    Not recommend this game has so little content not mention there's no voice acting, there's no items/ weapons on stage just narrator in background says line. It only has little sound effects. There's no boss fights or even any story.

    Don't waste your money on this go buy smash bros instead

    I just can't enjoy this game. No voice acting though I hope they will add in the future. I also have a problem with stiff controllers. But the game CAN be fun with friends. And I did have SOME fun playing it. But honestly. I just see this as a another smash clone

    This game is the hottest piece of garbage I have ever played. First of all, there is a minimal amount of characters and they all have vast power differences. Second, there is no voice acting. There are no exceptions to this, and it feels empty. And the multiplayer function is so horrible I can barely even explain it.     It's very fun, easier to pick up than smash, decent depth. The online is functional. If you don't have a switch there's no alternatives out there for you. You should buy it.

    To be honest it’s really not that bad of a game. I don’t care if there’s no voice acting we all should remember that it’s a Indie game. and they did one heck of a game with this small of a studio. i’m really having fun every time I play this but it’s not a 10/10. This is just the beginning Super smash Bros didn’t satisfy everyone with their first game either. There’s no cross-playing so if you want to play with a friend make sure you buy the game on the same consol as them if you care about that.… Expand

    Not worth a thing of a game. It all starts with the loading screens. They are really long and look bad. The whole time they'll glitch and just look unpleasant. The menus and way of inviting friends I find to be odd and at first confusing. The gameplay itself isn't terrible. You can switch your controls around to what you'd like.     So, Nickelodeon All Star Brawl is a fair game in the end. While it can be fun, there are some flaws that can hold it back but overall, this is a fair smash clone that has potential.

    Bare bones fighter with no substance. Was excited to get a smash clone on an actual system but oh man was this bad. Lots of people talking about how there's no voice acting and that is correct; It's sad but no excuse for poor sound design. There's almost no sound except for the music which is forgettable at best, makes a bad game even worse. Didn't play all the stages but the ones I didBare bones fighter with no substance. Didn't play all the stages but the ones I did play felt awful. super tiny stages that make fights last an actual second some times, and the only difference between some (other than the aesthetics) are you just have to try and continue to jump out instead of the floor hazards straight killing you. the worst offender in this game are the controls. the only way to jump is to press the triangle which makes battle next to impossible. Seriously, why release something with so little effort?… Expand

    As someone who has only played Smash 64, this game is very fun to me. I have no real connection to Smash, so it doesn't bother me. I love the fast paced action of this game. The characters are fun to use and it's good nostalgia. CatDog was my main. Another platinum trophy I had a great time getting

    All-Star Brawl never gets beyond that uncomfortable phase that you normally have to push through with a new fighting game. Instead, that horrifying state of confusion in which you don’t quite know what you’re doing is all you can expect from it. It might be enough to keep younger kids satisfied, but they’re also not going to recognise the characters, so it feels like a bit of a bust. This is not the Smash Bros competitor we’d hoped for. [Issue#8, p.84]

    'Clone' is rarely a good category to be categorized in, yet Nickelodeon All-star Brawl is a creditable fighting game. Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros: Ultimate still offers more value for money, but the mechanics and gameplay of All-star Brawl are surprisingly good. If you are looking for a decent platformer or are a hardcore fan of the genre, you should definitely give the game a try.

    Right now, All-Star Brawl stands on its own two feet, not trying to be Smash Ultimate now that its DLC has dried up, but trying to show us a good ‘ol nostalgic time. It lulls you in with its lightning flash fights and accessible combat, keeping a grin on your face throughout...Basically, don’t come here because the recent Battle for Bikini Bottom remaster got you in the mood for some SpongeBob humour. Come here because you want to see SpongeBob beat the crap out of Nigel Thornberry, and find your own humour in that.
