagonist’s” choices and emphasise with the “antagonist’s” struggles. Characters live and die in this game and the ending is heart-wrenching.

    It would’ve been easy to make a carbon copy of the first game where Joel and Ellie go off on some linear adventure and live happily ever after. What part II does is brave and daring with the plot and the characters, and it’s an unique experience I hope you do not miss.    … Expand

    Esse pra mim é o melhor jogo já feito.

    O que eu sentir jogando cada capítulo é indescritível, nenhuma outra mídia me proporcionou toda a carga emocional que eu passei. Eu imergir nesse universo desde o primeiro título em 2013. Criei uma ligação com os personagens, sobrevivir junto com eles até ao final daquela jornada, mas ela não acabaria ali, e com a sequência eu sofri e sentir tudo o    Esse pra mim é o melhor jogo já feito.

    O que eu sentir jogando cada capítulo é indescritível, nenhuma outra mídia me proporcionou toda a carga emocional que eu passei.

    Eu imergir nesse universo desde o primeiro título em 2013. Criei uma ligação com os personagens, sobrevivir junto com eles até ao final daquela jornada, mas ela não acabaria ali, e com a sequência eu sofri e sentir tudo o que eles passavam, tudo é intenso e brutal, e o final é de tirar o chão, é uma história que faz a gente se questionar e pensar. Eu fiquei despedaçado, com um vazio após o jogo.

    I think naughty dog took a risk with the story but it definitely paid off. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is like the first game only improved and the story is what I expected. The larger areas to explore made the world feel more alive. Full of emotion and violence. Perfect

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I get some people didnt like the story decisions but giving it a 0/10 and the review bombing are just childish. Yeah im sure tens of thousands of people finished a 25 hour game in 3 hours and decided it was a 0/10. I mean come on the amazing graphics, sound design, animations, graphics are worth 0 points? I didn't read any spoilers/leaks and I loved the game. Yeah it's not perfect but compared to the average game it's in a totally different league. It brought out a lot of emotions (good and bad) and made me think a lot, and am still thinking about it 2 weeks after finishing it. A lot of people saw spoilers, decided they hated it and didn't give it a legit chance (or didn't even play it at all), blew the negatives out of proportion and minimized the good parts of the game. People look at the original through rose-colored glasses, yeah it was a great game but it wasn't perfect either. Bottom line people are sad/mad because a character they like died, but Ned Stark died suddenly and brutally and everyone praised GoT for being so ballsy to kill off a main character. At the end of the day it's a game and the amount of hatred this game has brought into the world is sad and ridiculous. Not liking something is one thing, but sending death threats to the creators/actors that played a character you dont like is absurd.… Expand

    Truly a human experience. This game is a utter emotional ride. Dark, bleak, depressing, yet very human. Loved the ending as well. No spoilers but if you want a game that can really bring you in emotionally then you need to play it. Naughty dog were able to make a artificial world feel real and believable.

    To be honest TLOU Part 2 does not deserve ten out of ten. But this game cannot critisized that low. Apart from it's story gameplay, visuals, animations, musics are nearly perfect. The game was in the verge of greatness but we the gaming community treated it too harshly. I'm just giving that 10 to get that game to the place it deserves.

    Uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado, que se esta llevando críticas pues no se muy bien porque. Yo recomendaría jugarlo y luego puntuarlo ya que mucha gente aquí ni lo ha jugado. Como gran fan de la primera parte , me parece que es una gran secuela.

    Jogo foda mano, nunca vi um jogo tão bom igual a esse. Um jogo que mexe com seus sentimentos, que faz você viver, uma experiência incrível que deixa você triste, mas ao mesmo tempo deixa você feliz é um bagulho loko mano só jogando pra sentir essa experiência.

    Esse game simplesmente muda tudo na indústria, em questão a representatividade, roteiro, gráficos e complexidade de todos os locais dos game. Um pouco longo, mas não chega ser um problema pq eh tão lindo cada cenário, simplesmente espetacular. Um jogo que é pra todos menos pros intolerantes

    Terminei o jogo hoje de madrugada, 40 horas de gameplay e terminei o jogo com sentimento de tristeza e impressionado com o que passei nessas longas horas, definitivamente The Last Of Us 2 é um dos jogos mais importantes da história... que te faz pensar sobre algumas situações do mundo real, e que além da história ser muito boa, os gráficos também são ótimos e lindos.

    This game was an absolute 10/10. A masterpiece. Of course it is relevant only with the first game. The characters, the old ones and the new ones, are beautifully well written. It is a sad and tragic story for sure, with some heartwarming and touching moments. Yes, I get it, this is not how most of the players imagined a sequel, but we all have to agree on this and admit it: this is 'The Last of Us' way, you can't get a truly happy ending, this world is not about that. Also this is not about fan service. Yes it is an emotional rollercoaster, I am amazed how I hated someone at the beginning and how I loved the same character at the end, how my opinion changed time to time in a lot of ways. I love it.     The best game that could be made. This game with Uncharted and Last of us 1 and God of War is really unique. The story is very engaging and the characters are very lovable and real. I was really surprised to see all that negative criticism. 1000 thanks to Naughty Dog Studio and Sony for making this beautiful game.

    Your ability to like this game will hinge on your ability to empathize with the character Abby. The game is asking a lot of you, to set aside your anger and frustration, and try to forgive. And if you can't do that, then you will not have a good time. Which, brilliantly, is exactly what both Ellie and Abby go through in the game.

    This feels like a leap forward in storytelling. And not    Your ability to like this game will hinge on your ability to empathize with the character Abby. The game is asking a lot of you, to set aside your anger and frustration, and try to forgive. And if you can't do that, then you will not have a good time. Which, brilliantly, is exactly what both Ellie and Abby go through in the game.

    This feels like a leap forward in storytelling. And not just video game stories, I mean storytelling as a tradition. It's something that's never been done before. It was a huge risk for Naughty Dog to take, and for those who can appreciate it, it's a true masterpiece.

    It explores so many themes; the cycle of violence, empathy, inherited pain, while also drawing parallels between the different characters and storylines. But what takes it over the top, is that it brings in the player, forcing you to grapple with the same emotions that the characters are feeling.
    It's an experience that I'll likely never forget, and fans will be talking about for years and years to come.    … Expand

I loved the story, the gameplay is much better than Tlou 1, the graphics and facial expressions are something I've never seen in a game, the AI had a great improvement, atmosphere and the soundtrack are just incredible. This game made me feel so many emotions, I felt love, anger, hate, empathy, I cried countless times during the game. All flashbacks are a masterpiece (especially the museum scene).
    I found the change of perspective so interesting, showing that there are always two sides to a story.
    I loved all the new characters, especially Dina and Lev, Ellie and Abby are incredible and well-written characters, Joel excellent character (I will miss him a lot).

Adorei a história, a jogabilidade é muito melhor do que o Tlou 1, os gráficos e as expressões faciais são algo que nunca vi em nenhum jogo, a IA teve uma grande melhoria, a atmosfera e a trilha sonora são simplesmente incríveis. Este jogo me fez sentir tantas emoções, Eu senti amor, raiva, ódio, empatia, chorei inúmeras vezes durante o jogo. Todos os flashbacks são uma obra-prima (especialmente a cena do museu).
    Achei a mudança de perspectiva muito interessante, mostrando que sempre há dois lados de uma história.

I thought the game was great, beautiful graphics, game-play and fun game to play overall, Story was oK hoping for some more. i really enjoyed it it had some sad parts which really upset me but got through it and game got very intense at times was not expecting certain outcomes. A história pode pessoalmente não agradar a todos, mas ela tem total êxito no que quer fazer. Ver um mundo ou não existe heróis, colocar você na pele de quem você julgou ser vilão. O maior desafio que o jogo propôs foi esse, fazer você criar empatia por alguém que vocêO diretor avisou que você não está preparado para esse jogo. E ele não mentiu, você não está preparado para esse jogo. A história pode pessoalmente não agradar a todos, mas ela tem total êxito no que quer fazer. Ver um mundo ou não existe heróis, colocar você na pele de quem você julgou ser vilão. O maior desafio que o jogo propôs foi esse, fazer você criar empatia por alguém que você sentiu raiva. Mas tem todos os outros fatores que fazem desse game algo único. Você vai querer explorar cada canto desse game, vai notar cada detalhe muito bem feito no cenário, vai se encantar com o grávido estupidamente lindo e uma aula de boa jogabilidade.     The last of us 2 honors it’s predecessor by expanding upon the framework that was left behind; it takes the characters we have come to know and love, and gives them a natural linear progression. Sure, naughty dog says F you to what the fans wanted, but they ultimately give us a story that we need. Sure, naughty dog says F you to what the fans wanted, but they ultimately give us a story that we need. A story that forces us to confront our actions, to rethink situations from different perspectives, and to ask ourselves some of the most difficult, philosophical, and human questions that has not been yet developed as adamantly in a video game. I’ll admit that there are times where the pacing suffers, but after multiple playthroughs I see that these pacing hurdles are necessary for the collective understanding of the game. The visuals are breathtaking, the gameplay, If still familiar, is fresh, updated, and above all, super fun. Everything leads up to one staggering conclusion that challenged me me as a gamer and as a human. I’ve never had to question my actions in a video game before until I’ve played this game, and that on its own, is a remarkable accomplishment. Like Troy Baker said: “fans need to come into this game with an open mind.” He was right because this game will not sit right with some fans because of some narrative choices, but just because you don’t like where the story goes, it doesn’t mean that the story doesn’t work. It does work if you ask me, and this is a game that will be discussed for years to come. This is what art is all about; encourage discourse but be nice to each other.… Expand

    É simplesmente o melhor jogo da geração, na minha opinião é claro. Os gráficos, a história, a jogabilidade, a trilha sonora, é impecável! Infelizmente não existe jogo perfeito, mas the Last of us parte ll é o que chega mais perto!

    This game will make you unconfortable in several moments, will make you reflect a lot about morality, justice and the consequences of the pursue for vengeance.
    Don't expect to be satisfied by this experience, it's not about that. To really feel this game you'll need to treat it as a playthrough movie, which will not be flattering AT ALL, but will be an amazing experience in the end.

The story can even go in such a way that the you thought the main character is really going to die. But you know that won't happen, there will be a plot twist to save the character. And it happens indeed.

    In this game, the main character is really killed. I like it, because finally the main character can die. It's boring to always see the main character pull a plot twist to survive. I like to see something new and bold, which this Naughty Dog did.

    And it isn't about just blind revenge of Ellie against Abby. You get to see from Abby's perspective and understand why she kills Joel. You won't hate Abby so much after understanding things from her point of view.

    Ask yourself. If you hate Abby because she kills off Joel, who is like the godfather of Ellie, but don't hate Joel for killing off Abby's father. Aren't you a hypocrite?    … Expand

It is not the same vibe as the first one, but I think that's what Naughty Dog wanted to do & they delivered. Obviously, killing off one of the main character is a major risk, but he's still in the game and you see a lot of him anyway. I wasn't disappointed and don't understand the hate. It's a video game, not real life, you shouldn't be butthurt about fiction. The only issue for me was the flashbacks. I think the game would've been even more solid if the order was different (like getting to play Abby 1st so we don't feel bummed out about playing her for like 12h straight after playing Ellie). But for the rest? This game is a masterpiece. 10/10 cause it's my favorite 2 games! (TLOU & TLOU part2)… Expand

El gameplay uso de recursos y exploración en el juego fue mejorada al plano que dedique mucho tiempo en exploración y leer notas, para poder alivianar la tensión del juego, los gráficos y sonidos son espectaculares la mayor parte del juego jugué con audífonos por la experiencia y los sonidos de infectados es realmente mas imponente que el juego pasado, los paisajes y banda sonora muy bien usados para dar mayor sentimiento. por ultimo la historia bien quería ver y jugar a Joel en el juego para que en las primeras horas lo mataran esto me lleno de coraje y no sabia como reaccionar, tome un tiempo y seguí jugando, hasta que llego el momento de jugar con Abby me causo mucho coraje en un principio porque ella mato Joel y al principio solo moría apropósito por verla sufrir pero entendí no puedo avanzar hasta acabar, luego llegue a la pelea contra Ellie y la cual al final me daba coraje por no poder tener una venganza en ese momento, pero solo me quedo aceptar, la ultima batalla llegue a entender que es repetir el mismo circulo por violencia, si esa persona es igual que yo solo buscaba lo mismo pero solo me hace peor persona matar, el regreso a la granja es algo incomodo por saber que perdi no logre lo que deseaba mi objetivo, pero es algo real al final no as a hacer lo que quieres sin si quiera tener algo a cambio malo o bueno, y dejar algo vació es algo muy difícil de sentir jugando algún juego, y bien he querido ver algunas cinemáticas del juego y lloro por los recuerdos por los personajes que me hicieron querer.… Expand

But has so much to offer, the game doesn't stay in any of the two sides, it just tell a story, and that's something that not everybody see's. The fact that the game it's not what the comunity expect doesn't mean that the game is bad, actually it's a pretty good game with a good story. I'm givin' iti'ts not a game for everyone.
