Oct 15, 2016The graphical quality is surpassed by immersion and content available. I've played 20 hours with no motion sickness. That's up to 3 hours in one session and I'm no motion sickness super hero. Love this game and my family and friends who have tried it really enjoy it too

Oct 13, 2016I not sure why people are disliking this. Obviously the graphics wont be as good as normal driveclub. The framerate is good. it drives smooth. It works well with thrustmaster rs300 steering wheel and most important its fun to play and very immersive. Playing in the dark is a awesome experience. If anyone likes racing games then this is a no brainer until gt comes out.

Oct 23, 2016If you get motion sickness then don't play this game and rate it down. You should be rating yourself down, not this game. Like having motion sickness and rating an F16 jet down. It's not the jet that's bad. It's you, Dummy! The graphics aren't great, but the immersion is excellent. The gameplay is excellent. The audio is excellent. Not bad for the first Playstation VR racing game!

Oct 13, 2016The future is not here. The graphics are unimpressive and the gameplay not fun. Plus to mention that motion sickness is up the wazoo here. Bring some doggie bags with you when you try out this game!

Oct 14, 2016This is not poor man's driveclub in VR, it is PS1 graphics. The blur is everywhere.
Cars in the distance are blobs of colour. If this is the reason you are buying VR, demo it first. -
Oct 15, 2016Well. For a personal user, I will sure give a very low score for any game I can't suffer.
The motion sickness for DriveClub VR is among the top level as EVE:Valkyrie or PS VR World: LUGE. Maybe it is caused by the blur or the low graph quality.
Apart from that, adjusting your position before match is one the shining point of this game. You really have a feeling of inside a racing car. -
Nov 21, 2018Well let's begin with the graphics.....or the lack of them I should say. One word BLURRY, I mean so blurry that is very disappointing to even have this game looking this poorly, which you would think the developers would try harder especially seen it in 1st person view as it's on psvr.
The sound is mediocre, gameplay is mostly a vomit fest, and the longevity of it is as good as a demo. -

Jan 5, 2017I picked this up cheap in the sales and I'm playing on the PS Pro I think a few of the reviews are a bit unfair on this title. I have put a couple of hours in and had no motion sickness. Graphically it's not perfect but it does a damn good job of immersing yourself into the experience. Sound and music is great and it feels like an old school arcade racer.
All in 8/10 -

Dec 12, 2016It's a good game, with steering wheel. And one of the biggest VR games around at the moment. Nice sense of speed. Because you are staring at the horizon a lot, it sometimes feels a bit pixelated, but the immersion is still fantastic.

Apr 18, 2018Graphics are not great but nowhere near as bad as people make out, It Plays great and is one of few FULL games on PSVR, Beware this is one of the worst games for nausea, If it doesn't make you feel sick its a hell of a lot of fun

Mar 6, 2022I'm so sorry this game is closed. If the 2nd series of the game came, it could really be a revolution.
-
CD-ActionJan 12, 2017It could have been a perfect VR game (as it’s based on the best racing game PS4 has to offer), but turned out painfully mediocre. Literally painfully, because every time I played it, it gave me a headache after less than an hour. [13/2016, p.78]

Nov 29, 2016DriveClub VR delivers as it comes to content. Dozens of cars and tracks are there for you to explore as you get the feeling like driving these cars. Though its graphics are way below par, it is a nice first step in virtual reality combined with racing.

Nov 22, 2016Driveclub VR is mostly a rebuild of the standard PS4-game, but the VR-part does offer a new experience. Too bad it is not an experience that you cannot miss.
