    This is a great game and if you like a great Mafia story then this is it!!! The 9 score is due to the glitches and the frame rate, but everything else is top notch. The sound track is incredible and the music is well placed for certain moments or missions in the game. Characters are all hard core and the end is epic! I paid 15 dollars for this edition and my first Mafia game....hope thereThis is a great game and if you like a great Mafia story then this is it!!!     This game is a mess on 1 X ,, even after it's apparently been patched a bunch of time.. I experienced worse bugs and glitches in this than FO76..Sound disappearing, the cloud jumping like a slide show, pathing issues, you shoot people and there no reaction.....It's a fkn mess. Character model are just embaresing..Men look fine for some reason but woman,, woman look like Aliens from planetThis game is a mess on 1 X ,, even after it's apparently been patched a bunch of time..     Must have for any of my Gangstas out there! Hopefully there will be a free PS5 patch to make it all look and play even better. 9/10

    Mafia 3: Definitive Edition is for me the last stop, before the Remake of the original Mafia game. Just like Mafia 2, the third edition in the series was a revisit for me. I played it, when it got released in 2016. And of course a lot of things have changed since then. DLC has got released, different clothes are available and a brand new racing mode is now available.

    I did find Mafia 3    Mafia 3: Definitive Edition is for me the last stop, before the Remake of the original Mafia game. Just like Mafia 2, the third edition in the series was a revisit for me. I played it, when it got released in 2016. And of course a lot of things have changed since then. DLC has got released, different clothes are available and a brand new racing mode is now available.

    I did find Mafia 3 enjoyable in 2016, of course this is the least “Mafia” game compared to the others, but the narrative and great cutscenes was the thing that I enjoyed the most of. Gameplay is quite repetitive, but I don’t mind it so much. There is a reason for it, and that been to tear down everything and everyone associated the Marcano crime family in the city of New Bordeaux. Car chases is fun, and you feel like been in an action movie car chase. And the music is just wonderful, and you feel the atmosphere from the 60’s. So if the game was named something else and wasn’t a part in the Mafia series, it would be an awesome game.

    So this is my thoughts on the game when it got released. Now it is updated with all the DLC’s for free.

    And I have one positive thing to say about the definitive edition. That is the free DLC. I didn’t buy them when they got released, so that was a great treat. And here the positive ends unfortunately. Because this game is not even 4 years as of writing and I think it already needs some sort of remaster. The game has more bugs and lagging compared to four years ago. Sometimes cutscenes doesn’t play right, with only the subtitles present. And when driving the game lags where in a few seconds you can’t hear the car engine. There even is a bug, where I could begin the last mission, before killing the last capo. And when you tried the last capo mission, the game just freezes and you can’t continue. So I managed to complete the game, without getting rid of the last capo.

    This is of course not a good way of finishing the road to the new remake of the original Mafia, so I hope the remake launches with a much more bugless game.

    Mafia 3 for me, will always be a good game memory, however it doesn’t fit the Mafia series. But a great narrative, with awesome music and car chases directly from an action movie, I do find it enjoyable.    … Expand

    This game is fantastic. It has a huge world, great story, acting, combat, and the best soundtrack. This game is only held back by the graphics as there is a weird gray filter applied and strange lighting, but other than that it is fantastic.

    This game is fking buggy miss especially on the missions. When I deliver the weed truck on the distantion and then nothing happened it doesn’t track.

This wouldn't be too bad if this didn't reset trophy/achievement progression resulting in many, many playthroughs of the game and a severe amount of luck if you wanted to 100% it. Very frustrating because this game could've been so much more. This is truly the defining feature of the trilogy

    Un juego que debes jugarlo tu mismo, juego honesto que no tiene un marketing engañoso, sabe lo que te brinda, es muy divertido su historia, sus brutall kills, su ambientación, su contraste de luces, me gusta. Como te digo, no es un juego con el marketing de Lats 2 o Cyberpunk, por eso no tiene alta nota, pero es un juego honesto, muy bueno, decente

    Crazy how this mich potential is this quality.. one thing i was satisfied about was pulling a handbreak. Everything else poorly made, so repetitive and thousands of bugs and glitches :// the more I played the more I did not liked it.

    Ok, I try to tell you about this game, plot in this game is very simple, you need to capture points to kill the main in this area, then you will kill Markano, it so simple, but I find this game enough interesting to play every evening, physic of cars isn't bad, but I can't say, that it is amazing, in my opinion, shooting is the best part of this game, I feel gun's weight enemies shoot veryOk, I try to tell you about this game, plot in this game is very simple, you need to capture points to kill the main in this area, then you will kill Markano, it so simple, but I find this game enough interesting to play every evening, physic of cars isn't bad, but I can't say, that it is amazing, in my opinion, shooting is the best part of this game, I feel gun's weight enemies shoot very good and throw molotov in your position if you stay in here very long, I think that you definitely need to try playing this game, but I'd you buy it, you should buy it in the Bundle(Mafia:Trilogy), you will save a lot of money, I rate this game on 6.5, because if we comparing this game with Mafia:The city of lost heaven or Mafia II this game will lose in every part of gameplay and plot, I think that this game didn't meet our expectations, thanks for your attention, goodbye… Expand

    I didn't have bugs in this game,its is fun,good story,only thing that things wt clouds something its wrong at them but i dont matter that so yea ....its fun game

    This is probably one of my favourite games of all time. The graphics, the storyline, the characters, the mostly accurate representation of New Orleans. Most of all I loved the soundtrack and the expansions which made this even more fun to play.

    One of the frustrating things about this game though is that the platinum is unobtainable unless you resort to force loading a previous version update of the game. This meant that I had to play through the entire game three times more than I needed to obtain the platinum.

    The Definitive edition of Mafia 3 not only hasn't improved on the original version, but actually added tons of new bugs and glitches to it, making an already not so pleasant experience even worse.

    The story is pretty OK despite its heavy lean on worn mafia movie stereotypes and tropes. However, this remaster of Mafia II is hurt by its poor showing on the PlayStation 4 because of numerous and frequent problems within the most vital portions of the game. This is the kind of show I’d expect from something that was rushed out to the market and the results are pretty disappointing. You’re almost better off tracking down the original PC copy of the game until Hanger 13 and d3t Ltd. make the fixes that are so desperately needed.
