    Ok this game suck. I had so much fun on Operation Raccoon City than Resistance. Boring, very unbalanced. Thanks Capcom to destroy that RE3MAKE for this "game", nobody wanted that. I hope qu'il add Another modes to give maybe a little more interest to this game.

    My biggest problem with this game was the ranking. My first three games as mastermind was agaisnt rank 60+ survivers. I wasn't even able to play the game because they destroyed my cameras too fast and rushed through the map in 2.37 seconds. I then uninstalled the game, but later reinstalled the game after getting in the mood after watching people play it. I tried the surviver, but I wasMy biggest problem with this game was the ranking. I had more fun uninstalling the game and hopping onto the off brand Star wars Battlefront 2 game than I did playing this game. I really wanted to play this after seeing others play the beta, but, just like playing Call of Duty for the first time in 2020, everyone else has played the game so much that they know exactly what to do. I was just going to play with bots instead of people, just like my For Honour days, but the AI just stand there. The practice mod doesn't even work for both the surviver and the mastermind.… Expand

    They half-assed Resident Evil 3 Remake because of this, a side game that no one asked Capcom to make.
    They could've easily focused solely on making RE3R, and then a few months later release a full co-op mercenaries mode or better yet, make a new outbreak title.

The characters are laughable, none of them is interesting to play as.     It's just not good. I would have preferred to pay 40 for Re3 alone, this didn't add any value to the overall package. Could have easily released this by itself or with a new resident evil. I go less of a game I wanted to get something I really didn't care for.

    El juego está roto. Yo se que tiene mucho del estilo de los juegos de Viernes 13, Dead by daylight y todo eso, pero es que o es injusto o aburrido.
    Si alguien se pilla a William Birkin la partida se acaba en nada de dos guantazos. El mapa es estrecho y en vez de dar terror, parece artificial. Un muy mal juego.

    Even though Resident Evil Outbreak is a PS2 game , the game had better and much more realistic gameplay mechanics than this year's Resident Evil Resistance. Too shame they wasted their time and resources for this mediocre game.

    Só tenho esse Project Lixo por causa que a capcom usou o nome de “Resident Evil 3” de fachada pra empurrar esse lixo de Multplayer.
    E acabou estragando um dos melhores jogos da saga por causa disso! 10 anos pra carregar a partida e trava tanto que da raiva de tentar jogar. Enjoa na primeira partida. Nada inovador ...     It's a good game, The idea was interesting, the graphics are good and it is fun to play. Those were the only positive points. The cons: you will get bored after a few days, maybe weeks, the are a lot of bugs and above it all the servers are bad and the game crashes a lot too.

    Menuda basura trataron de hacer un buen online para vender contenido y es repetitivo, desbalanceado, aburrido y podría seguir. El 2 se lo otorgó por ost que si es muy bueno y porque tiene buenos graficos siempre el re engine luce hermoso.

    Maybe the best arcade-ish asymmetrical multiplayer ever. I can't stop playing this cause it's SO addictive! Very deep gamapley mechanics and a lot of room for strategies. People who is comparing it to Dead by Deaylight don't know sh**.

    I gave this a 3 because I think they have a great idea and gameplay seems good, but the game is incredibly difficult for survivors. It’s not at all balanced and you will quickly find that out in first few matches. The menu navigation is horrible and you will likely find it confusing to invite friends and get in a match.     Really quite a terrible mess of a game. Hitboxes are poorly implemented, a large number of hits with both melee and firearms simply wont register. The majority of matches will be with masterminds who are lagswitching making the game unplayable for survivors. Voting. Repetitive. Avoid at all costs.

RE3 2020 deserves a grade ZERO its dog **** But i can see resistance as another game, even then Both was made at same time. I'll be honest and give a 4. Really broken mechanics. If you face a master might lv30,60,100... you'll die in less than 2 minutes. If your hero team is 30,60,100, you'llI hate re3 2020 but ok i'll say my real opinion here.     My theory is that the game was cancelled even before the launch with RE3. If we pay attention, everything that came with updates is content that was already made, but kept off the game to use as update later, to give it some extra life through the year. +

    Haven't been hooked on a game Ina while but this multiplayer is insanely fun. Majorly playing as Valerie currently rank 21 and rank 20 as Spencer. The dead by daylight comparisons are there in terms of 1 killer vs multiple survivors but that's where the similarities end as i dbd immediately bored me. On the other hand this is what dbd couldn't do correctly. Haven't even touched campaign at all.

The connectivity issues people are facing seem to be based on the beta, but they're forgetting that the beta is literally a test before the game is even finished. You shouldn't judge anything that isn't fully finished. Now that the game has been officially released, it works much better.

    THIS GAME IS NOT RE OUTBREAK.
    A lot of people were sort of hoping it would be like Resident Evil Outbreak, two games for the ps2 that took advantage of the primitive online play at the time. It was essentially a Resident Evil game, but with friends. This game is not that. With the addition of the Mastermind, it becomes an objective based asymmetric multiplayer horror game. You have set objectives in a set order. First is find the puzzle pieces, second is kill the security guard and use his key card to unlock terminals, and third is to destroy red cores. Because of this, it's also nothing like Dead by Daylight, which I've seen a lot of people compare it to. Personally, I think this game is better than DbD, and, on playstation, at least, has much less connection issues and glitches. The gameplay itself is fundamentally different, and anyone who says otherwise has obviously not played Resistance.

    The game is a ton of fun. It's a bit balanced in the favor of the mastermind, but I don't really care that much because I have a blast fighting back anyway. The imbalance doesn't really show too much until the last segment, where you have to destroy the bio cores. Since you're essentially locked in a giant room, it makes the mastermind very powerful. I think making the cores weaker, or allowing them all to be attacked at once could really help balancing.

    The final point I'd like to make is that this is essentially a free game, all you need to do is buy resident evil 3, which many of us were going to do anyway, and you get this fun game mode on top of it. They easily couldve released them separately, each for full price, or made resident evil 3 full price, and resistance a free to play game, and either way, both options arent great. Given how short RE3 is, I'm personally very satisfied that Capcom decided to give us a whole other game to go with it to really make the 60$ price tag worth it.    … Expand

The balance can be a bit off (supercharging an armored zombie can end the game pretty early) but not everybody youtubes mastermind tactics. 4 masterminds, including 3 that must be unlocked. 6 characters to choose from/level up, and a currency system based on performance within matches played.It’s a DbD and L4D mashup set in the REverse. The balance can be a bit off (supercharging an armored zombie can end the game pretty early) but not everybody youtubes mastermind tactics. 4 masterminds, including 3 that must be unlocked. 6 characters to choose from/level up, and a currency system based on performance within matches played. Progression/cosmetics use the same currency-disappointing that all cosmetics are loot box style. Cannot stress enough that you will have a bad time due to teammates who cannot find the exit/are stuck in the maze like hallways of some maps.… Expand

Solo queuing can sometimes make this a difficult task, however if solo queuing isn’t your thing then taking control over the mastermind is so much fun, trapping people in rooms whilst you take control over a zombie and rip them to shreds!

    Customisation on loadouts is big in resistance, levelling up each character requires points earned from playing which results in unlocking the ability to equip more skills to your characters. There is also a lot of cosmetic items aswell, which you can get via opening cosmetic crates using earned points and completing daily/weekly challenges etc. As of now the only micro-transactions in the game are rp/xp boosters, however points are given quite generously post game so no need to go spending cash on this. There is no pay to win feature.

    VERDICT: You’ve gotta appreciate this game for what it is, there are little to no bugs and the game has only just been launched which is impressive now days, characters and masterminds all feel balanced and playing with friends is a whole lot of fun. Especially in custom games if you have a full lobby of the gang online.

    The only problem I have with the game at the moment is it can take a while to find people to play with, whether this is due to a low amount of players actually playing the game or not I don’t know, sometimes you can find a match in 20 seconds and sometimes it can take 3-5 minutes, other than that the game is excellent in my opinion. It’s almost like a short and sweet spin off of Dead by daylight/left 4 dead. I don’t understand why resistance isn’t better received by gamers, some people just need to give it a chance, how can anyone complain when it’s essentially a free game as Capcom could’ve sold Resident Evil 3 as a lone game for the same price and people would’ve still bought it!

    RE resistance is a good time for a short time that I think would truly be great with a group of friends. The game pits survivors and a mastermind against each other both played by players. The survivors play like typical resident evil characters all having their own special abilities like hacking the masterminds cameras, temporary unlimited ammo and a aoe healing ability. The survivors need to collect key items in each area to advance with their being three areas in total per map. The Mastermind has a set of camera from which he can observe the survivors from as well as set traps such as mines, zombies and other creatures including an ultimate monster depending on which mastermind your playing. The mastermind are given a deck of card that include the above items and where you apply them creates a strategic gameplay style that was fun to mess around with. The goal of the survivours to escape all three areas by beating all the objects within the time limit and the mastermind has to stop them from doing so. The actions of each faction increases or decreases the time which means a well placed monster can change the tide quickly if the survivors aren't careful. Playing as the survivors gives you new micro sized RE areas to explore that I honestly enjoyed exploring and the structure of being able to buy stuff based on performance gave me strong COD zombies vibes which is rarely a bad thing.     Yes, it has major network issues with serious lag and long MasterMind queue times, and there are gamplay balance problems, but honestly I just love playing it. It has a fun charm to it and even just playing it solo-queuing I am having a blast. All the survivors are fun to play and have unique charm to them too. At least give it a go, I feel it is worth it

    With a refined matchmaking system (and rewards to go with it), as well as a balanced set of character classes and improved monster control, it could be a sleeper hit for many. For now, though, it feels like a missed opportunity. The fact it's bundled with a fantastic 5-star game in the form of Resident Evil 3 Remake, certainly helps. But as a standalone product, it's a fun but ultimately flawed experience; albeit one we hope improves in time.

    Resident Evil Resistance is wildly inconsistent. There are great ideas buried underneath abysmal balancing, annoying technical issues, and matchmaking woes. Playing as series icons like William Birkin and Mr. X is an appreciated novelty, but the routine objectives make playing as the survivors tiresome. With enough love and care, hopefully Resistance’s better ideas can rise to the surface, but right now there’s still a lot of work to be done.
