    Bad. Real bad. I'll be a little nicer than i was originally but the game is still really bad, full of cheap deaths and cheap mechanics. Makes a great argument for buying on Steam where you can get a refund when you buy garbage like this.

    As a human being i have to say this one of the most racist games ever made and disrespectfully to Russia. Why dont you frenchman make a game called ISIS Paris Urban Chaos or something and try to depicture France in the worst way? Like always there is an unbelievable evil and racist double standard when it comes Russia, by the ''tolerant'' West. This game is disgusting and it should beAs a human being i have to say this one of the most racist games ever made and disrespectfully to Russia.     12/10 It's really funny game, I am from Russia and I laughed every minute when any trash happened. Of course it's not real Russia and we don't have this trash nowadays but I found some things which are similar with our situtation in the country. If you don't live in CIS it will be difficult to understand that TRASH and you won't laugh as much as me. Piece of advise: do not believe in these12/10 It's really funny game, I am from Russia and I laughed every minute when any trash happened. Of course it's not real Russia and we don't have this trash nowadays but I found some things which are similar with our situtation in the country. If you don't live in CIS it will be difficult to understand that TRASH and you won't laugh as much as me. Piece of advise: do not believe in these stereotypes

    I love this game. It is my favorite old-school style beat-em-up since Scott Pilgrim. It nails the rhythm of classics like Streets of Rage II (an obvious influence on the developers, you see a SoR poster in the background at one point) but speeds it up, adds more (but not an overwhelming amount) of moves, and dials up the brutality 1000%. This game is bloody as all hell, sleazy, depraved,I love this game. It is my favorite old-school style beat-em-up since Scott Pilgrim. It nails the rhythm of classics like Streets of Rage II (an obvious influence on the developers, you see a SoR poster in the background at one point) but speeds it up, adds more (but not an overwhelming amount) of moves, and dials up the brutality 1000%. This game is bloody as all hell, sleazy, depraved, trippy and can feel like a nightmare at times - but in an interesting way that draws you in. The characters are forced to drug themselves with Nekro, giving them enhanced strength and replenishing their health, but also giving them hallucinations of a hellish nightmare world that you eventually have to fight in. There are so many WTF moments in this game that are worth the price of admission alone, but its also an addictive, challenging (sometimes to a frustrating level, but you keep wanting to try again), fun and engaging game that shouldn't be missed by fans of 2D beat-em-ups or violent and surreal games such as Hotline Miami. There was also more replayability than most games of this type. As you beat the levels in the main game you can play arena challenges to unlock different types of Nekro that give you different abilities. You have to defeat 10 waves of enemies in each challenge to unlock a new Nekro and it is by far the most challenging aspect of the game. It feels worth it once you get the new Nekro, even if I kept going back to using the same 2 or 3. Still the challenge never seemed unfair to me, especially not compared to some old 2D beat em ups (even SoR) that would just pile enemies on you with a limited move set that didn't help you deal with them. In Mother Russia Bleeds you have dash attacks, throws, powerful weapons you pick up off the ground (the best being the samurai sword and automatic rifle), counter attacks, and Nekro which increases the power of your regular attacks and gives you a finishing move straight out of Mortal Kombat.… Expand

    Hey, I'm from Russia and I didn't think that this game is racist. I played it with my friends and we enjoyed it a lot. First of all, all the Russian language in the game is legit (it's super rare, e.g. in Tomb Raider it was all fake). Then all the baddies are based on Russian stereotypical nineties TV shows and that's hilarious. Like they actually added Lenin & Red Square & bratva.

    The game is kinda offensive & R-rated which wouldn't work for everyone, but I laughed a lot during the game.
    The overall gameplay is very similar to old Sega's Streets of Rage games (they were my favorite ones on 16-bit Sega MegaDrive). So that's cool, but a little bit repetitive.
    Also, the game is super hard during some levels and battles. This could be a little bit frustrating.

    One of the worst pixel art works I've ever seen in an indie game ever. You can't even change your controls, the feeling of impact when you fight is awful (I can recall most of 90s brawlers being better than this garbage), there are many loading screens through a single stage, I bought this game 2 years ago and felt it was terrible, I finished recently a way better french brawler than thisOne of the worst pixel art works I've ever seen in an indie game ever.     It could’ve been such a nice game if it wasn’t so ridiculously difficult. A game should be fun and pleasant, not something that makes you want smash your TV.

    Sin duda un espectacular juego ideal para jugar, estilo de pelea espectacular un ambiente que recuerda a lo que es un ambiente caótico. La experiencia con amigos es súper entretenida y es súper divertido el modo arena por oleadas y el modo historia. No esperes una historia seria y profunda porque no lo es pero es una historia súper divertida y un espectacular gameplay.

    Mother Russia Bleeds is a great game. It is brutal and takes you back to the days where beat 'em ups ruled the market. Still the game lacks a combo system and there are some annoyances. But in the co-op mode it makes up for all of that.

    Mother Russia Bleeds is a great game with some truly oppressive decisions, with the lack of online co-op being the most obvious. Still, those looking for that Streets of Rage itch to scratch, this does it, and does it well. I just wish there was a bit more to it, of and of course online co-op. Not sure I mentioned how much this game suffers from not having that option.

    Mother Russia Bleeds does a great job of bringing the beat ’em up genre to modern consoles. It suffers from the old fashioned problem of repetition as these games always do but, if you can stomach the violence, it gets a lot right in terms of enemy and location variety.
