    Un juegazo. Su historia es digna de una obra maestra, gráficamente excelente con algunos detalles negativos en las conversaciones en dónde se nota un efecto boque muy exagerado en el fondo. El combate contra las máquinas es excelente pero contra humanos no tanto. Siendo honesto la nota sería un 85 pero teniendo en cuenta la comunidad tóxica que viene a ponerle 0s toca equilibrarla

    The Good:
    - The concept of Giant Robot dinosaurs and a futuristic setting that resembles a prehistoric era is Amazing and gives the game a sense of wonder.
    - The combat for the most part is fun, and the Bow feels amazing to use - The Enviromental Graphics, and the overall preformance of the game and the movement of the dinosaurs looks breathtaking, The Bad- - The story is lackluster    The Good:

    HZD is very reminiscent of The Witcher 3, but with future graphics and fluid movement. It does not have the story that The Witcher has nor the soundtrack so good. But it is an excellent game, very well SONY.

    Very terrible writing, gameplay sucks. If you like watching movies this game is for you as there is more cutscenes then gameplay.

    I really wanted to love this game. It is beautiful. Game runs smoothly. And I do enjoy some of the mechanics. But it is just tedious for me, and it didn't pull me in. I gave up on the game after 14 hours. I am sure for many people it is an amazing experience, but it's just not for me.

    ecause of playing Triple A game, I expected the graphics to be pretty good. I think the game has a very nice graphics and atmosphere. I really liked the voice acting, gameplay and story. As an open world game, you really feel like you are in a living world. Night and day and rain transitions, fights and ruins in environments where you are not, etc. I already said the best thing that can beecause of playing Triple A game, I expected the graphics to be pretty good.     An enjoyable enough game, but too many failings for me to give it the 10/10 that a lot of people seem to. Decent combat, and nice variety of enemy robots to attack, but cumbersome consumables system and ridiculous numbers of satchels and goodness knows what. Janky parkour (for that read, unless there were dedicated yellow painted things to grab just randomly jump on rocks).     Missions mostly consisted of investigate, follow trail, beat enemy, on rinse and repeat. Aloy I found at best dull, and at worst just downright annoying although she did grow on me gradually (a lot of the character acting i found very wooden).

    Biggest issue for me was the cut scenes. There only ever seemed to be about 2 variations on the camera angle, and for a game that depended so much on its story, the single angle, wooden cut scenes got very boring very quickly. I wanted to get into the story, but so many times I found myself just skipping dialogue because it was so tedious.

    That said, it did start to grow on me towards the end. The story, although very predictable, did come together nicely and Aloy gradually became less obnoxious. I'm not sure it grew on me enough to play Forbidden West, unless, that really works on some of the failings of Zero Dawn.    … Expand

    I have mixed emotions. The gameplay is interesting but I feel like in the middle of the game you just are bored with it. The plot is advancing and looks like just "go to ruins and watch holos"

Сюжет у игры не очень интересный, а вот мир - наоборот, впечатляет. Мир интересно исследовать, особенно гробницы. Огорчает, что персонажи - болванчики.Классная, богатая, красивая и интересная игра.     Well only great things,it's story packed alot of punch and emotion,early on you get attached to those around you in the game

    Aloys story is one of redemption ,once an outcast turned hero,the games story is definitely a must play and would recommend to anyone

    Graphically speaking the game is a technical marvel, gorgeous to look at,the fact this was managed on the ps4 is nothing short of incredible

    It has some side activities usually found in games like this,akin to farcry you have tallnecks (outpost towers in farcry) that give you a lay of the land and allow you to open up more of the map

    Collectibles ranging from statues,vantage points,training dummies to destroy

    It's hunting grounds are a test of your skill with various equipment and environmental surroundings

    Definitely worth a 10 score and everyone with a ps4/5 needs to play this game    … Expand

    The major mechanic of this game is to hunt and take down robot machine animals. However the story line quickly engages you towards solving the mystery and what I absolutely love about it is the range of weapons, outfits and tools that you have available which makes the combat feel very personal.

    I didn't feel the emotions of the characters. the characters always showed the same expression when they were scared, sad, crying. I deducted 1 point because of these . The other point I broke is due to the fact that the control of the mounts is not comfortable.

    Good game. Melee combat is lacking, but ranged compensates a ton for it. Story isn't bad, but the best part is fighting giant robot dinosaurs. You can shoot individual pieces off of these enemies to disable their weapons and chip them down.

    Mostly boring and repetitive game. Most of the time is travel because almost always need to g to the other side of the map fopr quests... About quests-> Get this kill that...Thats all of them...
    It has good fight mechanics, and Aloy is a great character, same as the story and the new world...

    The game may feel a little bit generic and linear at first but when it opens up, it becomes way better. The story is pretty good with some cool twists later on, I don't think I've ever seen a similar story before, but sadly most of the characters are pretty forgettable.

    The gameplay is smooth and fun, very fast paced combat, using the environment against your enemies and hitting the weak spots feels satisfying. There are also different weapons you unlock as you progress, and a decent variety of enemy types.

    Unfortunately though, the side content didn't really surprise me, most side quests are repetitive fetch quests or glorified stronghold liberations, there's no innovation whatsoever.

    It really is a solid game overall, even with its shortcomings, the unique and fresh setting, the very enjoyable gameplay mechanics, the beautiful Open World and the amount of content definitely make this game a very fascinating experience, not the best of its kind but a pretty good one.

    En general es un buen juego. Me costó meterme en la historia, y es que la historia apenas avanza durante la mayor parte de él. La jugabilidad es bastante buena una vez que dominas las armas y conoces las particulatidades de cada robot. Noto alguna similitud con otro juego de ese año, el zelda breath of the wild, sobre todo en la forma con la que se relaciona el jugador    Aceptable (7'5/10)

    La historia, en mi opinión, no es su punto fuerte a lo largo de todo el juego, puesto que tan sólo empieza a tener relevancia cerca del final (cabe añadir que, es una historia medianamente buena)

    For me probably the best open-world game of all time. The game play and mechanics were unique and the story was the first of its kind. Looking amazing doesn't effect my ratings much, but it did look remarkable. Top 5-10 all-time for me.

    The first time I have seen a trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn was 2 years go. It possibly also was the first trailer released. And the moment I saw Aloy running around in a colourful world full of plants and that consists of a mix of past and future elements I wanted to have it.

    And it was worth the wait. I immediately thought of what the story was about. And overall I was right. The    The first time I have seen a trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn was 2 years go. It possibly also was the first trailer released. And the moment I saw Aloy running around in a colourful world full of plants and that consists of a mix of past and future elements I wanted to have it.

    And it was worth the wait.

    I immediately thought of what the story was about. And overall I was right. The story might not be something overly unique but it is very well told and should be able to get you emotionally, especially as sometimes the music and atmosphere does the rest. Where often I listen to some of the more calm scores and they sound so sad, it just fits this time and theme. The open world-action RPG style is very good and works fine. It is nothing completely new. Nothing in this game is completely new. But there are gazillions of games; really everything that we see in a game will at least somewhat remind us of something. And Horizon at least has its own or not so common spin on things.
    The world is really great to look at. I might say though, while indeed it is big it is not nearly as big as people might think. And what we thought of as climb-able - well, no, not everything is climbable. That has something to do with the fact that not every spot in flagged to be ciimbed (some of them can still be jumped up to but not really everything as far as no glitches are concerned) and of course very often when you see another big mountain or part of an area you will very much notice that you cannot enter or climb higher. Why is that? Well, it is the end of the world map. And as long as you don't insist to do an out of bounds glitch that stuff is not for you. But the world is fine as it is - except for the flagging thing; It really should have more flag-to-climb-spots. There is enough to do in this game, whether you just want to run around and explore, do your side stuff or find out more about the main story - and the data logs for finding out more about the past also are somewhat interesting and help showing you how alive this world is and what it all was about, even if it is just about smaller details of people that are dead for a long time.

    Aloy is just one great main character and I cannot wait to see more of her in the obviously coming sequel.    … Expand

    Even tho it took me 2 years to finish this game, I was frustraded by the fact that the machines u destroy repawn when u load the game or die, i think that can be pretty **** at times but if u plan to play this game for hours that wont be a problem. The world is amazing, the combat has much depth to it, climbing long necks machines was so fun. The music is great the atmosphere as well.

    I was in love with the Horizon Series, and after Forbidden West it was about to be my all-time favorite game, but that Burning Shores ending was so disappointing. It ruined the story for me. It was horribly written and obviously thrown in for American political reasons. It's such a shame this keeps happening.
    I'm part of the lgbtq community, and even I was starting to feel weird about    I was in love with the Horizon Series, and after Forbidden West it was about to be my all-time favorite game, but that Burning Shores ending was so disappointing.     I'm part of the lgbtq community, and even I was starting to feel weird about how there are very few honorable male characters, and how there are so many lesbian characters. So, many side quests had lesbian characters. It's not even representational of life.
    Then the ending seriously threw me off, cause it just felt so out of place. There was no real story development for that love scene in the end. It seriously felt like they just threw it in to make 'woke' quota deadlines. if the 'woke' crap was just better written it would be so much more accepted, but at this point, it's really becoming a problem in ruining the art of storytelling. I can't wait for this ridiculous fad to end. Unfortunately, so many of the stories we hold so dear will be ruined by the time that happens.    … Expand

    Great game. One of the most memorable I played. Loved the characters and the story. Did a great job in unfolding the main mystery in the story step by step.
    I felt like controls and movements of the character you play could be better but it was still good. I loved the weapon system.
    In my opinion, there is very little to complain about in this game.

    This is the best PS4 game I ever played in addition to the sequel Forbidden West and Ghost of Tsushima. Not sure how this game landed with a score of under 90 and how pretty bad games like god of war and red dead redemption 2 are at the top.

    Gameplay : Spear, arrow, traps, auto toothpick shooter (?), and so much more! The combat that developers put in this game is so well thought that we as players won't be bored playing it for several months.

Then makes it look real nice and throws in some cool enemies. The open world, collectables, things to pick up, crafting, climbing, traversal, side quests, side activities and light RPG elements are all borrowed from other games and uninspired. Almost every character interaction and cut scene caused my neck to lose all strength, my head rolled back and I let out an intense groan of boredom.

    The absolute high points of this game are the mystery and details of what happened to the world and the mystery of who the main character is. The other great thing is of course fights with the machine enemies. But even this which was so fun at first becomes a little tiresome as the game over stays it's welcome.

    This might all sound pretty negative but it's still good enough that I finished it and then had a little more. It is a perfectly fine game that scratches some kind of itch i have in my brain. Just don't play too many games like this too often or you'll get burnt out.

    The story gets better as you progress through the game. Graphically it is very good and playable too.
    The problem is that something repetitive is done and the machines are tired.
    I think it's a wise step to leave Killzone and make a new franchise, at least this first one is a good game, we'll see how it continues

Anyways it might be the best ps exclusive but i still didn't enjoyed it (I don't like ps exclusives that why i have this as my best)

    Nice gameplay and rpg mechanics, great graphics, decent story and lore. Love the protagonist, although I didnt care that much about the other characters. The choice of dialogue didnt seem to have much impact unfortunately except for slightly changing some lines. I wish the final boss was stronger or had different phases. The extension is nice.

Machine hunting via bow    I came to Horizon: Zero Dawn late—several years late, in fact. It wasn't until a buddy of mine turned me on to the game that I even knew it existed.

    The concept seemed a bit strange, if intriguing. As an epic fantasy writer, I naturally tend toward fantasy settings, and though Horizon is solidly science fiction, it felt like sci-fi treated with fantasy gloves. Machine hunting via bow and arrow, different elements acting almost as a magic system, a tribalistic, naturalistic society—I was quickly convinced this could be a game I enjoyed.

    Boy, did I underestimate how much I'd love it.

    First off, the visuals are absolutely stunning. From the environment to the lighting to the characters and machines, they all contribute to make this version of Earth a fantastical place indeed.

    Then there's the gameplay. I'd never played anything like it, nor have I still (other than its sequels). It's dynamic, exciting, challenging, yet ultimately rewarding while refraining from being frustrating (unless I've chosen to challenge myself with the ridiculously difficult hard modes). Even having played Forbidden West now, Zero Dawn holds its own in terms of combat.

    But what really makes the game have a lasting impact are its characters and relationships, and its world steeped in stories. Aloy herself is a poignant and enthralling character. From the first moment we follow her as a child, I was invested in this inquisitive, competent, and tough individual. I think often of her discovery in the ruins ("Daddy sure does love his little big man.") and how it touches on the thing she's missing most at that point in time: a sense of belonging.

    Aloy's character development doesn't slow down for the rest of the story, either. You have to admire her tenacity as she takes on her society, then the world at large, never slowing no matter the setback she faces. In fact, I love her character so much she was the inspiration for a protagonist in one of my books, The Last Ranger.

    There are only a few things that hold back Horizon: Zero Dawn for me, and they're fairly minor. I'll admit to tiring of some of the repetitive side aspects to the game, and some of the side quests were less enthralling than others. But none of these truly detract from this towering success of a game.

    Horizon Zero Dawn has an unforgettable protagonist, world, story, visuals, soundtrack and gameplay. Due to minor issues with inventory management and quest selection, I cannot call it perfect but I can say it is absolutely worth your time.

    One of the best looking open worlds, engaging and frantic combat, fun mechanics and side quests, Horizon has everything you could want in a large blockbuster PlayStation title. While it took some time for me to fully get into the combat and story, putting the necessary time into this game proves to be immensely rewarding. An amazing and lengthy experience overall.

    It plays like a cross between Rise of the Tomb Raider and Recore. This is one of the PS4's best action games. The story is very intriguing and the setting is unique. I was also surprised by how challenging the game can be. The robotic animals that roam the lands are so smart it's spooky. Developer Guerilla Games (Killzone) have made a masterpiece. If you loved Metal Gear Solid V, Shadow ofIt plays like a cross between Rise of the Tomb Raider and Recore. This is one of the PS4's best action games. The story is very intriguing and the setting is unique. I was also surprised by how challenging the game can be. The robotic animals that roam the lands are so smart it's spooky.     The unfortunate fact of Horizon is that most of what it does well, other games have done better, and they did it with a compelling who and where. This is the game you play after you’ve finished The Witcher 3, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, and Far Cry: Primal. It is the greatest hits compilation of open-world games. Yeah, sure, you might want to own it, but the real connoisseur has the original albums.
