Apr 6, 2021Short and simple point and click. Cute, with a bit dark humour, and random contemporary pop culture references. I think they could have made more with the idea than this few screen long game... anyway, for an evening it's pretty nice. I'm off to see what other games this studio has been working on... if this is their debut game, I definitely want to see their next one.

Dec 6, 2019For most people, it will be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of experience. That makes it impossible for me to recommend it unequivocally. However, if you are looking for a unique point and click adventure that revels in black humor and nerdy pop culture, MechaNika is a game you'll want to try. I greatly enjoyed my time with the game, even though it was not always a comfortable experience.
