    Damn im glad i didnt buy any of these **** games when they came out. Everything is so rigged, i cant have fun even with friends. Every mechanic seems so planned, nothing goes where u want it to go it goes where the game thinks it should. Difficulty settings are freaking **** amateur is just boring as hell, and on higher difficulties everything mostly goes in the post or the keeper breaksDamn im glad i didnt buy any of these **** games when they came out.     This game is not disaster but corner kicks are op and manager and player career was better in prievous games.

    Soy aficionado al futbol, me gusta, y realmente me ilusiono su modo historia, pero vaya tristeza la que me lleve. Graficamente malisimo, banda sonora malisima, reciclando desde fifa 2007, jugabilidad malisima desde 2007, e inteligencia artificial malisima cada vez peor. un online PVP malisimo, se cae la    Decepcion total.

    Lo único bueno de este juego asqueroso es el modo carrera que es algo sensacional, despúes es una maldita basura, por estas razones:
    -No podes jugar torneos internacionales (ni siquiera la LICENCIADA Fifa World Cup)
    -No tenes todas las selecciones disponibles por si queres simular un mundial o algo, te faltan mil selecciones a pesar de tener a TODOS sus jugadores en los equipos. -La    Lo único bueno de este juego asqueroso es el modo carrera que es algo sensacional, despúes es una maldita basura, por estas razones:

    another year, another FIFA game, another full priced roster upgrade dished out to consumers. Aside from the lack of innovation, FIFA ultimate team is basically a glorified slot machine of pay to win **** EA sports, its in the wallet

    This game is a wreck of cramps, wherever you look is a smashing of cramps, a lot of handicap, the gameplay is horrible, and the fut champions is tormenting and lousy, I didn´t like the game FOR NOTHING!!!

    players sometimes refuse to respond to controller, the whole game is totally frustrating. i already wrote a list of 30 faults in the game on EA forums and everytime it is deleted by admins, basically EA don't care for customers they care about money and only money. they don't want players whos going to buy this game to see how terrible it is. they just make you fall in this trap!!!!!!

    Worst FIFA ever!! The gameplay is infested with **** mechanics, the input is laggy, good gameplay is rarely rewarded, most of the goals are from dodgy game mechanics. Many a times the inputs are not registered at all, specially for skill moves. The menu is so slow, if you pause the game, by the time you get to the pause menu 3 seconds out of 40 seconds allowed for the pause are already gone.

    it's boring. The Journey made no difference quite frankly it worsened the game. I hope EA cancels this dying franchise soon. Nothing will make me play any other FiFA game again.

    EA sadly is the worst gaming company. I have been playing blizzard and other companies games for many years and having all the respect and care that any player deserves. On the other hand, EA who develops one of my favourite games, FIFA, are bunch of careless people who put their customers' satisfaction as their bottom priority. I had so many issues with them over last couple of years andEA sadly is the worst gaming company.     One of the worst forms of video games. The controls are terrible and often unresponsive. Executing a basic pass isn't intuitive. But I guess this is the consequence of an exclusive licencing agreement.

    To give you context, if Madden controls were this bad, it'd be like trying to throw a hail mary and then your QB just darts it at the center's feet.     let me explain: The gameplay is terrible. This simply is not how soccer is    This is not a good game and it's the first time I regret spending money on a game this much - and I got this for 20 bucks on the PSN sale. And yes, I have played most soccer games starting from freaking "Super Soccer" on the SNES, so yes, I do kinda know what I'm talking about when i talk about soccer games.

    let me explain:

    The gameplay is terrible. This simply is not how soccer is played. The passes are either way too slow or (if you press L2 to give it a drive) way too hard. For some reason, they also removed the ability to separate assistance on speed and direction. Total manual passing just doesn't work well, when the AI doesn't understand who you#re trying to pass it to in the first place.

    Similar issue with shooting mechanics - the majority of shoots that you don't fill the power bar for 2 sec or so barely move 10 feet. This is not some figurative speech either. It literally doesn't move any more than this.

    When you try to play physical defence, it simply doesn't work. The rag doll (the body of the player basically ) just lacks "body". It feels as if the opponent is just hitting a liquid and not a full grown man trying too push him off. This is clearly not done by physical engine, but rather a script, where an animation is player if the script says the duel is won physically - it's why you can lose the ball this way, but can't win it the same way if you try.

    The Stamina bar depletes way too quickly. Two sprints with Aubameyang and he is basically done for three games. The man played some 40+ games last season, 90 mins each, and sprinted throughout every single game. This forces you to play at a minimal pace and just hold the ball forever and work your way through tediously or by abusing the trick stick, which btw, is needlessly complicated, where the most basic inputs don't even do anything, yet they skipped them and started the most basic moves with complicated inputs.

    The new penalty and corner systems are also awful. You just can't drive or curve the balls and it's so needlessly "complicated" to make these very simple things happen.

    I feel as if they tried for a full on soccer simulator or something, which went horribly wrong, but they also forgot that a game in real life goes for 90 mins while here, You need the same action to take place in 10 mins. I can't tell you why, but they decided to focus on the slow moving, barely action having part of the game, instead of opportunities, quick passes, counters - the "fun" stuff that gets you up your seat when watching.

    I thought PES 17 did a bad job gameplay wise, but FIFA sadly isn't any better this year and you can't edit the sliders to fix some issues, like Stamina - cause they removed that option for no reason really.

    So, is there anything good about the game? Yes! The career mode, both manager and player, are well done as always. Transfers are realistic, your tactics mostly work (within the confines of the not so great gameplay I just talked about) and the graphics are quite good for a soccer game. Load times and stuff like that is also quite good. I sadly can't talk about the online part of it all, but the FUT stuff costs a ton of money, which makes this totally unappealing to me anyway.

    So, should you get it? No. If you have any previous game in the series, just stick with that. This is, imo, a lot worse than FIFA 15, which was the last FIFA I played, but it is still a better Soccer game overall than PES 17. It isn't worth 20 bucks though. it just isn't.    … Expand

Same AI tactics regardless of which team you're playing against (wonderful to see Swansea City master the art of tiki taka). Same CAD $80 for the same game as last year. But hey, at least you can follow the cliche aspiring English footballer storyStill the same terrible game for years running. Same terrible game mechanics. The mutiplayer in near unplayable: laggy servers, unresponsive controls, totally random matchmaking, luck based gameplay instead of skill based, ... the list goes on. The singleplayer has seen some improvements, but is still rather lackluster for a game in this day and age. The career mode AI makes either very weird or veryWhile I really love the FIFA series, I absolutely detest FIFA 17. The mutiplayer in near unplayable: laggy servers, unresponsive controls, totally random matchmaking, luck based gameplay instead of skill based, ... the list goes on. The singleplayer has seen some improvements, but is still rather lackluster for a game in this day and age. The career mode AI makes either very weird or very scripted decisions. At times you still arbitrarily lose games where the AI concedes about 20 shots but still manages to keep a clean sheet and score with their only shot from 45 yards out. The Journey is alright, but it's very scripted and repetitive, making it a one time experience with no replayability. All in all, for a game that is so very focused on multiplayer, for a game that is trying to have a competitive scene, it does really poorly on the multiplayer front. The rather archaic singleplayer cant really save the day for FIFA 17. We can only hope EA realizes the many flaws this game has, and learns for them regarding FIFA 18.… Expand

    Don't play Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) if you wan't to enjoy this one. Everything that happens in the pitch is done better in PES. AI, passing, physics and how the ball moves etc.

    If you play mostly online, you may get a lot enjoyment out of fifa 17. I played a couple clubs drop in games and i liked it. The increased physicality means the little speedy guys no longer dominate, which is great.
    But I'm mostly a career guy.

    The career mode and transfer system are so much worse than previous FIFA games, the journey is pre-defined and not customizable. Searching for players by speed or acceleration is nearly impossible now. Love the series hate 17.

    Do not waste your money, if you need a football game, buy pro evolution soccer instead.

    Scripting, momentum, scripting, momentum, scripting, momentum, 1000 times. This happens with a 1 gbps optical fiber broadband conncection. Worst FIfa ever. I have over 500 hours played only with fifa 17 and other few thousands with the older ones, so I know what I am talking about. This game is made only for money.

    With much-needed tweaks in visuals and gameplay, some improvements in the career mode and the addition of the Journey Mode, FIFA 17 has retained its place as the best football simulator available on the market.

    The story mode (this year’s biggest selling point) is not perfect, but I was surprised how much I was invested in this idealized adventure every little boy dreams of while playing football with his pals. None other mode in FIFA or PES provides such experience. In all other departments – licenses, visuals, sound, atmosphere – the new FIFA is as strong as ever. [12/2016, p.67]
