    Surgeon sim VR suffers from sonic 06 syndrome and shows game developers why its a good idea to hire at least one person to test your game. Bugs are so numerous and game breaking that bypassing the third level is a near impossible task with mandatory body parts flying away and instantly causing a game over, constant crashes, unnecessary arbitrary difficulty increases bad track andSurgeon sim VR suffers from sonic 06 syndrome and shows game developers why its a good idea to hire at least one person to test your game.     Do not buy. It's a terrible game that is almost unplayable. There are plenty of better VR games to buy and play than this piece of garbage.

    This game is ridiculously fun once you've placed your PlayStation Camera in a good angle. The majority of these reviews complain about the games tracking and how unresponsive it is. It's called get a bigger room and place the PlayStation Camera further away from you. Overall, I love this version of Surgeon Simulator, but certainly not as much fun as the PC version of Experience RealityThis game is ridiculously fun once you've placed your PlayStation Camera in a good angle.     Surgeon Simulator ER completes the requests by many VR folks for the original game to be played this way. It doesn’t present too much new in terms of gameplay or graphics. If you didn’t enjoy the original game, you’ll probably pass on this one as well. Surgeon Simulator isn’t for everyone and doesn’t have the mass appeal as say Job Simulator, but for those that found some fun and charm in the original game, Surgeon Simulator ER can give you a new way to play and some more enjoyment out if it.

    Unfortunately, if you are stone cold sober and trying to channel your inner Doogie Howser, this lack of any tangible precision will prove to be an instant turn-off.
