    Meiner Meinung nach, ist dies eins der besten 2d-jump and runs, die jemals entwickelt wurden. Egal ob zu zweit, zu dritt, zu viert oder auch alleine, man hat garantiert Spaß mit diesem Spiel. ABSOLUTE Kaufempfehlung für jeden 2d Platformerfan.

    This Game amazing and must play, but the movment with murfy is not perfect because you controle them with the circle Button. This game is completly perfect on wii u or ps vita.

    I do not like the songs in this game because they are too hard for me to congest properly

    but the rest of the game is OK

    I hate platformers that's my one gripe with the game

    This is actually the greatest game of all time. For 2014 the graphics feel so cartoony and creates the perfect atmosphere for this game. It has a steady difficulty curve and the tons of stuff you can do in it goes beyond my expectation. I got this game in 2014 and still to this day it is my favourite game of all time. So many levels and the bosses are creative and straight-up badass. ThereThis is actually the greatest game of all time.     The single player is very solid but what has ultimately ruined the entire game experience for me is the stupid challenge mode and how it is basically impossible for any human to actually get the top weekly rewards with hoe utterly ripe with cheaters the leader boards is. The times and scores there are simply so obviously not possible, regardless of skill and time. Even tho the rest of them can be done in a day or two. It's so artificial and bad form to attach such a trophy to such a task. I get this sounds dramatic for what was otherwise up to this point a great experience of a game but the fact is that I've had to spend around 95% of my time in that stupid challenge thing which is repetitive and meaningless.     Rayman Legends lives up to its name. It is an amazing platformer with colorful artwork, fast paced play and a ton of stuff to do. It’s a direct sequel to the previous installment, Rayman Origins and gives you a huge new game to complete.

    The game follows a simple story in which a dark magician splits into five Dark Teensies and captures all the princesses and Good Teensies. It is up to Rayman, Murfy and Globox to save all the Teensies, collect as many Lums as possible and defeat the five Dark Teensies. On your journey, you fight multiple bosses, time trials and running stages in which, you need to time your jumps just right.

    You travel trough different worlds, each with a unique theme. You got a forest world, ancient Rome, Mexican dessert, underwater levels and a volcanic wasteland. It gives great variety, and each stage offers some unique puzzles and ways to beat it. Every stage requires some thinking and a different strategy, keeping the game fresh at all times.

    Rayman Legends is a very big game. For the price you pay, you get a ton of content. You got the campaign levels in which you must save all the seven hundred Teensies, you got the “Back to Origins” levels, which feels like an entire campaign besides the main one and a lot of different challenge levels, a soccer game, and a nice gallery in which you can see all the unlocked “creatures”, which you earn by scratching open cards that you earn for completing levels. It takes many hours to complete this game and for me, this felt great because I really like arcade platformers like Spyro and Crash Bandicoot in which you need to complete and collect stuff.

    Like I said before, the game features some unique and beautiful artwork. Everything looks out of proportion, cartoonish and jolly, and for this game, it works beautifully. The way you unlock portraits and jump into them is really fun and adds to the literal art style of the game. It also has some kind of Gothic theme over it that I really like. The animations and effects are nice to look at and enhances the game.

    The music tracks and sound effects are also great. It is just as jolly as the artwork and graphics and has a symphonic vibe over it. I especially liked the music levels, in which popular songs are remixed into a “Rayman Legends 8-bit” variant and you need to perform jumps and dodges in sync with the music.

    Rayman Legends is really well balanced. There is a perfect mix between frustration, challenge and fun. It can be hard as bricks and some challenges require many retries or practice, but eventually you will master it and finish the stage. Many stages and tasks are just remembering the patterns but because of the good checkpoint system in place, you can try again in seconds.

    There is a complaint from my side however about Rayman Legends. You can compete in online leader boards and ranking in which you can earn points and increase your “awesome score”. This consists of eleven levels and the score can be increased by completing levels in the main story and the Back to Origins levels and by completing challenges and earning a bronze, silver or gold cup for the set time. Reaching level ten is not that hard and will come naturally to you, but to truly beat and complete the game full, you need to reach level eleven, a feat that will require excessive grinding and can take up to a full year of daily challenges to complete, if you only earn bronze cups on the daily challenges. This was really a bummer for me because I do not have the mad skills to beat the best of the world and earn a diamond cup on each challenge. So this is the only trophy that I cannot earn and it bothered me more than it should.

    Nevertheless, Rayman Legends is an amazing game, and I would recommend it to everyone.    … Expand

    Hands down my favorite Ubisoft game of all time!
    This game is magnificent, it oozes personality and charm like no other.
    Its music is one of the most important things about it, in a way, the game focuses on the music more than anything else, and I've never seen any other platformer do that. Also this game is hilarious, from the over-the-top animations to the quirky sounds and cool    Hands down my favorite Ubisoft game of all time!

    That being said, I still really enjoyed it, it's a blast to play through with other players, and I totally recommend it.

    Surprisingly, a lot of fun with the variety of different levels, challenges, characters, and bosses. For a 2D platformer, it's an outstanding game, but most importantly, one of the best things to play for two people. Took my partner and I a good few days to complete it, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

    Incredibly well designed platforming, level design variation is great.
    Feels like a true oldschool platformer: fun, and challenging.
    Plot is simple and not overbearing, which is good as there's no option for subtitles, and voice audio in cutscenes is hard to listen to. Some levels are very challenging and require a great deal of muscle memory and repetition, yet they don't feel at    Incredibly well designed platforming, level design variation is great.
    Feels like a true oldschool platformer: fun, and challenging.

    Plot is simple and not overbearing, which is good as there's no option for subtitles, and voice audio in cutscenes is hard to listen to.

    Some levels are very challenging and require a great deal of muscle memory and repetition, yet they don't feel at all frustrating. Lives are infinite with level checkpoints, nothing feels overly difficult or impossible just challenging. The levels can even be skipped if you desire.

    There were only 2 main-story levels that I was completely stuck on for over an hour, despite not even being too hard, because they involved new mechanics that weren't introduced. I'm unsure why, as all other mechanics are introduced via onscreen tutorials and tips. Eventually, I figured them out without needing to search online though, which is redeeming. I wouldn't change the levels at all, just add tooltips to introduce which new move to use.

    There is an exception to not feeling overly difficult though, a bonus door called Living Dead Party which you get after beating the game where they take existing levels and visually distort them to make them more difficult. To me this is a fairly way lazy making you replay the levels you've already played to extend the length of the game. The guise of making them 8-bit look isn't even an issue, 8-bit filters on a game gives a retro feel, however the levels get more pixlated in certain sections of the level, with the sole aim to screw the player.
    There is one level in particular, Orchestral Chaos (8-Bit) remix which is especially messed up. Not only is the color pallet and graphical fidelity of the level altered, but for some reason, the level is periodically covered by static so you are physically unable to see anything that is going on the majority of the time.
    The idea is you memorise the level as much as you can through any clear moments, and use audio cues for when you need to perform an action. A very cool idea. Terrible execution. The effect is far too obtrusive. I eventually managed to beat it by watching the original level to memorise the locations of everything, and then tons of repetition.
    I managed to clear most of the Living Dead Party levels, but one of the last ones Dragon Slayer led me to give up on the game. It starts off heavily pixelated ("8-bit"). But becomes even more pixelated later on during the tougher parts. Also shifting colours just as obstacles approach. I played it a couple of hours, learning from mistakes and getting so far I was sure I was a jump or two away from the end. But eventually I realised I am just not having fun with this so decided to stop playing further.

    A final point I wish to address, is that I'm not a fan of the lootbox mechanic (lucky tickets). Whilst it's more acceptable than a lot of games (as in I didn't need to spend any real money), I was unable to unlock some levels requiring lucky tickets, and considering I completed the game and collected as much as I could throughout, feel that restricting levels by needing essentially 100% collectables is too extreme.

    That all being said, Rayman Legends was one of the best platformers I've played in decades and look forward to a sequel.    … Expand

    Cons:
    - there' s no button to show hud after fades
    - some few stages can get frustrating

    I played for 20 minutes, and 10 minutes in my eyes were sore from the art style. Way too bright, and noisy. Gameplay is awful, I had no fun playing it. I'm glad I got it for free with PS+ because I would have regretted my entire life if i paid actual money on this game. I won't give it a 0/10 purely because of its meme-ability

    An amazing and beautiful game, excellent soundtrack, creative and varied levels, charismatic characters, a good story, fun challenges, exciting boss battles, beautiful art; The game could have brought more new things, but I still love the game. Without a doubt Rayman Legends is an outstanding and great platform game, I hope Ubisoft continues like this. 9.6 extremities/10

    The Game is FANTASTIC! It is easy but the final boss i ass kicking. The game has LOTS of content. The controls are great but where Rayman legends shines is the UO to 4 Player CO-OP the game is musthave for platformer plans

    Easily in my top 3 best platformer games, right next to DKC:TF and Celeste. The art is stunning, and the slapstick humor got a chuckle out of me very frequently. Platforming was never an issue and the controls felt fine. I wish there was more worlds to explore, but I guess that could be either a positive or a negative depending on who you are. Its sad that I didn't feel like replaying mostEasily in my top 3 best platformer games, right next to DKC:TF and Celeste. I especially did not like the controls, which is hard to explain - you have to feel it. There are far superior games to this one, example shovel knight, Celeste and the remake sonic mania.     It's the best 2D platform game I've ever played. It challenges your speed & coordination with the controller. It's not monotonous. There are levels of all types and graphics are great for this type of game. A must play indeed.

    Beautiful game with such a nice art design and great gameplay as well.I liked the soundtrack, the hand drawn style and the platforming but for me it felt a little short i didn't like firefly helper mechanic.

Graphiquement, c'est très bien fait et la quête est très motivante ! Rayman Legends est une valeur sûre. Le jeu était offert gratuitement plus tôt cette année pour les membres du PS4 plus.

    Trial and error is the name of the game. Atrocious level design, annoying sound-effects, difficulty spikes during prolonged sessions of just walking from left to right. Every once in a while a level is good, and sometimes even great; but overall this game is a repetitive grind. The core levels are mostly meh, but the Origins levels are truly boring. Also - don't even think of going for theTrial and error is the name of the game.     With its creative level design and slick controls, Rayman Legends is an above average side-scrolling platformer worthy of its praise. The different character options and the game's large variety of levels keep the gameplay from getting stale. Fans of the genre are bound to enjoy it.

    Pretty fun platformer with ability to play it through for just the fun of gaming or for complexity gamer of collect all the Metals and Teensies. I highly recommend this game... and currently May 2018 is free through PlayStation Plus. The only issue I have is a couple of achievements that people report can take a month to a few months of playing to 100% the achievements. 9/10

    This Game is at the pinnacle of 2D Platformers and I can't think of many ways to improve it. Like it's predecessor Rayman Origins It's a beatufil rhythmic, epic adventure. Rayman and his buddies are fighting against darkness once more saving the teensies, collecting coins and uncaging princess ultimately saving the day.     If you like platformers this game is perfect. Hours of content with amazing art and gameplay. I'd say this and ori the blind forest best platforms of the 3D egeneration ( even though technically speaking these games are 2D style you know what I mean :)

    Rayman Legends is a good Platformer & 2D game. It has nice graphics, the gameplay is funny and delightful, the soundtrack is awesome with musical stages to play. A good option to have some fun.

    It's apparently the biggest Rayman game ever but great gameplay and genius level design mean you'll never get bored. Ther's plenty of depth, variety and surprises and the online challenges will keep you coming back long after you've completed the main game. It's    Platforming perfection! Not only that, nearly half the levels of the previous game (Rayman Origins) are included in Rayman Legends as a bonus. So it's essentially a 2-in-1 package, Rayman Legends + Origins. That doesn't mean Rayman Legends' levels are too few and Ubisoft made up for it by including Origins levels, there are plenty of those wholly new levels.

    The only downside of Rayman Legends is its roots in WiiU-style asymmetrical multiplayer, because the game once was meant to be a WiiU exclusive. There are instances where you have to use Murphy to cut ropes, rotate the screen, or move platforms in order to proceed through a level. It was originally conceived for dual screen gameplay, but on PS4, depending on the situation, you do that by either pressing the O button (you control Rayman and Murphy automatically does something in the level's environment) or by pressing R1/L1 to rotate the screen. This whole process is unintuitive to be honest and all it does is break the game's pace. I just wish Ubisoft had removed all that WiiU nonsense from the non-WiiU versions of the game because when you are playing multiplayer one player has to sit idle and wait for the very few times he can act as Murphy, and when you are playing solo you have your pace broken apart.    … Expand

    Such a fantastic game... but WHY is there no trophy support for co op players? completely ruined this game, makes me not even want to play what would have been a 5 star game. shame.

    Rayman Legends manages a superb feat, as a wonderful classic platformer that's fun for the whole family. Equally parts fun and challenging, without asking too much. If you want more of either, it's available. I highly recommend it.

    One of the best platform games ever, definitely. Yes, there are other great platformers, yes, Mario Galaxies are great adventures with tons of things to find and places to go to but if you look for a pure platform adventure, this should be on the top of your list.

    It took me almost a year to get the Platinum trophy somewhere back in 2015 but I play the game even two years later.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The year is 1995. I'm sitting on my ass looking at a friend of mine playing Cybermorph. He was the only person I knew who owned an Atari Jaguar. In the middle of one of his play sessions his little brother and his mother come back from shopping, and the kid races over and says "Hey! you wanna play Rayman?". It was obvious he bought it from the shop he and his mom went to. I can't remember what happened next, but I vaguely recall trying the game, loving it and then owning the PlayStation version some time later.

    Jump back to the modern age and I've become a pretty big Rayman fan. i haven't had a metacritic account 'till now and I've been dying to talk about my favorite game of all time online. So let us talk about Rayman Legends.

    The plot is very simple. To sum it up: five creature known as Dark Teensies are screwing up this bright and happy world, so the bubble dreamer wakes up Rayman, our hero who has a bad habit of sleeping for entire centuries (no, really!), who you control. The dark Teensies have to be stopped at all costs, and you've gotta do it, buster!

    Visually, the game is a marvel. It looks bright and cartoony, the animation is spot on, and the lively colors (almost) always let you see Rayman (or any of the other characters you can play as) against these beautiful backdrops. The game also NEVER experiances slowdown, not even on your regular run of the mill PS4, which is what I played the game on.

    The soundtrack is cool too. My favorite tracks are Castle Rock, The Spy Who Kicked Me, Dragon Slayer, Gloo Gloo and Once Upon a Time. They all fit the mood really well and I currently require a soundtrack CD with these songs

    You're gameplay is the typical 2D platformer affair, you run, jump, kill enemies and do the occasional platforming or puzzle challenge. There are 10 trapped Teensies (regular ones, not Dark Teensies) in each stage except for boss stages, music levels and invasion paintings, plus in remastered stages from this game's predecessor, Rayman Origins. This totals to over 700 Teensies to collect in the game. 2 of the trapped Teensies in each stage coming from challenge rooms you can find in hidden areas. Progressing through the game and collecting more Lums, the game's equivalent to Coins in the Mario games except this game doesn't use a lives system, can reward you with special skins for the four main characters: Rayman, Globox, Barbara, and the Teensie king. Some of these skins are availible at the start, but for the rest you'll have to collect Lums to unlock. Getting hit by an enemy will kill you immediatly unless you have a heart, which can allow you to take an extra hit. Remember, this game gives you infinite lives, so one hit kills aren't really a bad thing. Boss battles are here too, and they're really creative. They require you to hit 'em a lot until they go down. But to hit them, you'll have to do a little platforming challenge that may hide the three Teensies in a boss level. the music stages are autoscrollers that require you to do certain actions in time with the music or you'll die like a scrub. These are really fun and add variety to the game without making it stray too far away from the core mechanics.

    I would go into more depth about this game, but it's really something you should experience for yourself. Sure some of the later Invasion Paintings are a bit...annoying to say the least and the game as a bit of a difficulty spike in the later half, but they're not enough to ruin it altogether.

    And now I've come full circle, from a hard as hell 1995 platformer to my favorite game of all time, It sure has been a ride with good ol' Ray here. from the transition to 3D, to the slapstick approach of the third outing, to the...Rabbids. Rayman's come back to his roots. And I hope the Switch port of this game isn't the last of him we'll see for a while.    … Expand
