    This game is excellent. The story line makes me engrossed into the game. I have to say, if you are into gameplay, you probably wouldn't want to play. You sometimes get times to walk and fight, but most of the time, you are pressing keys that appear on the screen to perform an action. But for me, that is okay.

    Weakest Telltale series yet. It is very difficult to descripe why. Because basically it is same formulla as the previous games. But his one just feels different. Mainly it feels rushed. The episodes are shorter, story is as simple as possible and dialogues and characters are boring. It seems like they did not enjoyed creating this game and just slapped it together as fast as possible :-(Weakest Telltale series yet. It is very difficult to descripe why.     It is real shame. I had huges hopes for this. Im not a Minecraft fan. But I belive this series asked to have similar humor a ingame logic liek Order of Stick. But they missed the oportunity :-/    … Expand

    The arc of season 1 ends after episode 4. Episode 5 is a standalone epilogue leading into further stand alone adventures in 6-8. Acting is alright as long as you choose male protagonist to get patton oswalt. Watching these characters fumble through predictable situations can be entertaining but grows old as youve already figured out the situation long before the characters have.     First two episodes are a bit boring but then it actually gets better an better. It's a nice mix of story, action, puzzles and exploration - there's more gameplay than in previous Teltale games but the story might be a lot more suitable for kids and less mature than TWD and other games.     Un juego muy divertido y copado, sobre todo si te gusta Minecraft y las aventuras gráficas. Es muy agradable encontrar las diversas referencias al mundo general del juego a lo largo de la trama.

    I have a confession to make: I've never played a single second of Minecraft. I feel like a circus freak. "Come one, come all! Gather round to see the freak who's never touched Minecraft!" In fact, not only have I never played it, I know very very little about it. Most of my knowledge of the game comes from that one South Park episode. The adults in that episode portray me perfectly. So I was a perfectly blank slate going into Minecraft: Story Mode, which I felt was an advantage because if something was portrayed incorrectly I would have no idea and it wouldn't affect my experience.

    Minecraft: Story Mode starts with our hero Jessie and his rag tag group of friends going to a Comic-Con esque building competition. They're going up against a group of leather jacket wearing expert builders who win the competition every year. And just like in every sports movie ever made, the underdog group of friends defies the odds to win the day! Well, almost. Until their project catches on fire, and one of the mythical members of the Order of the Stone shows up and unleashes a world ending demon upon the people. Jessie and his friends, with the help of the Order of the Stone's amulet, set off to reunite the Order of the Stone and stop the monster from destroying the world.

    The story follows a pretty typical hero narrative, except there is a group of heroes realizing their potential instead of just one. There is the typical Telltale Games problem of characters personalities varying wildly from chapter to chapter, or sometimes even from scene to scene within the same chapter. Each member of the Order of the Stone is a gigantic tool, but that's the point of the story. There are some genuinely funny moments, and probably even more if you are more familiar with the Minecraft universe. Most enemies are explained well; I now know what a Wither is and why it's scary. An Enderman on the other hand, not so much. The oddest part of the story is that it wraps up in 4 chapters instead of Telltale's typical 5, and the 5th chapter is a different, fully self contained story.

    They say you should never meet your heroes, because they'll never live up to your expectations. That's the moral of Minecraft: Story Mode. The Order of the Stone was idolized by Jessie and his friends, and indeed the whole world. But when they were called upon to save the world once again, it was found out that they were frauds. Minecraft: Story Mode teaches us to find the hero both within ourselves, and within our friends.    … Expand

    Though it has some problems with actual gameplay, like moving around and fighting, everything else is fun. The graphics are good, and feels like the original game. All the episodes were fun, 1-8. It is worth it.

    I have played three tell tale games and this one is by far the worst one. Its story was lacking, the episodes were too long and they kill off beloved characters. This game has had very little effort put into its story and production costs. Things arn't collored in right, the lips dont move right, the mechanics are way off and to top it all off the ending is awful, if u want to play thisI have played three tell tale games and this one is by far the worst one.     quite a fun game i would recomend quite annoying how when u buy season pass you need to buy another adventure pass just a cash grab the adventure pass
