    It's JoJo and that's all I really wanted from it.I'm not sure how deep the combat is yet, if at all, but it's a fun brawler.Any game where you can play as a coffee flavored gum chewing dog cant be all that bad right?

    Eyes of Heaven es un juego hecho para los que somos fans de la saga, la historia es muy buena y el combate también, además de estar llena de referencias a la historia.

    Le pongo un 8 porque le falta con urgencia un modo local.

    Before I get into this review, let me get this out of the way. I love JoJo and will try my hardest to keep my opinion unbiased. I've been hyped for this game ever since I heard about it a few months back. The general scores for it's Japanese release were extremely positive and that only made me thirstier to play this game. When I first got it, I was surprised to see how many spoilers there were for the end of Stardust Crusaders right at the beginning of the game's story mode. I highly recommend that you catch up before you buy this. The game itself is really fun and has a fairly large roster spanning from Johnathan to Pet Shop. Speaking of Pet Shop, he is the most unbalanced character in the game. You can sit back and shoot projectiles from the air while your enemies have little to no chance of hitting you. I also was quite frustrated when I heard that there wasn't a local multiplayer mode added to this game. Another problem with this game is the online servers at this time. They were so laggy that it made the game unplayable.

    Pros: big roster, long story (goes up to part 8!), fun fighting mechanics, tons of fan service, and references to other shows through alternate costumes.

    Cons: online too laggy, no local multiplayer, unbalanced characters, and many spoilers in story mode.

    Overall a great game that I will continue to play with my friends.    … Expand

    O Jogo de Jojo mais massa que eu já joguei Quase perfeito, os unicos defeitos são a falta de capricho no online e a falta do modo de 2 players, mas nada que estrague a diversão, quem é fã de Jojo's Bizarre Adventure vai gostar.

    Jojo's Bizarre Adventure:Eyes of Heaven is a 2v2 arena brawler similar to that of J Stars Victory VS , but of only Jojo characters. Sounds amazing right? Not really. This game is a letdown for a fighting game fan, but not for a Jojo fan. This game is very perfect for a Jojo fan especially one who isn't very good at fighting games or just doesn't care about a deep battle system. The game features team ultimate attacks as well which you can use when you've accumulate enough of your gauge to do it. Some are generic with your partner doing a generic attack combo leading into your iconic finisher move, but if your character and your partner have relations in the series then they will perform a special attack together that may be straight from the series itself or even be completely brand new as you can intermix characters from different timelines of the series. One example being that of 2 different versions of the same character having a team ultimate.

    Pros:
    - Perfect to the source material
    - Character interactions that bring out your inner Jojo fan
    - Story drafted by the creator of the series himself
    - Good list of characters from the 8 arcs currently existing in the series
    - Amazing art and alternate costumes
    Cons:
    - Mindless "button mashing" style of game play
    - No complex mechanics to back up the easy access of play
    - no local multiplayer
    - The online is like an infinitely buffering youtube video
    - When characters fall on the ground it takes forever for them to get up which results in short bursts of waiting on top of your opponents body so you can continue fighting them.

    Personal problems:
    They changed the iconic Road Roller finisher on DIO.

    If you like Jojo i recommend this as a 10/10
    if you like fighters I recommend this as a 3/10
    If you like Jojo AND fighters, a 6/10

The Story is alright (though I can't really say much about it as I played it in Japanese and ~50% of it went over my head), but it is essentially good and is fresh (something I can't say a lot aboutIt's a fun JoJo game - crammed full of fanservice.     A good game for fans of the series, with so much content, and fanservice.
    But if you are not a jojofan, you can pass it.
    The gameplay is fine, and the art direction is gorgeous... But the online doesn´t work, and this game dont have any local multiplayer options.
    Its nice for some fans, but if you don´t like jojo, don´t try it.
    Also, it contains major spoilers for all jojo parts. Be warned.

    After playing this game I began to relay the lessons I learned into my own personal life. For example, I saw my grandfather acting strangely, and I suspected that he was actually a stand user in disguise! Turns out he was actually epileptic and also had chronic joint pain. Thanks a lot jojo

    Eyes of Heaven is a game I've been waiting for since it was announced. I got the demo the day it was released and found myself replaying the very limited fights it gave over and over again. Put simply, this game is for fans of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and no one else. More so than a Naruto game, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has so many characters, so many jokes and references, that if youEyes of Heaven is a game I've been waiting for since it was announced. I got the demo the day it was released and found myself replaying the very limited fights it gave over and over again. Put simply, this game is for fans of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and no one else. More so than a Naruto game, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has so many characters, so many jokes and references, that if you haven't read the manga or watched the anime, you just will not care.

    The plot picks up after the third arc of the series and travels through all 8 arcs that currently exist and doesn't explain much about them. This is why being a fan is a prerequisite to enjoying the game. Even in combat most of your moves are references or taken straight from the source material.

    With that out of the way, if you're a fan of Jojo and wondering "Is this any good then?" The answer is yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. (To non Jojo fans, I just made a reference) The gameplay is so much better than it was in the PS3 fighter. Eyes of Heaven is more of an arena brawler. You and a companion (generally AI) face off against another team of two in a decent sized area full of traps, usable items, and stuff to throw. Each character has a list of unique moves and even how their basic attacks work are different (Unlike the fighter where almost everyone was all punching and kicking all the time). Combat can be fast paced, the levels aren't big enough that you'll do a lot of running at the enemy, but they have height to them that you can use to escape and plan, if you're character is less inclined to face punching.

    Each area of the game was pretty much lifted from the manga itself, and the story was overseen by the creator of the manga, Hirohiko Araki. This is again where I stress that if you're not a fan this won't matter to you, but if you are a fan it's like a golden stamp of quality assurance. The story was drafted by Araki and in that way it's like we've gotten a bonus arc.

    Overall, if you haven't gotten it by this point, fans of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, either the anime or manga, should buy this game when it fits their budget. It's a fun game with a lot of characters to play as and the interactions between them are great. The story will be interesting and it's almost like an arc from the manga or anime. If you aren't a fan, don't buy it, don't look at it, pretend it doesn't exist, because all you'll see is an arena brawler like Power Stone with weird characters saying things you don't understandu. (That's a reference too.)    … Expand

    The Bad: The netcode is horrendous so online multiplayer is pretty much useless and there is no local co-op to compensate. Some of the character names are changed from the anime. Only a little more than half of the entire roster can be used in story mode.

However, this game has a lot of problems. The style, while nice, seems pretty rough. The characters' lips don't really sync up with the audio, and don't even really move in a way that would match the words at all. What kind of fighting game doesn't have any sort of offline multiplayer? I've never played any sort of fighting game that doesn't support this, and the fact that the developers felt that they could omit a staple of the genre sorely upset me. Maybe the next version will allow a more sociable experience, but for now, back to All-Star Battle.… Expand

    JoJo's Eyes of Heaven It's a open Arena fighter, It Has a lot fan service, and Fun art style, but the fighting mechanics are kinda button masher, AI Partner Aren't reliable There's no 2 Co-Op players but it has fair balanced content and unlockable, Basically if You're Fan if Jojo It Has Fun Game and Nice Fanservice, if you're not stay away from it

    The game all around is pretty bad, spent 10 quid on it and 2 hours in I realised that I wasted my money, it got boring pretty fast and not a fan of the combat.

    Ja, das Gameplay ist nicht das beste Yadayada, aber als Jojo-Fan macht mich die schiere Menge an Fanservice nicht nur in der Originalgeschichte, sondern auch in jedem Teil der Präsentation sehr glücklich

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. JJBA: Eyes of heaven is an Arena fighter with combat done right. The free battle mode is fun, includes around 50 characters that range from Phantom Blood and JoJolion. You pick your character that you would like to play then you choose your partner. Some partners have special duel heat attacks, ( Like a super move that builds up tons of damage) so experimenting with what duel heat attacks do the most is fun. There are a few problems with the free battle. One of them being there is no co-op multiplayer. The other being you cant change the difficulty of the bots. The online is almost near impossible to play. The story mode has a good story, the stardust crusaders have defeated DIO and are planning on going back home when DIO finds a way into heaven and creates anomalies bringing characters from different parts together, where they try to defeat DIO Gone to Heaven. The entire concept is super cool. But every cutscene seems dragged out and dialogue between the Joestars doesn't feel like the actual characters. Most of the time I'll just be mashing the X button to get through the dreaded dialogue and cutscenes. Other than that, this is a great game. It's without a doubt my favorite game that came out in 2016… Expand

    DAMM this game is everything you want from JOJO GAME ,the soundtrack it just amazing, the. Graphics is ok ,and mostly the art-style capture every essence of JOJO ,The story is a crossover between part 1-9 and it been approved by ARAKI himseft,great combat system with ok A.I ,CAN PLAY FROM 2-4 PEOPLE and only on PS4

Sometimes I do not understand who hits who during fight properly. However, the game also has lots of positive aspects.     The mechanics are kinda trash ,but somehow i like it because its a different mechanic than other games like some mortal kombat combat mechanic like. Its feels like a ripoff with some characters in a movie.

The only thing this game has going for it is playing as your beloved anime/manga heroes from jojo which is the main appeal of the game but it can't even succeed in that because the character designs in th game look awful compared to how they actually look in the source material and some of the character's movesets are so boring so you can't really be as cool as how the characters are in the anime/manga. And dear god don't get me started with the online. It really speaks for itself it is a laggy mess and lacking in any actual players to even play with. Geez this eyes of heaven had so much potential but it missed the mark so easily it's frustrating.… Expand

    I love this game. The good combos, paired with the fun mechanics, mwah. The storyline that always keeps you on the edge of your seat. The vast character pool, this game is amazing.

It's fun seeing characters from past, "present" (given how this stems from Part 3), future, and entirely alternate realities interact with each other, as well as all the cool details that can happen depending on your team combination and the stage itself.     Eyes of Heaven offers a wacky story with plenty of varying dialogue that will bring in even the most casual Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but the gameplay is average at best that doesn't offer much substance other than making sure the button mashes connect before the opponent's does. Fans of the anime will appreciate this game, but the casual gamer will not get much out of this title.

    Those unfamiliar with Jojo are likely to be bewildered playing Eyes of Heaven; the game pulls no punches in declaring its priorities with its thick layer of fanservice, pleasing only those who've read far into the series' three decade long run. It's an unfortunate misgiving to newcomers, but for fans, it's unequivocal bliss.

    In the end, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven can be divisive. The new fighting system is fine, but the lack of depth in moves, a few cumbersome commands, and bad camera make it less fun to work with than the previous title.
