But it has A LOT of glitches and bugs that ruin the experience of the game. Also there are huges problems of optimization, the game can't just run at 30 fps sometimes. I think Steel Wool made a really good job on the pc and ps5 version, but the ps4 version is just bad, really bad. I hope they can fix all these problems, the game has an amazing potential to be a aweasome expierence for the FNaF fans.… Expand

    I don't want to be harsh. But nearly 2 hours in and i don't have a lot good to say. Graphically its pretty good, and i love the art, but it doesn't run well on pc. I'm sure it runs alright on the PlayStation at least. Game-play wise I'm pretty in the middle. It does feel very fetch quest-y to me however, and that's not really my cup of tea.     After playing it, I had to admit that I enjoyed it and I would play it again if it weren't because of some issues I will talk about in a moment. I saw many people complain about the atmosphere of the game and the fact that is not as scary as before but tbh, none of the games were that scary for me and this was not an exception. The only games that had a different and more scarierAfter playing it, I had to admit that I enjoyed it and I would play it again if it weren't because of some issues I will talk about in a moment. The only games that had a different and more scarier atmosphere were FNAF 3, 4 and Sis Location while the rest were pretty similar to this one. The fact that the atmosphere was different in this game is okay for me, I don't want to play the same thing but with another name and that's what they did here. Additionally, they also changed the gameplay in which you can move to different places instead of watching cameras or solving puzzles in one place all the time (that's something I found pretty boring before), this time the fact that you have to move to either avoid the animatronics or to find different items in the game makes it more enjoyable. In terms of the designs, I liked them because they were really realistic and similar in terms of how some real animatronics are. If they made animatronics with scarier designs, I wouldn't be able to take them seriously, I would be totally convinced that they are only a thing of a videogame. In this game, I didn't feel that way, instead the animatronics gave me some memories and that feeling is something FNAF 2 and this one were able to give me. Of course, this could be relative but in my opinion, these designs were really cool.

    Now about one of the things that I found really important and it is something that the other games didn't got right, the narrative of the game. Compared to the other games, you had to play and find different things in order to understand the story and even with that, there were mysteries everywhere (which after some time became boring and uninteresting for me). In this game you are able to follow a linear story that doesn't require you to find all the secrets in order to understand what is going on, in this case the problematic is introduced from the beginning and as you progress through the story, you begin to find more things and you are able to understand and get more into the situation Gregory and Freddy's being through. Even though there are some things that weren't solved yet, I believe that the way the story was shown in this game is something I really enjoyed, in the previous games I got bored of all the things that I had to do in order to understand a piece of the story (instead of doing that I preferred to watch some videos in YT or play other games). This game made me feel part of the story and that's something the previous games were not able to do. Additionally, there are parts in which you begin to question whether or not Gregory's actions are right (ofc I won't spoil any of them but there are some parts in which you may wonder if what you did was right or not?).

    Now, the reason why I wouldn't play this game (unless they solve it soon) is because of the terrible optimization of the game. There are insane drops all the time and sometimes, even the textures do not load correctly. Additional to this, there are plenty of bugs that most of the time were funny for me instead of annoying. Because of this issue, I wouldn't play this game again so, I hope they manage to fix it because I believe this is a good game overall.

    After Sis Location, I lost all the interest in the series, I found it pretty repetitive and boring. The story was always confusing and because of it, I decided to play other games. When I played this game, I thought I was going to do the same things as the other games but it wasn't the case. Hopefully the issues I commented before get solved as soon as possible so everyone can give it a try.    … Expand

Главное что я получил удовольствие от игры. Ещё мне понравилась что в олной из концовок игры вы попадаете в пицирию из FNaF 6… Expand

    Although i did not like the fact that if you stay you cannot save. Meaning since i now have to do the monty fight, which is stupidly hard, especially with lag on my ps4, i have to start all over again each time i die. And if you stay, that means you have to complete the rest of the endings all in one sitting. They should have added atleast available save points or even autosaves for the two boss fights. Another problem i had was whenever i exited the game after staying, it would bring me to the dialogue where i can stay , leave, or get the vanny ending (which made me cry lmao), and the front doors still had the thing over it with the freddy print. It would also down my security level from 7 to 5. Defo needs a TON more bug fixes and the ability to save after 6 AM.    … Expand

    Story: Good

    Lore: Masterful

    Graphics: Absolutely Beautiful

    Environment: Pretty good

    Horror: Pretty Good

    Gameplay: Very good

    So there are bugs, but the problem with the PS4 version for me was just frame rate in certain areas. The story follows Gregory, a kid trying to survive until 6 am in a giant pizzaplex while being hunted by animatronics, the twist is Freddy Fazbear, the main mascot helps you along the way, being one of the most reliable tools in the game, although he could have more battery, the game does a great job of keeping you on edge by having Freddy depend on battery and I thought they could have made him have a little more battery but it was good overall, the game features 6 endings with some of them requiring you to stay in the pizzaplex and here comes my main and only problem with the game besides the frame problems, is the fact that you can't save after staying in the mall after 6 am, if the developers would go for that then I think they should have at least featured more autosaves when you complete important things like finishing a boss battle, but there is a glitch to save after 6 am, still a bad choice of the developers in my opinion, the game also features 5 "boss battles" which are pretty unique but some of them are buggy, but I think it's an amazing and underrated game that is worth the 40$ it's sold for, if you want a good horror game and are a fan of FNAF i highly suggest this game, you might become a fan of FNAF yourself, who knows?    … Expand

    It was very exiting to see a new fnaf game in the franchise, new mechanics, and new characters to mix it up. I had not much enjoyment playing on how its more frustrating than scary, even when some made the game funny. The storyline was tangled and misplaced, there were bugs around every corner ruining the experience. I rate this game a 3.

They loved SB as their child, and it is noticeable. Game world is stunning. Character design is absolutely great as well. All animatronics, all their in-game transitions, screamers - everything looks glamorous! Memes. Surprisingly, but memes were there as well. A tons of moments made me laugh: Mr. Hippo magnet, Map bots, DJ music man jamming etc. Plot. Game lore is deep and it’s essential for you to know at least more than basics of FNAF universe. This game continues Vanny plot line, and brings it to its conclusion. Story is a true mystery: Why is Gregory here? Why is Freddy friendly? Why Vanny is evil? Game keeps us interested at all times. But, sadly, there are some bad aspects as well. First - missions. All of them are quite similar with “Go and bring” mechanics. It’s not that bad, because meanwhile you explore that beautiful Pizzaplex, but still not very cool. Second - not a lot of different mechanics. That would have been great if you were able to play more arcades, drive a cart in the raceway or play golf at the Golf Court, but you are not. To sum up, the game is definitely a huge step forward for the Franchise itself and SteelWool especially. I had a great time playing it and I would recommend you experience it yourself, especially if you are a fan. The game has its issues, but it’s not 0/10. Solid 8.    … Expand

Это наконец-то не дефолт фнаф, где ты защищаешься от железных балбесов, которые,В общем, пацаны, пендосы реально обнаглели. То багов им много, то графон говно. Знаете что?     У этого фнафа своя атмосфера, там где много живности, ты чувствуешь себя на драйве, там где темно и никого нет - чувствуешь себя некомфортно и этого достаточно! ФНАФ с самого начала не был профессиАНАЛьным хоррором, вы только задумайтесь, на протяжении 7 часте вас пугали только тем, что накидывались на ваше красивое ебало и ВСЁ! Эта же игра пугает по другому, она пугает общей обстановкой, что гораздо более занимательно, нежели очередное говно, летящее к твоему личику.
    На протяжении 6 часов, я не разу не заскучал, а когда приходилось выйти - я желал вернуться.
    В игре нет особой вариативности, но этого никто и не заявлял. Тебе дают разные задания, разный интерактив, очень разнообразные локации, запоминающиеся персонажи, кроме Чики, на неё положили тяжелейший болт и не прописали вообще, "Она жрет мусор", ну ахуеть теперь, обосраться. А концовки просто бомба, их 7 и как по мне, они по-своему уникальны. Они сделаны в виде комиксов, а одна концовка, которая является истинной, вообще порвет мозг, если следите за серией с самого начала. И такой подход гораздо лучше, нежели paycheck спустя 5 ночей с корзинкой экзотических масел.
    Единственное, что могу сказать против покупки - графон и баги, графон мыльный, но при этом ахуенный свет, баги есть, но они вызывают улыбку, нежели раздражение. Когда у меня в третий раз вылетел фонарик из рук - мы с другом начали неистово ржать.
    Про персонажей особо говорить не хочется, всем бы дал и всем бы вдул, кроме Чики, её пусть Map Bot ебет.
    Собиралок, отсылок, пасхалок и просто говна на локациях столько, что каждый раз, как ты это находишь хочется улыбаться :)
    Если оценивать объективно игре можно дать 5-7 баллов, я бы ей дал 8, но так как здесь полно плакс, которым видите ли фнаф испортили - я ставлю гордую русскую оценку, по заветам Антона Логивинова - 12/10 :)    … Expand

    Realmente steel wool hizo un trabajo excelente en este juego, quizás tenga algunos bugs o bajones en las texturas pero nada demasiado mortal como cyberpunk , cod vanguard etc , lo recomiendo rotundamente si eres fan de la saga

    A jogabilidade em comparação aos outros jogos mudou muito, isso foi uma das coisas que mais gostei, eu o gostei principalmente da por causa da história, mas ainda sim gostei de cada sala explorada, cada parte é totalmente diferente uma da outra, fazendo querer explorar mais e mais. A unica coisa que eu não gostei foi a otimização. Que as vezes atrapalha.

    It is quit good in most aspects. it does have a few bugs, but nothing that are few patches cant fix. The game it self is rough around the edges, but this is steelwools first big game and i think that they have handle this pretty well, despite the rough parts. All in all, i enjoyed it and that is the most important thing in a game, that is after all what they are made for.

The graphics are a nightmare and the game is extremely buggy, it feels like im playing a 2001 PS1 game at times. the frame rate drops super low when i enter a new room or turn around and is just a struggle.     there is a lot of glitches but you can see the effort that was put into it. I played this game on pc, ps4, and ps5, this is the worst version But it is still pretty good. many bots are giving 1 without a reason, from their reviews you can see that they didn't played the game

    I just want to say I did not personally play this game I bought a copy of it on the ps4 pro for my little brother and watched him play it. I just want to say the graphics are ATROCIOUS. Me and my sister are by no means tech nerds anything but the fps drops were just horrible I'm pretty sure it was constantly running at less then 10 fps it also looked a like a roblox game the graphics wereI just want to say I did not personally play this game I bought a copy of it on the ps4 pro for my little brother and watched him play it.     This game is umpleyable because of the bugs. I had 2 game crashing bugs in the same level in less than 1 hour. also it seems to run at 5 FPS while the graphics and physics are lame. im not asking for a fnaf game with amazing grafics, just a playable one.

For starters: the handling of the game itself. I’ll put it bluntly: Cyberpunk at launch handled the game better. They acknowledged this on their Twitter, stating how they’ll get to it eventually. And it really shows. Every graphical texture is pixelated, monitors can’t be seen half the time, and that’s the least of it. I’ve constantly encountered the entire map disappearing when you enter a new area, and you have to wait for it to show back up. And if you run forward while you can’t see anything and get stuck in an object while this happens, you better hope you saved recently cause you’re gonna have to exit and get back in. The game ended up being pretty falsely advertised. If you take a look at any of the original trailers of the game, you’re gonna realize that half the stuff they showed wasn’t in it. One of the characters who was advertised to be one of the main antagonists had more lines in one of the trailers than the entire game. And they still tried to make her the main enemy! She shows up twice in the game, skips her merry way to you, and if you have legs that can walk, you can outrun her! She’s such a wimpy, useless, weak antagonist. And that serves for most of the characters. What’s next? Probably the overall interactivity. Handling the game feels like flying a drone for the first time. Except that first time is everytime. Both the title and game over screens are ugly, you have to hold square for six seconds for absolutely everything, all of these useless collectibles and lore messages that I never read once are scattered along the map, it all feels futile. I especially felt futile towards the end, with the whole ending sequence. At time of writing there’s supposed to be something like seven endings, but when I tried to get one of the rarer ones, I never figured it out, because the game never told me. The game never tells you a lot of things. You feel lost, helpless, useless, even when you control Freddy himself. You never feel any sort of progression except when you defeat the animatronics if you can figure out how to do that, cause the game hardly tells you. For a game that spent at least 2 years in the making, was delayed twice, and was charged at $40 in an unreleased state, it seems like a spit in the face for such a dedicated community as this one. I’m certain there’s dozens if not hundreds of little things I encountered that made this game unacceptable for me, but the game is so boring I’ve essentially forgotten. Do not buy the game or support the developers in its current state. One last thing to end on a positive note: the only two things that really stood out to me during my play through was the quality of some of the posters and how consistent the music could be. Not something to spend $40 on though… Expand

    Bonjour , pour tous ceux qui veulent acheter ce jeu ( vous le pouvez ) mais je vous le déconseille fortement surtout si vous êtes sur PS4 vos ips/FPS sont a 60 a certain moment par chance mais des fois ils ont carrément a 10/15 FPS max alors un conseil attendez au moins 1 ou 2mois avant de 'acheter j'ai littéralement perdu 40€

    The game is already by default a bad FNAF game. Just another Amnesia-like, like we got dozens since 2010. Worse, it isn't even coded right. Slenderman original game had the enemies coded better than here.

    What made FNAF different and it's charm was always the fast and precise multitasking, which there is some very short part in-game but are also completely buggy. All else is being pursued in a mall by teleporting animatronics in fortnight graphic style.

    It also really feel like that game story had been rewritten in last minute to try to be surprising, and instead being boring and non-sensical, like a last season of GoT. The game is beautifully colored, which remove even more to the horror that should be there. In fact, I would even say that there isn't any horror element unless you are under 10 years old, which seems to be the target public.

    Don't buy this game, don't condone SteelWool and this kind of rip-off, and if you are a FNAF fan, just watch a walk through and wait 6 month after release next time.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. the game has an exactly big map with boring and repetitive objectives, seriously it gets angry some of the objectives are not clear and make you walk the entire map since it is an extremely random and specific place, but the game contains a good story especially for Fans of the fnaf saga, unlike the others, this one is the least frightening among all the others in my opinion, at gamelpay there are new things like controlling freddy, running away from the moon (new animatronic), without doubt the coolest new and roxanne character with a super cool personality, and there's even boss fights throughout the game and average but I liked it. the big problem is in the ps4 version that the performance is horrible with moments that are less than 15 fps, the game is also ugly for the price that is at launch and the quality of the performance makes me even disappointed because I had the hype in the game and they they launch making the game unplayable (I played for 8/9 hours, I even got stuck in a super boring puzzle). I thought the game would be better and I'm disappointed.… Expand

    This is an amazing game after the 1.05 patch the game has been less laggy buggy glitchy and very much more enjoyable but that dosent make the game perfect this game will never reach a 10 unless they rebuild it from the ground up it was always destined to fail the way it was going

    The game is awesome,it has LOTS of bugs,some of them are even funny but others are frustating. I was confused because some people hated it and said not to buy it and some gave it a 10. Now that i have played it,i dont know if i recommend it,devs are giving it all to make it better,so i would wait

But it has too many issues; it’s laggy, it takes ages to load after a death and the AI teleporting to your location is infuriating.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach (or as others call it (FNAFSB) is a game a lot of people were hyped for, did it deliver the hype? Not so much.

    FNAFSB released on December 16th 2021 and it contained a lot of bugs, it felt rushed, though the game definitely delivered with the graphics, everywhere you go is super beautiful in it’s habitat that ur just awe’ing in surprised of how beautiful the habitat is.

    Though it contained LOTS of bugs, one bug where you jump over a fence to time travel leaving you confused, another where you get soft locked, etc, yes the company (Steel Wool) had patched some of these bugs, yet it definitely still felt rushed.

    !!SPOILERS!! Though many parts of the game were pretty awesome, the Sun/Moon part (where you have to get the security badge, ending up in monstrosity) had definitely caught my attention as the voice acting, the tension of nightmare fuel implementation was great, though I wish the game did this more.

    Let’s talk about the endings, the endings does not live up to the hype, there is barely no CONTEXT to what happens and ur just sitting there confused, yes it was an interesting way to put the endings in a comic book way on paper, but in execution? Not so much.

    Let’s talk about the pricing of FNAFSB, 40$ for a game where it is buggy and felt definitely rushed, I don’t really recommend buying this for 40$, though if it’s for sale, why not buy it yourself?

    CONCLUSION

    Overall, FNAFSB is okay, the graphics are beautiful, the game itself…. It’s eh, lots of bugs on release and felt rushed.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The 9th installment in the FNAF franchise is certainly a mixed bag as of current. On one hand you have stunning videos, (some) well developed characters and ultimately an AMAZING ost. The reason I'm giving this a 6/10 is for many different reasons. I will go through each part of the game in different paragraphs starting with story.

    ~Story~

    The story has a rushed feeling to it. A lot of the story seems to come out of nowhere and make no sense as a whole. The endings feel incongruent and in all honesty - rushed. The comic book aesthetic most of them have just doesn't fit the games style at all. The "true" ending is bad. William Afton comes out of nowhere - same with the blob and then you just burn them both again - not a very "unique" ending for a fnaf game. The Vanny ending (and the princess quest ending) leave so many loose ends and all the escape endings are overly worthless. Gregory is unexplained, Glitch Trap is unexplained and the main antagonists are barely used.

    ~Gameplay~

    The gameplay is not that fun in my opinion. EVERY SINGLE MISSION is about getting one side of the room to the other - finding objects along the way. Overall, it feels very samey and very few missions stick out. The boss fights were disappointing. The only one that felt like a boss fight was the Monty one - and that wasn't particularly difficult. running away from a slow ass croc whilst filling a splash bucket is really less intense than you'd think. After 6 AM you're given a choice to stay - WITHOUT saves. Meaning you could have hours worth of gameplay lost to one of the many bugs (I'll get to them later). The map and the cameras are overall pointless - especially the map. It was very hard to gather where the camera was in relation to you. The lack of autosaves is annoying at the best of times, especially in some sections where you could straight up lose 20 minutes of gameplay. On the topic of saves - the hold square mechanic VERY rarely affected anything and became VERY annoying after a while. Also, after you get Roxy's eyes you have to go straight to the exit - making them overly useless to Gregory's mission to escape unless you do another ending.

    ~Visuals~

    GOD is this game beautiful. There are a few things like staff bots running at a lower fps compared to the rest of the game and low quality images on a lot of signs. Every place is bright and vibrant and the basement sections are relatively creepy. The animatronics are very cool looking and the fact they get withered over time was a cool idea in concept but it was unexplained so you don't really think about it.

    ~Performance~

    This is this game's WORST part. Buggy, glitchy, laggy mess. Almost unplayable at times. There is a section where you need to get the mazercise controls and like 10 endos activate and trying to escape them is RNG sometimes because the game freezes for like 10 seconds. The Afton bossfight is the absolute lowest of the lows - Roxy straight up doesn't work. To be honest, none of the animatronics work - they are unbelievably stupid and their AI is not very good at all. I don't need to explain the HUGE amount of bugs as Steel Wool know about a lot of them already and are trying to fix it. Hopefully this game becomes playable soon.

    ~Music~

    Ok I won't lie I have listened to the full OST in my spare time. It is phenomenal - listen to the DJ Music Man boss fight song if you haven't already. There isn't really much else to say.

    ~FINAL OPINION~

    This game never made me not want to play it. This game is painfully mediocre and suffers from Cyberpunk 2077 syndrome - too ambitious and too rushed as a result. I recommend to watch a playthrough and to NOT buy it until it's either been optimized OR on sale. This game has really high highs and even lower lows - making some people having to restart their saves in some cases.    … Expand

Getting stuck in the walls, falling through the map, very glitchy, image clipping, if you run through areas too fast the map needs time to load. With that being said I feel like the game isn’t even finished on PS4. Even having a PS4 Pro couldn’t help this game any. LookingIf you have a PS4 still I wouldn’t even bother playing this game.     I don't really know why this game got so much hate, it was fantastic, I mean not perfect but it was great. The glitches are nowhere near as bad as everyone says, the gameplay is over all fun. The game does have a lot of problems but I really liked it.

    I have to be honest. In my first run through of the game, it was unbelievably buggy and unplayable but ever since the late february update the game is so much smoother and very enjoyable. The story is pretty good and a decent sequel to the previous games. It becomes so interesting to uncover the mysteries of the pizzaplex. I could only wish for the game had been released in a state likeI have to be honest.     Lags a lot, huge amount of glitches and bugs (the updates fixed them but still) i also didint really like the story, the gameplay nor the quote on quote "bossfights".
