    I usually don't go out of my way to review games. I literally only made a Metacritic account just to review this game.

    One word - SHOCKING. The Become A Legend mode is completely broken and playing it always frustrates me. I'm currently 86 rated and I barely 'feel' or play like an 86 rated player. I play on Top player and the difficulty only seems to apply to my player. My team mates can    I usually don't go out of my way to review games. I literally only made a Metacritic account just to review this game.

    One word - SHOCKING. The Become A Legend mode is completely broken and playing it always frustrates me. I'm currently 86 rated and I barely 'feel' or play like an 86 rated player. I play on Top player and the difficulty only seems to apply to my player. My team mates can take multiple touches of the ball but the second I get the ball, I get tackled and the ref rarely ever blows in my favor. The passing is broken -the kind of passes I like to play ie through balls and one twos are always intercepted because the game only seems to reward certain patterns of play such as spamming low crossing into the box. Players make runs then stop midway like 'naah I change my mind' .. Whenever you ask for the ball, the broken coding means that your team mates pass the ball to exactly the position you asked for the ball instead of passing the ball to you. This means that if you're making a run and you stop, the ball is often passed behind you. Whenever I ask for the ball the pass always comes lobbed for some reason, even a simple 2 yard pass has to be lobbed. Let me not even start on the obvious scripting, beyond stupid AI... This career mode is one of the worst I have ever seen. I've played Fifa career modes my whole life and I wanted to try something different so I thought I'd try PES.. Shocking game!    … Expand

    PES 2019 improved in some points e regressed in others. It's a good soccer simulator if you aren't a hardcore fan, but if you are it's a stressful, very unfair and away from soccer reality. I infer that Konami's programmers don't play soccer in real life. Shame on you Konami!

    . Formations/game strategies. Simply don't have enough options for player to customize their way of play. The formations that are in game aren't explain enough, in other words, you don't know what some players will do in the settings.

    . Licensing. A lot of clubs, players aren't licensing than you have to play with generic teams or download a patch from some good soul at internet to fix that.
    . I.A. The goalkeepers are idiots, always give easy goals to the opponents; full backs abandon the middle of the defense to go to stupid places to facilitate goals.

    . Legend difficult. The plays that I.A. makes if away more effective than your's doing the same strategy; overall ability of I.A players gets boosted a lot almost every player of I.A is a Lionel Messi or CR7.    … Expand

    Firstly, I would like to say that PES 2019, truly looks and feels like a football game, when compared to the EA Sports franchise FIFA, the animations are fluid, the transitions when either on the ball, or off the ball feel extremely smooth and the ball physics feel remarkable.

    Secondly, lets talk about the modes, well PES 2019 has always been a dominating factor, when it comes to its    Firstly, I would like to say that PES 2019, truly looks and feels like a football game, when compared to the EA Sports franchise FIFA, the animations are fluid, the transitions when either on the ball, or off the ball feel extremely smooth and the ball physics feel remarkable.

    Secondly, lets talk about the modes, well PES 2019 has always been a dominating factor, when it comes to its modes, and PES 2019, truly outperforms in this regards. The all new MyClub features in this game allows you to auction players within the Auction Market, which has received a number of major revamps this time around, allowing you to bid for those most wanted players. Master League, this year helps you to customise your managerial careers, in which is the best major overhaul this time, compared to PES 2018's game.

    Finally, lets talk about the Exhibition matches, well the dynamic stamina systems feel absolutely realistic and, truly reflects on that of the real football world, for example, say if, a players like Messi or Ronaldo's stamina was particularly low, then that would make it incredibly harder to shoot to get the ball in the back of the net. Some shots will literally fiss like a rocket, others might not be so lucky and may miss or go over the goal lines. Not only that, but reduced stamina and fatigue can truly lead to passes or crosses becoming harder to execute as well, and this feels like this is a huge step up, when compared to the arcadeyness of FIFA 19.     The passes in the game are the movements of the players, the artificial intelligence is incredibly bad. When I play the game, only my nerves break down. It is a very very bad game that I do not enjoy. The worst football game I have played in my life.

    Now i bought this game because everyone keeps saying the gameplay is better then fifa...
    Now i understand why people say it,it definitely is smoother ,i also feel like the AI is better,but the passing system is in my opinion horrible ,i never had much issues with it in fifa,but in pes it is horrible,they keep passing to the wrong players,or the combatants.Also defending is pretty    Now i bought this game because everyone keeps saying the gameplay is better then fifa...

Not to mention that the game is trying to be smart and suddenly after a 2-0 lead Jordan starts piling on the action as if it were Barcelona. Horrible experience. I don’t think there is much difference between the difficulty levels. One more thing, cut the kickoff animation in replays. People don't want to see the kickoff eveery freaking time.… Expand

    Handicap y script hace el juego ridiculo de jugar. No hay ligas completas ni buen juego en línea, es solo bueno para jugar localmente, por ello no hay diferencia entre comprar el juego o jugar solo el demo. No vale la pena comprarlo.

    Servers for online matches are afull, game breaks into fragments with players movements, pass, drible, its a chalenge for anyone not to break their joystics out of rage

    when i played the game for the first 10 matches i start to like the game very much
    but after i played 300+ matches then i realized that this game sucks ass.
    -poor passing -the offside suck dick -when you play on a high difficulty the AI will beat no matter how skillful you are -they only focus on the big teams in the transfer -the online matches take 999 years to join a game -the    when i played the game for the first 10 matches i start to like the game very much

    I only play PES and I have never tried FIFA. I play just online games and only few games offline. I do not care about licenses and menues but about gameplay. You need to play quite a lot to understand that gameplay has problems which experienced players start to misuse to win and increase rating and on the other side killing the game.

    - Repeating precise long passes. Most of actions of    I only play PES and I have never tried FIFA. I play just online games and only few games offline.     - Repeating precise long passes. Most of actions of lots of players are just repeating 3 or 2 long passes to the fast runner infront. Most of time with success. It is really annoying. How many such passes are really succesful in real world. Some of them yes, but most of them no.
    - Tackling. Pressure on the defense players when starting attack is really unrealistic. Too fast and most of them with fauls. It is really game killing. No game creativity can develop because there is not really time to keep the ball a little look around and pass or dribble. So to avoid that, lots of players are just using insane constant (no look) passing. Terrible. Especially, because even no look passes are always precise.
    - Corner kicks and side passes. How many of them in reality land exactly on the head of Messi. Few of them yes... Frustrating when Messi covered with 2 players scores with head with ball from nowhere.
    - Scripting. In the game when you play against "better team" and winning, strange things start to happen at the end (overtime). To make game more tense AI starts to give opponent incredible chances which most of times results in result changes. Frustrating.
    - Region lock. I really hate region lock. Most of times I play with Russians, Poles and Ukraininans and never for example with Italians. I live in Slovenia and Italiy is just 50 km away. I reallly do not understand.

    So in general gameplay is dissapointment and unrealistic. AI is weak Start to observe online games and learn. Try to tackle down the AI mistakes which are misused by some high rating polayers. Compare online games with real football games.

    The game simply ignores your analog direction sometimes and also ignore your late adjustments to pass direction. The moment you press "pass" it will pass that way , you can no longer make late adjustments to pass target once the animation starts which causes alot of passing errors and since most players know this, they just sit back and wait for you suffer this flaw.

    *Terrible slow sluggish, networking:
    PES has to grow balls and start letting users filter players with Wi-fi connections. The online gameplay is a torture to play when the other jack realises that he cant compete starts the torrents in his pc.

    *Terrible defensive AI: The defense is always doing the wrong things unless you select and correct it by super-cancel which is a chore especially online.

    Intentionally bad "catch up system"
    You are literally against the game's catch up system. The more active you play the better the other team performs incase of interceptions, finishing, Hi-balls, it s like the game is constantly cursing you and you are at your worst day but it is an agony to watch your opponents, spammy passes or blind 180degree clearences reach their target like "magic".

    Playing this game is a chore, none of your skills like perception, reflexes , anticipation is rewarded. i dont enjoy winning or losing as i know the truth that the goals come from abusing this problematic passing and defendind system.

    The game is always trying to even the skill gap between the opposing players by sabotaging pass targets, letting wrong passings go through, headers won.

Peolpe love soccer and great players of this dyscypline, but I see very clearly that creators of PES and FIFA went wrong way using gamers passion for profit.     I bought this game because of online matches and myclub, online is pointless. Every year there are more and more cheaters, servers are bad, more lags... Konami has no system solution for that!

    Superb gameplay and MyClub is highly addictive. I don't particularly play offline but I enjoy the online scene. There is a lot to learn, which takes a while to familiarise yourself with, but afterwards it is really enjoyable. My gripe is that there are not enough online COM competitions, which impacts progression and also featured players has been a big failure.

    Не настоящие названия лиг и клубов, это серьезный минус. Не до карьера. Но самый косяк это онлайн.

    Pro Evolution remains the superior title when compared to EA's offerings but still has too many frustrating issues to make for a truly satisfying experience. The main online mode (MyClub) is also still to much like hard work when trying to train players and keep them under contract, in an attempt to get you to spend your money of course...

    The Master League is much better. Well I play with Roma and after 2-3 seasons my team is like All Star team,    This is only for offline mode, for online mode I don't know how is it.
