    This is truly a unique game. Never seen anything like it. Stunningly beautiful, beautifully acted with and intriguing story. It's my kind of narrative and I understand it might not for everyone. I usually like shooters but sometimes a change is good too, and oh boy, the gameplay IS a change. Didn't know walking is that challenging. This is worth the full price in my opinion.

    This is the type of game that you wouldn't get unless you've played it, it's not streamer friendly. It's not a flashy fps like destiny, obviously if you only like flashy fps games or games like fortnite you would hate this game, but for people searching for games to be more engaging and storydriven in a way so they can deliver a message and be considered "art" this game is perfect.     Death Stranding ha demostrado ser un juego con un poder narrativo brutal.
    Mucha gente no ha sabido valorar este videojuego porque no se han fijado en sus aspectos mas fuertes, solo se han fijado en aspectos como la jugabilidad en momentos de acción y no se han fijado en su calidad en las cinemáticas. Puede que Death Stranding no sea un juego de 60 euros o dolares pero, si quieres un    Death Stranding ha demostrado ser un juego con un poder narrativo brutal.

    Spectacular graphics but very slow start, too many cinematographies, you never get hooked, you sleep before.
    And I still commissioned the collectors edition thinking that this game was going to be wonderful. Wait for this game in offer or watch gameplays, it's too boring!

    To be honest I have always like kojima games but this one is different there is so much walking to do, the world feels empty, its like doing secondary missions all the time the story is a mess also, I am really dissapointed at this game as a fan of Hideo Kojima. In the end its a really boring game.

    If this game didn't have the Kojima brand slapped into it, it would be just as good as the Quiet Man.It's boring, repetitive and the themes it touches are so basic yet it tries to act like it's something bigger than that. People are praising it's "weirdness" but they need to understand that there's a difference between weirdness that leads to a coherent climax and being weird for the sakeIf this game didn't have the Kojima brand slapped into it, it would be just as good as the Quiet Man.It's boring, repetitive and the themes it touches are so basic yet it tries to act like it's something bigger than that.     I enjoy playing very much.But this is not the case for everyone. So you can sympathize with this negative review.It ’s just my opinion.
    Specifically, the restriction on walking has also restricted the game, which I enjoyed.
    It's not a game that kills enemies like before, so I can't recommend it to anyone who wants to do it.

    This game is truly AMAZING! It's not for everyone but if u like it you're in for a treat :) This game DOESN'T deserve a zero like some haters r scoring it, even if u don't like it, it shouldn't have a score as low as a zero! THAT'S NONSENSE!

    Of all communities, gamers are the worst. DS is great at everything. I played 7 hours and right away I noticed 2 tremendous innovations: the way the game deals with death and how the players' worlds are connected.

    It is a game about union. Something that's missing in this sickly gamer environment.     Played for 4 hours last night, woke up immediately wanting to get started again - if it's a walking sim, it's a pretty damn sexy one with an amazing 'feel', both artistically and in player movement.

    Yes the game-play is boring, the story has many plot-holes. The product placement is in your face.
    The dialogue is also not very good.
    But Kojima is a Genius 10/10.

На свете много игр, которые вы, защитники, ругаете за скуку. Death Stranding болеет той же болезнью, что и MGS5, через пару часов игры"Игра не для всех" - вот так защитники гения Кодзимы защищают эту скучную игру. И ходьба ничем не отличается от других игр, как все возвышали ее, например в Control персонаж чувствуется намного лучше. Эта игра НИЧЕМ не отличается от игр гринделок, здесь просто вместо гринда бесконечная ходьба. Единственное за что можно похвалить игру, так это за хорошую музыку, ну и за катсцены, хоть они и очень затянуты, но поставлены сцены очень даже неплохо.… Expand

    Death Stranding is creating a new game genre and therefore paves its own path towards more interactive experiences. It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
