The only thing that I could ask for is more content. I've been waiting for this game for 3 years and it 100% delivered on expectations. The art, music, and playfulness were spot on. The puzzles themselves ranged from "easy" to "hard", but never "very hard". I never felt a need to seek outside help and never ran into anything that felt unfair.

The real shining point of the game was the micro interactions. They were all over. Every little thing had some way to play with it. The music level was amazing! I loved just playing with the sliders and buttons to mess with the beats.

I've already played through it twice and am now able to introduce it to my kids and enjoy watching their puzzle solving experiences. It's just such a treat to watch. There's huge replay value in sharing the game with a friend :)

Anyone giving this an 8+ is nuts. This game (which you can barely call a game) has very little content and very little actual gameplay or challenge. The visuals and audio are enjoyable enough in VR, though it feels like more of a tech demo than an actual game and VR overall doesn't add much to the experience. Rated 10+, but ironically it's probably best suited for those 10 and under.

A beautifully crafted game. Every Gnog is adorable and full of surprises. The colours are masterful, the music delightful and it works amazingly well in VR. The video game equivalent of haute cuisine.

Visually, this game is charming and whimsically beautiful. The game-play is compelling, you want to explore these heads and their space; to touch all of the moving parts and to see what the reaction is.

I'd like to see harder puzzles and more content. The game only took an hour to beat which is disappointing because I was hoping for a ramp-ing degree of difficulty. They also could have

Gnog is a well made, relaxing VR game. Simple to pick up and play. Cute and creative characters/visuals. I thought the puzzles were well made and they felt satisfying to solve. Not too hard/not too easy. Also, I thought the amount of content was satisfying enough.

The art style and the music are well done. If you are in the mood for trial and error clicking around than this game is for you. Not my cup of tea.

GNOG is an excellent title and well worth anyone’s time. It takes excellent advantage of the PlayStation VR functionality to produce something beautiful and striking, both visually and aurally. While it could potentially benefit from some extra puzzles and a bit more polishing, it is still a solid title and worthy addition to your PlayStation VR library.

Even if you spend ages noodling around there, Gnog won’t last you very long. [August 2017, p77]

It's a gorgeously constructed fusion of puzzling and subtle storytelling with a final stage that hints at the complexity KO_OP might achieve if it ever gets around to making a sequel. [Issue#189, p.79]
