    I doubt that the whiny reviews played it. Of course there will be menus , there are thousand of things to choose from. The optimization is fantastic if you actually learn how to navigate it. If you cant handle that, go play something else.

    Game looks great and plays great. And with the workshop growing each month, it will be even better. Plus for the fantastic tutorials they added,    I doubt that the whiny reviews played it.     Now Im gonna go back to getting rollercoaster approved, its hard , I keep making them too extreme :)    … Expand

    Finally I can play this game on console!! The game runs smooth on PS4 even though the console has obvious hardware limits (due the advanced technology of the new consoles and PC Gamers). My first impression, when I got the game, was not good, because there was a lot of menus and tabs that kept me confused. But as soon as I got to know how to use all the tools I couldn't stop playing atFinally I can play this game on console!!     Finally! Great work with the console port. Graphics very smooth and controls are just fine!

    Great to start with until you find that the game is broken. Im contantly getting staff quitting even though i pay them high and train them. Every few seconds they are walking out. I got large staff rooms for them but they wont use them at all. Benches and bins get randlised all the time even though i have CCTV cameras and security everywhere but they do nothing at all and quit too. Crowds of customers huddle in groups on the path and get stuck so cannot get them to move. Even crowds stuck 50m in the air somehow. Exit gate for rides also is common for people claiming they are stuck but they aren't. This always happens meaning that i cannot proceed at all so i have to start again only for it to repeat. Im so annoyed as this game obviously hasn't been tested and coz i preordered it i am stuck with it and cannot play it properly. Waste of money. Avoid.… Expand

    Terrible design, literally a **** you to console players. Just play on the computer or nothing else thats how broken the menu design is. Its so stupid and hard to get to anything plus theres a million menus. The game is just menus

    This game is over complicated on borderline unplayable... Fix your damn UI
    So damn frustrating I can barely describe it. Stay away

    The tutorial is awful and the controls suck. Rent the game first before purchasing. I wish I had a pc to play this on instead.

    Sorry .. anybody that down rates this game has clearly not played it long enough. moaning coz there are menus to navigate ..please. This game is awesome , i mean awesome. It will provide hours uopn hours of entertainment , you might thinks its fiddly , but Ive had no problem with the menus , just learn how to use them.     The game is absolutely amazing. You can build any coaster or flat ride you want and the graphics are amazing. The only criticism I have is the limit on how much you can build as it really just annoys me.

    The console edition of Planet Coaster is a great port from PC that works perfectly with console controllers, and if you are a fan of simulation games and patient enough to learn all the mechanisms of the game, you will definitely enjoy it.

    That aside, Planet Coaster is indeed the best theme park creator we've ever had. In Australia, there aren't many theme parks left at all (can you believe that Sydney - a major global city - only has one theme park, and it's a tiny space that can be walked across in a few minutes), but there was a big one when I was growing up, and this game takes me back to looking forward to going to that theme park every so often. There are some UI issues, and one or two clunky moments within the management side of the game, but nothing that detracts from the sheer creative joy of playing around with those coasters and creating the park of your dreams. I can almost smell the churros.
