Dec 2, 2019A great 2D side scroller shooter. Great maps, good variety of enemies, different locations, great graphics. Different kind of gameplay too, not just shoot everyone that moves. You got to manage both your reloading of ammo and shooting. Definitely one of the better 2D sides scrollers i have played in a while and a good price as well.

Oct 24, 2019What a little gem! Reminds me of the old days of PC gaming. It looks simple but underneath that retro graphics you get a really modern gameplay. It's hard to beat, but not too hard to pick up.

Nov 3, 2019Door Kickers: Action Squad has been a fun action side scroller to play. It is very reminiscent of the retro games I used to play on my Sega Genesis. From the graphics down to music, it has been hella fun.

Where the original Door Kickers immersed the player in top-down tactical battles, Action Squad focuses on direct battles for immediate pleasure, all in an 80's American action movie atmosphere. Fun in small doses, Action Squad will be particularly enjoyable with a second person over a beer and snacks.
