FlOw has a very interesting concept, unfortunately the developers missed out on something greater.
controls could use some work. I found I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get the guy to where I wanted it to go.
Overall it wasn't a terrible game but i'll probably never play it again.

It wasn't until the credit level rolled that I realized flOw isn't about figuring anything out - it's simply an appreciation of shapes and sounds with an element of smooth motion controls that allowed for a short, enjoyable zen-like experience.

I don't see myself playing it again, except to show a friend. The co-op gives a slightly competitive aspect in its various evolution outcomes - we raced to become bigger and more intricate for each stage-unique organism.

It's not for everyone, but if you're a fan of immersive, visual treats, it's worth picking up for the $6 price tag.

The Game is really not a bad one. It act as a simple yet creative Game in itself. I played it on the PS3 and you had to control it without buttons by simply move the controller. In Journey it works as a camera and in Flower, but in Flow it`s a Pain in the ass. The controls change nearly every 8 seconds which makes it unplayable.

I love games like Flower, but flow is missing the er in that game, making this game a rather pain in the ass! I like games like this indie game and I have played it on all consoles and even PC, but it is still not good.

There is zero reason to play this game. The motion controls are awful, the gameplay is just eat other organism's and grow bigger and ..... well that's it. There is nothing i enjoyed about this game. It needs so much more development to be even considered an okay game

Flow might entertain you with its relaxing and mellow presentation for a few minutes, but it soon becomes monotonous. The game's a playable screensaver, but nothing more.

A 6/10 is the first "positive" rating that I can give a game, yet it will still appear as "mixed." At 36 minutes to complete, this game is far from being long but what it does offer in half an hour is undoubtedly entertaining and endlessly replayable. If you're going for trophies, you'll get even more out of this experience. But, it's not the most fulfilling mini game of all time. What it doesn't have in depth it makes up for in atmosphere, which is worth playing to experience on its own. Expand

Like the first phase of "Spore", but with sh*tty motion controls and less player choice.

Playstation's version of Google Chrome's "No Internet" dinosaur game...but with horrible controls.

I would rate it higher, but it pales in comparison to the future games this developer would eventually create. Honestly, I didn't find this game as relaxing as some people do. I found it to be a bit frustrating, actually. Regardless, I have a lot of respect for Jenova Chen, he's a brilliant game maker. Expand

This game is very simplistic. I don't think it is a great game, but I enjoyed it more than I probably should have. I feel like I spent more time playing this than necessary. I enjoyed it in the same way that I enjoy the chrome dinosaur game. Not like it is actually worth playing, but you keep playing because why not?

Flow ™ is not a serviceable game, not even a mediocre one. You assume one flowing -- no pun intended -- a peacock-esque organism that consumes its surroundings of white figurines and orbs. There are no conventional controls. When you pitch the Dualshock in a desired direction, your organism moves. These are unserviceable and employed in a way that spoils the experience. ThatGameCompany masquerades Flow ™ as a creative masterpiece when it qualifies more as a background theme than a quote-on-quote game.

flOw is still a good game, but its presence means different things, depending on the platform you're playing it on.

flOw isn't but an easy way to add content for PS4. It's not a better version of the PS3 game. Only people that couldn't play it before will have fun with it. Even though, it's still a wonderful journey to the depths.

FlOw is a unique little adventure that rewards players for investing in its world, but if it doesn't pull you in quick, its short length and repetitive gameplay will make for a forgetful experience.
