    O jogo Jak and Daxter tem uma mistura de varias cores deixando o cenário lindo para época e ate pra hoje em dia o jogo e bonito não comparado ao grandes jogos que temos hoje em dia mas e bonito.com um mundo meio aberto tendo vários itens para pegar.     A historia não e muito boa mais os personagens são interresantes.a gameplay e bem solta e que vc sem saber
    de nada consegue jogar o jogo sem problemas.

    tendo vários locais secretos e com bastante itens para ir atrás torna o jogo desafiador ce você
    quiser fazer tudo q esta disponivel e divertido também para quem quer so jogar e aproveitar a historia
    ou qualquer outra coisa que o jogo possa te apresentar.

    Identical to the PS3 version. Not worth the higher price, but a great game nevertheless!

    Consider this is a old game of 2001 I'm sure the game was excellent at his time. I play it first time, as a big fun of Jax X Combat Racing which is one of my favorite games.

    The game is kinda of open world but it isn't to much "open", which you explore to find orbs (eggs) which you need it for power cells in order to progress but is not hard to collect as it seems.     The game is kinda of open world but it isn't to much "open", which you explore to find orbs (eggs) which you need it for power cells in order to progress but is not hard to collect as it seems. It's some enemies in the world which you can fight BUT you dont have to, you can just pass through them which is the weak point of the game, if you fight them is one hit, that's it, and you are 3 with 4 hits maximum. The bosses is more complicated but not very much. You have some powers later on but is just range attack. But this is mostly a platformer game which is good with some driving sections and another things you do which is fun too. The story and characters is not amazing but is nice. I don't talk about graphics and fps and **** if is nothing wrong with the game but this is a remaster which is the same with the ps3 and they should put a little bit more effort to it. With today's standards the game is around 6 with 7 but at 2001 standards is 9 with 10 so thats why I decide to put it a 8/10    … Expand

El "sucesor espiritual" de Crash Bandicoot, como fue catalogado al pertenecer a la misma compañía que el famoso marsupial, es un plataformas ultra entretenido que nos ofrecerá casi 20 horas de diversión constante. Así, en la piel de Jak y acompañados por Daxter,El relanzamiento de la primera entrega de Jak and Daxter para PlayStation 4 es una de esas noticias que siempre hay que celebrar. El "sucesor espiritual" de Crash Bandicoot, como fue catalogado al pertenecer a la misma compañía que el famoso marsupial, es un plataformas ultra entretenido que nos ofrecerá casi 20 horas de diversión constante. Así, en la piel de Jak y acompañados por Daxter, recorreremos diferentes localizaciones en busca de las esferas de precursor, el elemento central del título, unos objetos necesarios para detener al malvado de turno y restaurar la paz que tanto ansiamos.     Jak and Daxter is the beginning of and incredible series ok 3 games! It's the most precursor game we can imagine.

    3D platformers, although rare in modern times, used to be the biggest genre in gaming. From Mario, to Ratchet and Clank, 3D platformers were all the rage in the late 1990s and the early 2000s. Jak and Daxter: the Precursor legacy was Naughty Dog's (of Crash Bandicoot fame, and, more recently, The Last of Us and Uncharted) attempt to create iconic mascots for the PlayStation 2. Although the3D platformers, although rare in modern times, used to be the biggest genre in gaming. From Mario, to Ratchet and Clank, 3D platformers were all the rage in the late 1990s and the early 2000s. Jak and Daxter: the Precursor legacy was Naughty Dog's (of Crash Bandicoot fame, and, more recently, The Last of Us and Uncharted) attempt to create iconic mascots for the PlayStation 2. Although the iconic duo has faded to obscurity in recent years, Jak and Daxter was once a big hit - and for good reason, too.

    Jak and Daxter: the Precursor Legacy is a very solid and well crafted 3D platformer. Many games as old as this have not aged very well, but for the most part, Jak and Daxter holds up extremely well today. The camera does its job without getting in the way and the controls are superb and allow for many different types of attacks and movement. Older mascot platformers, such as Super Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie, while great in their own ways, have quite clunky movement compared to modern games. Jak and Daxter does not suffer from this.

    This game is a collectathon, which is a type of platformer in which the player tries to obtain as many collectables as they can, if not all of them. Each stage is an open environment with a handful of collectables to find. These collectables are usually mission based. The missions are fairly straightforward and are even easy to complete without instructions or even knowing what one is supposed to do.

    For the time, the graphics of Jak and Daxter were very good. The animations are all fluid and the world feels real and alive. Voice acting is also very solid - none of the NPCs are particularly bland. The writing, although quite witty, isn't particularly grand or fantastic, especially when it comes to the story. Still, during my playthrough, there were many times where the game gave me a good chuckle.

    If you like collectathons or 3D platformers, Jak and Daxter: the Precursor Legacy is a great game that I'm sure you will enjoy. I also feel as if this is a great entry into the genre, as it controls quite well despite its age.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Ah jak and daxter the precursor legacy one of the best platformers for the ps2 now to the story. You play as jak a boy who lives with samos and keira in sandover village and with daxter who is a pretty good friend with jak one day jak and daxter went to misty island a mysterious island who is occupied by some monsters called the lurkers jak and daxter while exploring misty island they stumped into an army of lurkers and 2 mysterious figures were giving orders to the lurkers saying that they will attack sandover village in due time and also said that the lurkers need to keep searching for precursor artifacts. After the meeting with the lurkers was done a lurker noticed jak and daxter and then jak and daxter found a pit with dark ouze and daxter felt to the ground cause of a precursor artificial and daxter grabbed that precursor Artifact and then gave it to jak after a few seconds the precursor artifact somehow activated and then a lurker ambushed jak and daxter and jak after that threw the precursor artifact and defeated the lurker but the explosion pushed jak and then daxter fell to the dark ouze and came out as a creature called as an ottsel mix of weasel and otter and then daxter panicked. Now for the tech stuff the playstation 2 version is emulated on ps4 so this isn't a remaster neither it doesn't have upgraded graphics nor updated controls. Jak and daxter the precursor legacy on ps4 is upscaled to 1080p with ps4 features and also trophies are included now compatability the compatability for jak and daxter the precursor legacy on ps4 is almost perfect the ps2 emulator for this game doesn't introduce any visual glitches at all although in some places in the game the fps tend to drop to 30 fps and after a bit it's back to 60 fps but this doesn't occur always and also in some places it has huge lag spikes but not as often. Should you purchase it on the ps4? I highly recommend to purchase the game on ps4 and also i recommend it to get the game when is on sale.… Expand

    Another great game that suffers from a bad port to the PS4. Frame rate issues and delayed inputs throughout the entire game. I constantly died due to fps or non responsive controls more times than I could count.

    I grew up loving this game even though i never actually finished it as a child. The Spider Cave level used to scare me enough to never conclusively get through it. Now, i've platinumed it and i can say, it really did scare my nostalgia itch. I didn't really play it for the story and to be honest, it is very thin and childish though that is to be expected.     But really, the platforming was what it was about and that's still pretty fun. I'll be very honest, i actually found the game to be tough. Even moreso than Bloodborne which i why was concurrently playing. It didn't help that you could only ever have a max health of 4 hits and that the camera controls were simply atrocious. When shooting with the googles, the vertical axis was inverted but the horizontal axis wasn't. I never got used to that. The limited control i had with the camera meant i constantly missed jumps and misjudged enemies.

    I did still have fun with it but i fear i may have damaged my perception of the game.    … Expand

    This game is my childhood and when it came out for the ps4 tbh I was a little disappointed because there is no difference in anything to the ps3 version. But except for that this game is definitely it’s Prise worth

    The first game in the amazing Jak saga. The story is amazing, the characters are very charismatic and the platforming and level design are awesome.

    Revamped graphics give this PS2 game a much needed power-up! The characters are just as charismatic and the story (although simple) is a great adventure of 2 best friends traveling to save Daxter’s life. My only gripe with this game from this port and playing the original as a kid, was that its is ridiculously easy and short. However it recover by having a ton of replay value even if theRevamped graphics give this PS2 game a much needed power-up!
