Grande ideia criar modo com história, excelente gráfico para todas as plataformas, era o que mais o Fifa precisava, pois a tempos estava defasado. Dou nota 10 pela atualização de gráficos e modo de jogo. Para quem prefere simulação, um prato cheio.

I had the same conditions until PES 2012 was released. The first time that i played the game, i was realy surprised! Because i expect a better version of the game than last one, but it was strongly awful and i was disappointed of it.
Some days later a friend of mine, suggest me to test the FIFA 12 and when i wanted to start mocking it, he was not allowed me to speak and told me "FIFA has changed and it's not like the FIFA 06. please play the game without prejudice and then judge it...!"
And that was the beginning of my 5 years of playing FIFA without switching back to PES! Because i figured out that EA has changed the engine of FIFA and the game was awesome! And each year, the company was correct the bugs and problems and made a better and better version of it's video game.
And today -with Frost Bite engine at the head of affairs- EA company has made a nice and perfect game.
So i tell you this again: "If you are a fan of football, then you should give a chance to FIFA17!!!"

I usually don't buy games on launch day, especially on FIFA cause I don't think it's is worth 60$, but I did it with this one cause I won't do it with the 18 19 or even 20 iteration. FIFA 17 is worth the buy, at least for me coming from the 2 years old FIFA 15, but if you come from the last year one I don't think you'll be disappointed.

one of my most wanted games, released in September 27, 2016 Fifa 17 obviously had lots of

    work put into it.

Fifa 17, a game where you can dribble around players in quick matches, shoot against a

CPU in penalty kicks. The game has lots of extra features to keep you entertained. However,

the game can get tedious and boring, also sometimes quite easy. The multiplayer is brilliant but

if you are playing other than a 1v1 it can get very annoying, it gets hard to set up shots with a

player and the passing mechanics in the multiplayer stage. In career mode you get most of the

soccer experience rising to fame and fortune. The mechanics of the game are quite simple, one

of my only wishes though is for them to make the skills better and easier to use against the

cpus. The graphics were very well taken care of and the makers obviously tried hard to make

    this game.

The game is meant for anyone and everyone who likes soccer or any sport games in

general. Most critics and game specialists give the game a 4/5 however my personal opinion is

4.5/5 for the games attention to detail, design, and the fact that dribbling around soccer stars is

fun. The well known soccer game Fifa has been here for generations for many soccer fans to

    enjoy.

Gameplay though still needs plenty of work players sadly do not feel that different from each other weather you are Messi, Ronaldo, Kroos or Pogba. also quick pacey players who can leave a lot of defenders for dead feel a little slow they have however improved the tackling mechanic you can no longer just mash the O button and steal the ball easy you do have to work hard and time your tackles every time which is a big improvement.
Graphically it looks good wear on the pitch is a nice touch the new frostbite engine certainly does make this look like the beautiful game except during substitutions players look a little deformed when walking as well as a few animation issues.

Overall i would give this game a 7.8/10 so rounded up to an 8/10 not a pretty good football game but in need of a overhaul i fear the slump Fifa suffered in the early 2000's may rear its ugly head again.

Anyone saying the game feels scripted and it isnt your fault if you lose... it is. The game is made to change your style of play against different teams. As someone who only plays on Legendary or Ultimate mode, you really have to change tactics before or during some games. You also have to create space through passing.

FIFA has risen to the surface again, with an all-new look and new mode. This year's installment of the franchise has been designed with the Frostbite engine to allow for the story-driven journey mode. You play as Alex Hunter, a little kid playing pick-up games in a Sunday league in London, England. Time skips forward seven years, to when you are about to try out for one of the twenty premier league teams.
Once you get a grade high enough to make the team you choose which team you want to be a part of. You start off as a substitute; before each game you do some training and depending on how you perform that can determine if you are going to be starting or sitting on the bench. As you play through a few games you get bumped down into another league. Doing well in the lower league will get you called back up to the premier league. Throughout the journey, the way you respond to people can have an effect on you: if you answer a question with a cocky attitude, your followers will go up but the relationship with your manager will go down, if you answer a question cool the manager relationship will go up but the followers will go down. The way you respond to your team mates can also affect your relationship with them off and on the field. Through the course of your journey, you will see your stats increase and sponsorship deals come in as you reach a certain amount of social media followers.
All the modes from previous installments of FIFA are there, from season mode all the way to ultimate team. FIFA has done a lot of things right in this year's installment compared to last year’s, however, the game does still struggle with some mechanics. Passing is one of them; while I am on the pitch and I want to pass it to another player it will go to another teammate that I had no intention of passing it to. As well, during a penalty kick I could not switch my keeper to automatic control, which became very frustrating.
FIFA 17 delivers exactly what I needed and wanted in a soccer game, a lot of changes for the good, an all-new story driven mode showing the ups and downs of a professional athlete, Ultimate team mode where you can build your all-star team of current players and legends from Reus to Beckham, and play through the divisions. If you are football fan then FIFA 17 is the definitely the title you want to pick up.

FIFA 17 is the best part of the series the last years. Mode "The Journey" is interesting and addictive. New engine (Frostbite) is definitely better, and game is prettier.

FIFA 17 have a really cool campaign (The Journey) that a whole new experience to all FIFA fans! The FUT is really cool with some differences from FIFA 16, but is still one of the greatest FIFA 17's strongests points, and brings more women teams than before, with a whole new experience with the women world cup.

The problem of this game is that there's not a really big different from FIFA 16, and on some points it's even worse than it's predecessor, like on the CPU's AI that is a few easier than before. The game also have a bad problem with bugs and glitches, that happens oftentimes. One of the most annoying problems is with the called "hand balls", which should be one really cool and interesting thing become one of the greatest problem about "glitches" on this game.

OFTEN, i'll repeat, OFTEN when i was playing with the handball activated, corners and crossings on the penalty area resulted in PENALTIES, because one of mine (or of the other team) was jumping to head the ball it jumps with the hands raised... and guess what? Yeah, penalty... and talking about that, the new penalty system is really unnecessary and hard to learn.

FIFA 17 also have a problem with the leagues and licenses, ok it's still have more teams than it's competitor (PES 2017) but the game do not have the same immersion that the rival. On this game, we also have problems with the Brazilian league, and the national teams (that have just a few national teams, much less than PES), that harms the immersion on the game.

Besides that, FIFA 17 is still a really cool game, it's still a great football game, but it's a little step back on the Franchise, that's maybe can be bad if EA Sports don't do anything to bring new stuff to the game (and good for Konami)

The journey is something i have been waiting for in a football game, a story mode. It would have been better if you could customize your own player but nonetheless it is good fun. The story is well written, the training aspect is good, social media has been included and what you say has an impact on your followers and on your manager so you will need to find the balance between being fiery and cool. I do feel many will enjoy this new mode and it is something that will be improved upon just like when ultimate team came out.

There are a few things which could be improved like; players animations, customization, passing feels sluggish, improve players first touch and when moving with the ball.

I will be playing this till the next Fifa comes out, Fifa 17 is not perfect but it is the best Fifa i have played.

The overall pace, good. Playing against AI, you will notice the game is focused on attack rather than defence, if you set the difficulty too high, it can be impossible to take the ball from the AI. Through ball can be very effective, often result in a completely shattered defence.

They journey mode is also a thumb up.

It's representation of the sport is spot on along with the gameplay. I have learned some tech and skills irl watching replays. My only problem with the football part is the jaggy keeper animations. They feel too disconnected. Keepers irl do everything in one motion. The is some wait time between parts of gk diving. Also some "realistic" features (like diving) were not added. The journey was good. I haven't completed it yet because at one point cutscenes are few and far between. FUT was compelling when sniping and building the ultimate team.Contracts, even though realistic, kept me away from fut for a while. The extra game modes like skill games and especially practice arena are extremely fun and can hook you in! The licensing is great, unlike pes. The gameplay is great. It has a lot of depth whilst being begginer friendly. Skills are extremely fun and dribbling, passing, shooting and crossing feel realistic and good mechanically. Also the gameplay changes are more than welcome.

There are moments (although not as frequent as some make it seem) of scripting. Moments where no matter what you do you cannot get the ball from the AI and your defense turns to Swiss cheese while all your shots go ridiculously wide. However, these don’t usually make you lose unless you are simply out of time. My main gripe is that it seems like in their goal of making these games feel more realistic, they are slowing them down a lot. The players run, turn, and shoot slower. Sometimes it’s frustrating to try to outrun defenders with players who have at least a 20 point sprint speed advantage. That should not be. The negative reviews simply from EA hatred are pointless. Is it even possible to rate this game a 0? A 0 means it’s unplayable (literally, not just it makes you mad) garbage that people need to be arrested for selling. This, regardless of its flaws, is not that, so stop being dramatic. Terrible. That being said, for all the people claiming to be turning to PES in anger, you’ll notice that game is losing licenses left and right. Have fun explaining to your friends why they have to play as Raül Cogba for Man Reds while I play as Paul Pogba of Manchester United. Expand

This fifa is definitely better than the last few that came out, some of the annoying things that made fifa 16 annoying, such as manually chaining minimum price on the transfer market has been made easier with a simple button command. Dribbling is also better...BUT goal keepers are still crap in this game!

The Journey was good, if it or something similar is to be in FIFA 18 there is a lot of work to do but overall it is a lot better than FIFA 16.

Based on these few days since i bought it, the gameplay seems a bit messy, the cutscenes in the game are kinda messy too (i'm refering to the faults, complaints, cards, players rambling etc) fast paced and slow movements at the same time, some of them do not seem natural at all, i don't know if it's the new engine mode.

The gameplay is fuzzy sometimes, gkeepers look at the ball, while it enters to goal, they just stand there watching it.. sometimes, it feels like it's not responsive in every way. It may be me, or still i need to get used to it. The interface, it's the same as Fifa16, which is.. i don't know.. a diferent interactive UI based menu would be nice.. but i don't know.. maybe it can't be more interactive than the previous one, i can't say because i'm not a designer.

But it's a very good game though, some good improvements as players motion in the field with or w/out the ball in beetween many things that improved too, awesome graphics and very good sound effects in field.. but still alot of work to do (patches and updates).. and please.. fix Renato Sanches face.. is it about licensing? If not.. c'mon..

This improvement is really appreciated given how messy it could have been if they stick the previous year system.
Sadly, however, fifa 17 still suffer from feeling of playing and arcade game of football instead of real life simulation football because of one aspect of the game, that is in my view, the finishing. I have played every installment of fifa since 2013 to 2017, and fifa 17 is the easiest in term of scoring goals from seasons online and FUT that I have played. Crossing to the box often result in player succesfully head the ball, to the net, running to the corner of the field with bale and pass it to the box almost everytime result in player in the box receiving it and easily score a simple tap-in goal, and the far post as well as the low-shot finish is very OP.
The goalkeeper doesn't help either, compared to last year, goalkeeper is nerfed to make it more realistic to a real life situation. This, unfortunately, also make the keeper too easy to score against and also sometimes there is a situation where the goalie just do not know what to do if the defender is trying to tackle the ball inside the box from the opponent.
Compared to pes 17, as I own both, gameplay of pes is alot smoother, the finishing as well as the goalkeeper is also better. From this gameplay experience, fifa still have some aspect of the game that lacks the good football simulation.

A completely different mode based around the rise of a young football player transitioning from a kid that kicks ball to a sports superstar. I am quite impressed by what EA delivered here, never thought they would put this much effort into it but they did and it has paid off in many aspects. Next time, they should make statistic tables available so we can see how well the protagonist is playing compared to the rest of the players in the league. Is he top scorer, is he topping the assists table, how many yellow cards has he received etc. Not being able to see Match Facts after a game is completed is nothing but an immature error on EA's part. They should also give the user the option to continue beyond the first season, minus the cut scenes. It feels like all the training is a bit of a waste. Having predetermined attributes like having low FK accuracy regardless of what position you play is also a far-sighted move. Not all strikers in real life are terrible at free kicks. I think a player type on top of being able to choose what position would have sufficed, like a shooter who's shooting stats are better than normal, a target man who's physical and heading stats are better than normal, or a player maker with good passing and vision stats etc. There's already more depth looking at it like this, which would no doubt improve the game mode. I also think the interview triggers and social media reactions need a lot of work, I could score two goals and bag an assist in one game and then the interviewer tells me I got one goal and an assist. If I bag a hat-trick, the reactions on social media are either non-existent or "a goal from" you, "what a player". Significant events that go beyond a goal or an assist such as winning the league or breaking other records aren't highlighted at all by social media. This is extremely unrealistic and requires a lot of tweaking to reflect reality better.

Elsewhere, they announced they were making changes to Career Mode. Having played it, it quite clearly is barely any different from before. No real improvements to be seen here unlike how they portrayed it before the game release. They need to revamp it with some features reminiscent of the older FIFAs, namely FIFA 10 with the ticket pricing and stadium building etc. It's been the same for ages.

In terms of FUT, the new Squad Builder Challenge mode is an excellent addition to the game, as it means that leftover players who otherwise have no use for gameplay can still be used to trade in for the chance (or guaranteed depending on the description of each of these challenges) to obtain better players who are more useful. It also greatly affects the market to a surprisingly large degree, which is always a good thing as it keeps me more on my toes and make the overall experience more challenging, more competitive but ultimately more rewarding.

Gameplay wise, mostly some slight improvements. Moving mechanics are mostly more fluid, FK's can now be adjustable to make them more versatile and ultimately more experimental, although clunky at the moment I'm sure this will improve in the future. Shooting is pretty much the most improved feature in this game, there are so many ways and techniques to shoot the ball and I'd say it's the best feature of the game. There is a lot to be enjoyed with shooting in this FIFA particularly. However, there is without a doubt a button lag problem where your player doesn't respond quick enough when I press the most important buttons in pass, move and shoot. I understand that this is a meant to be a stroke of realism as no one reacts to balls or situations instantly but the amount of time it takes for basic functions to be completed is utterly ridiculous sometimes. First time shooting for instance is awful in this game. Fouls are also the worst they've ever been, they allow defenders to shove attacking opposition off the ball despite not getting the ball at all while doing so and allowing their teammates to pick up the ball. There is a difference between shielding the ball - which is legal - and shoving the opponent off completely while they're running or dribbling. EA clearly haven't got the distinction right here. Through balls are also dodgy at times when my players ignore great balls at times. It's way too easy to overshoot them too.

Arena is also completely broken now. I cannot choose players outside the starting XI for any club to perhaps test them out for the Player Pro Career mode. They've removed Set Piece training and Practice Matches. Free kicks within the arena are also completely broken, you cannot move the player normally to aim at all.

Other than that, it is a decent to good game. As always with games like FIFA, they can be really frustrating at times but I feel that EA have done a decent job on the game as a whole.

If you've ever played The Order 1886 on the PlayStation 4, then the best analogy I can give to you is that FIFA 17 is The Order 1886 of sports games; all style, and very little substance.

The game definitely looks brilliant from afar, which will be most of your in-game experience, and the presentation overall is very neat, much like the sport's representation on premium television channels. In my opinion however, I think all of this is to the detriment of the game itself.

FIFA 17 spends more time wanting to 'look' like football and how its seen on Sky Sports, than how football should actually play as a sport. The obvious comparison to FIFA is PES, and this area is where PES ultimately wins between the two in this year's iterations. FIFA's gameplay on the field lacks any kind of purpose, its entirely unbalanced in terms of individual player attributes and how they translate on the pitch, and tactics also are poorly implemented in match play. Both these elements are in stark contrast to how PES performs in these areas.

Passing is sluggish and take an age to power up, goalfeel is non-existent, and AI defenses make space so easily - even on World Class and Legendary - that it's impossible not to score a goal against them; leaving the player ultimately unsatisfied even though it should be the opposite (i.e. goalfeel). Animations string well together, but they also take priority over user input and responsiveness, which ultimately results in a frustrating gameplay experience. PES' goalkeepers have been refined this year from a bad state into an excellent one, and now this highlights massive shortcomings in FIFA's goalkeepers, whose animations are limited, are slow to respond to medium-speed 30 yard strikes, and are often capable of making a hash of situations due to the games dodgy collision detection engine.

Game modes such as FUT and Online Seasons will always have the upper hand on PES (even with their equivalent modes) due to EA's deep pockets and human resources, and The Journey now makes full advantage of such resources. It's a nice addition to the game and very entertaining, but its not quite as significant as EA would like it to be, with a campaign only lasting one season and resulting in about 16 hours in total (across both the story and gameplay elements). That said, this is one game mode that FIFA can claim is an advantage over PES' offerings, and one that Konami will probably never have the confidence in replicating for its PES franchise due to the lack of potential economic returns.

FIFA's Career Mode is much the same as before, inspite of claims that EA have "vastly improved" it, which is old hat as far as many FIFA fans are concerned. Career Mode is still a good, well structured mode on the face of things. It could be argued however that PES's Master League has much more substance and depth behind it, especially considering it's transfer processes and team-based statistical analysis before and after matches.

Even with all of FIFA's depth in game modes, graphical fidelity, licenses, and presentation, FIFA still falls short where it truly matters in a sports game: the gameplay - the transfer of the sport itself to the game and how it plays. In this regards, FIFA is way off, and has quite a bit of catching up to do with it's opposition. FIFA demonstrated so much promise with the introduction of the Frostbite Engine, and aesthetically FIFA has vastly improved and is now outclassing PES, but the hope that the core game from FIFA 16 getting an overhaul with its addition will leave many people very disappointed.

The Journey has been the only real redeeming factor from FIFA 17, and even it can't really save FIFA from it's own poor core gameplay. What it does do, however, is stop me from giving the game a 5/10, and instead redeeming a respectable score of 6/10.

Not good enough for a AAA title of it's magnitude. If you're looking for a good football game this year, buy Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 (or FIFA 12, or PES 3-6)....

I feel as though they haven't done anything to improve the passing or game control. When I'm winning I feel like I can never connect any passes and my goalie is just short of stupid in late game situations. When I want to "park the bus" I feel really vulnerable and it doesn't seem to go as planned. Also, there have been too many times I have given up a goal in the 45th or 90th minute because of a breakdown defensively that I have no control over. That part of the game has seemed to carry over through the past couple years.

There are a couple things that I did notice a change in and that is the on the ball dribbling, free kicks/corners, and penalty kicks. I feel like i have more control dribbling the ball through the midfield and can connect my tricks with little no problems at all. As for free kicks, I like that you can change your angle of striking the ball. I think this gives you an advantage to be able to bend the ball a certain way. Plus, it makes me feel like I have more control of what's going on. I really like the new corner kicks because you can now control where the ball ends up and how it gets there. Whether that be through a high lob or a low liner with the right amount of bend to catch the goalie off-guard. Lastly, penalty kicks are the worst change I have ever seen. In my opinion, a pk should be an automatic goal, with the change they have taken that completely out of the game. It is more difficult to get down and I don't feel as confident when I'm awarded a pk in a game. I've lost games because of it.

One last little bit, they have done a great job with the goal celebrations over the past couple years and I think there's something to be said for that. I always like to "dab" on my haters when I score.
All-in-all, I like playing this game and I will continue to support Fifa as they continue to make these games. I just think that they still need to clean up a couple aspects of it and it will be gravy.

Player passing & movement does not seem smooth & overall movement of the play more to arcade than simulation. The only good thing about FIFA17 is style & official club name & kits are correct.

Frostbite graphics argument of EA is a pure joke, the game looks ugly concerning the details and environment around the field.

The new french commentary is boring and rarely says something interesting, and note that the audio mixing is catastrophic, you will have to go into settings to ear the french commentators properly.

New journey mode is scripted and is very short, another joke argument of EA.
Pro Clubs mode is slightly improved but the changes are too minor, if not useless ingame. Same for career mode.
FUT mode also suffers from scripting, at certain times your players will fail to make any good pass or shot, no matter if they are 75 or 89 rated. It often happens that the best gamer of an online match looses because of scripting. And yes, everything in this mode is still related to money, it may explain some things.

So to resume, gameplay and scripting are the big problems of this game. No detailed analysis here, but even passing doesn't feel as it should in a true good football game.
That being said, there is a lot of content in this game, but it is only an updated content mostly. And we can't enjoy it because of bad gameplay.

So what do EA do during the year they have to create their game? Yes, it seems that they have been able to upgrade their graphics to make the game look a little bit more bright and colourful, but honestly other than a few tweaks to gameplay to make it a more pacy experience, the game lacks any real innovation. I don't see how they can continue to push away from improving their game modes and adding beneficial new features. Why does customisation lack so much? Why can't we create our own teams in the game? Why not allow us to create a team that can be used in manager mode, or simply add the ability to customise kits and sponsors throughout the years in manager mode? These are only small details that could help the game out. The game could be expanded on so much more, yet the game is stuck in the past. Despite the large sale numbers, FIFA continues to disappoint with a real absence of any substance to keep you interested. Expand

I've been playing the series for years. I'm 36 years old. I play on Legendary Mode. I say this not to flop my manhood onto the table to compare girth and pubic quantity, it’s said only to be clear. We all know, deep down, that buying FIFA every year is a bit like being in an abusive relationship, where we are punched in the face regularly but never leave, telling our friends and PES players that they don’t understand EA, that deep down they love us really, that EA are just insecure, and still trying to get over the hand job we gave cousin Thomas at the family summer BBQ in ’98.

I was excited about Journey Mode. And for a 36-year-old to get excited about anything is a difficult thing; someone in their mid-thirties is a cynic, we’ve reached that age where our dreams have been swallowed by the inevitable rise of responsibility, and burped back out by the failure of our aging digestive systems to stomach anything remotely next-gen. And it was good to feel alive again for a few moments. I waited by the front door for the delivery. It was like Christmas, for a while. Or waiting for the birth of my first child, only less bloody and more neatly packaged, with a menu that made sense. But then you get the game out of the box, and like with every FIFA and having a child, you have to wrestle with expectation vs. reality. Expectation as in ‘this is the one’ meets the reality of ‘this isn’t the one, this is just another one night stand that’s turned into a relationship with an evil insecure elephant I have no hope of escaping.’

After spending quite a few hours on Journey Mode, a few things are clear. It doesn’t matter what you do as the player, the game has a storyline and the storyline is going to happen. Score a hat-trick in all of your games in the beginning and you are still going to get loaned out at the same point as someone who threw a poo at a disabled child sitting in the front row of a home match. Play badly when you are meant to play well, and your rating won’t go down, and it will leap up to a 9 for making a simple pass. FIFA says ‘control your own destiny’ but it’s just you being controlled to think you are in control of your own destiny. And it irks. But still, I was enjoying it. I was thinking it’s all fixed, but who cares? I could see plenty of hours being spent playing a career with Alex Hunter (letting us edit our own player at this point would have been nice, but then that wouldn’t have been like EA), then becoming a manager etc. But, nope, I soon find out you can only play the Journey for one season. ONE SEASON?! What is the point?! Ah, FIFA, at this point I want to pick my teeth off the floor, and move into Sarah’s house until the divorce goes through. You can keep the house, the car. I don’t care anymore. OK, I want the ‘I love you forever’ bear I got you after 1993, but you can keep the rest.

But, OK, there is still be a pro, career mode, playing online. But I’ve played career mode – why is the menu screen so slow? Sometimes the loading screen starts up and you can’t move the player, and now the game itself is so structure and dull. Every team plays the same way – get the ball, keep possession in front of the keeper, make little triangles. How come every game is 0-0 or 1-0? When it rains, what is with the odd glitchy thing that’s meant to be rain but looks like static? And even when it doesn't rain, what's with the glitchy specs at the bottom of the screen? Players start runs and stop, to score you have to tap the button, and if you hold it down to what feels right, the blazes over the bar. Goalkeepers are unbelievable and every player passes like Doug Henderson - my mate who played with me for Pheonix in the mid-nineties. Dave could drink anyone under the table, but he couldn't make a straight pass to an elephant in a lift.

It doesn't matter if you ask all of your players to get in the box for crosses in the tactics screen, they won't - FIFA will leave a striker as CB, and move the CB up to the edge of the box.

My favourite football playing memory on Playstation was on the PES, Beckham played a long 40-yard ball and before it bounced Michael Owen volleyed the ball into the top right-hand corner. Despite years of FIFA, nothing has ever felt as superb as that moment. And I think that was 1999. I think this tells it’s own story; I’ve been hoodwinked by the bright lights and the sounds, but a few days into #FIFA17 and I yearn for gameplay.

This is the first FIFA where I’ve thought I’m probably going to back to PES. I know I should go back to PES. But even as I type this, even after knowing that EA are a piss-take, and they are never going to give us a complete game, even after all this, part of me deep down is still thinking I might buy FIFA18.

And that’s FIFA’s real magic, it’s not that they have accurately captured the magic of football, it’s that after 17 attempts, they have still deliberately not captured it, and yet I keep coming back for more.
