    Just what Telltale hopes to accomplish Minecraft: Story Mode remains in question as “The Last Place You Look” breaks story and characters for the sake of seeing every corner of the Minecraft universe.

    After a disappointing second episode, Minecraft: Story Mode strikes back with its third iteration, hitting the mark on almost every level. We're not a fan of its short length, though. And now that we're complaining: we could do without those technical hiccups as well.

    This third episode is definitely a step in the right direction. Things start to make sense, the narrative feels more compelling and it delivers a more engaging adventure. Still, we know Telltale can do better.
