    A platformer where you jump with your gun. This game seems like something that was never finished from a demo jam. Everything is rough and ugly with some of the most annoying sounds ever. Difficulty spikes all over the place where it alternates between boring to stupid hard. Way too expensive at $15.

    All the frustration of the old 8-bit game systems, but, thankfully, without a life limit. Like any good indie, the controls are unique and there's certainly a period of adjustment. You use sticks and the L2/R2 triggers. Outside of the "options" button, that's it...except "Triangle" which you can't dance without).

    There will be boards you will fail over 100 times, but you WILL prevail and you'll WANT to prevail because you know what you have to do and you were just SO close the last time (with the exception of "Water Traps...which was a user-designed/bonus content/post-"story" level......I quit on that one after probably 300 attempts. It's a "troll" board - not even fun after a while.) And because you know you're probably going to die at least a dozen times, you will want to collect any hat you know is there (don't ask, just play). Some of the random/unpredictable physics will put a major damper on certain boards, especially boss fights which DO have life limits (hence my "mixed" review). But, by contrast, I just finished Jedi: Fallen Order prior to this...I had a lot more fun with No Time to Explain. And the ending was perfect.

    The other reviews here so far mention an outlandish price. Had I paid more than $5 for this, I might have been questioning it myself, but I got it on a Playstation Store sale for about that much. There's replay value, there's some surface-level philosophy, certainly a political statement, but the game is short enough that you'll spend some extra time looking for hats before moving onto the next.    … Expand

    Fun platformer game that takes about 3hours to complete a lot more fun with freinds might replay one some of the bosses are a little frustrating but except from that good game

    No Time To Explain is a fun and mechanically sound experience, but everything else about it is average at best for a price that’s just too high.
