    Fifa 17 for me is the best football game, just beating PES 2017.

    The gameplay feels much better than last years Fifa 16, with the new Frostbite engine you can see the graphical difference. It looks much more realistic and the stadiums feel alive. The gameplay has been improved in all areas and the two new major additions: the low shot and the physical button have changed the way you    Fifa 17 for me is the best football game, just beating PES 2017.

    The journey is something i have been waiting for in a football game, a story mode. It would have been better if you could customize your own player but nonetheless it is good fun. The story is well written, the training aspect is good, social media has been included and what you say has an impact on your followers and on your manager so you will need to find the balance between being fiery and cool. I do feel many will enjoy this new mode and it is something that will be improved upon just like when ultimate team came out.

    There are a few things which could be improved like; players animations, customization, passing feels sluggish, improve players first touch and when moving with the ball.

    I will be playing this till the next Fifa comes out, Fifa 17 is not perfect but it is the best Fifa i have played.    … Expand

    1/10 instead of 0 for the effort of doing something with virtual pro. The Journey is a good idea. Badly executed but let's say it's because it's their first time. Ibra and Pogba on the bench and "Hunter" will save the day against Chlesea ? Come on.

    The journey just hides the fact that they released once again a bad game. Bugs, glitches, fouls not given, stupid AI decisions, opposite    1/10 instead of 0 for the effort of doing something with virtual pro. The Journey is a good idea. Boring game as usual, carrying the same problems since fifa 13, never corrected unless it concerns FUT aka Money Tree. They have been putting different icing on the same cake for years.

    Ultimate team is the same as last year. Micro transactions everywhere. No need to get all those good players, your 75 rated team will play as good as your 83 rated one because of handicap. Players don't do what you ask them to, they'll panic and miss easy passes for no reason while your opponent seems to get 100% passing. Same 45' and 90' scripting. They never learn.

    Don't even talk about pro clubs and the broken AI if you don't play "any".

    EA would benefit from releasing a game only every 2 years instead of rushing it every time. 1 year is not enough to test it properly.    … Expand

    best game i cant fault this game its the best game ever i hope ea continues creating great games like this i love the new manager and journey mode they are sooo much fun

    With much-needed tweaks in visuals and gameplay, some improvements in the career mode and the addition of the Journey Mode, FIFA 17 has retained its place as the best football simulator available on the market.

    The story mode (this year’s biggest selling point) is not perfect, but I was surprised how much I was invested in this idealized adventure every little boy dreams of while playing football with his pals. None other mode in FIFA or PES provides such experience. In all other departments – licenses, visuals, sound, atmosphere – the new FIFA is as strong as ever. [12/2016, p.67]
