and hindsight its like why does this even exist…
Just to make me want to cry?
    Im pretty sure.
Storm Boy acts as a nice little break from the world…
but not really much other than that
It’s a story book that lets you feed pelicans, play fetch, and draw in the sand
    I give Storm Boy a 6/10

This is a very short but charming game. I felt $6 was a reasonable price for the short length of the game. The game is a bunch of mini games placed within a story. I also gave it a higher score because it is an easy game to get a platinum trophy.

Even at a penny shy of five quid, this is hard to recommend. [Issue#158, p.86]

Storm Boy is an inoffensive and simple experience that would be well suited for a young audience, especially with an adult alongside. It’s much more like an interactive storybook than it is an out and out gaming experience, and keeps everything simple and short. If you want a calming break from the gaming behemoths that are currently out and about, then Storm Boy is a delightful option.

The book's story is told in a simple way, allowing Storm Boy to become an experience children may enjoy. However, the game doesn't last long and the controls don't always work, which ultimately turns Storm Boy into kind of a mess.
